Ivone was very responsive from the first email I sent to inquire about pricing and availability. I was given a free in home estimate and then we emailed a few times to secure a date. The cleaning crew came exactly on time as was promised.

They were prompt, thorough, and pleasant. They started on the top floor (bedrooms and bathrooms) and a team of two worked their way through each of three floors in the house. The house hasn't looked this good since I moved in. Other than rearranging a few knickknacks, I didn't need to do anything but enjoy a beautifully clean house when they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

Mauro and his sister, Yvonne, run the company. They respond to voicemails quickly and came for an estimate within a day of my call. I had originally needed a cleaning ASAP and they managed to get me in that same week, at no sacrifice to the quality of work they do. The initial deep clean was 2x the cost of a regular monthly cleaning, and Yvonne purchased all the materials I'll need for a recurring cleaning (about $50 more, but you keep these for the ongoing service). They've come on a recurring basis for a few months now, and always ask me to check the work when they're done to see if there's anything that can be improved (normally there's not!) They are *always* punctual, and even came the week of Hurricane Sandy -- Yvonne said she hasn't missed a day of work in decades. I hadn't planned on having a recurring cleaning schedule, but I've been so pleased with their work and the stress it takes off of me, that I haven't considered stopping it. The girls are very friendly and work quickly and quietly.

Can't say enough good things about MV Cleaning. I was home one day when they were cleaning, and noticed that they finished in less time than I was paying them for, but I really don't care, they do an outstanding job and are worth every penny.

I spoke with the woman on the phone and we made an appointment for them to come out on 11/17/12 at 10 am. She said her brother would be coming because she couldn't. They never showed up and never called to cancel. I waited and waited for over an hour. Over a week later now and never heard from them. i have no idea who your sister-in-law is and i am absolutely never disrespectful to folks who clean my home. i was happy with the people who cleaned my house before and only stopped using them for other reasons. nothing to do with them not doing a good job. i never did get any message cancelling this appt either. no idea what this woman is talking about at all in her company comments. i would feel terrible if any employee of mine felt disrespected. i got someone else to clean my house anyway now and am very happy. sorry there was some miscommunications here.

Don't call them unless you have a lit of time on your hands. You never get a person, just a voice mail and apparently she doesn't get her messages in a timely manner.

MV Cleaning performed an initial "deep clean" for me on 8/27/12, and the team continues to do bi-weekly cleaning. They do an excellent job and my husband and I are very pleased. Ivone has been very easy to work with and her team arrives on time and cleans our entire 3-story townhouse until it looks and smells great! We have the same two ladies each time, which is nice and I appreciate having this consistency. I have two small children at home, and my toddler is always asleep when the team arrives and they take care to whisper and begin cleaning quietly until he wakes up...so nice! I love their attention to detail, which includes nice gestures like folding baby blankets (even the ones in the cribs), folding towels already hanging in the bathrooms, washing any dishes in the sink, and even rinsing out the coffee maker. They remove all of the trash in the house and put it out in our garage in the trash bin - this seems like such great service! My husband loves that part. :) The initial deep cleaning was amazing and even included cleaning inside of the oven, under furniture, all blinds, windows, basically everything in the house was clean. We provide the cleaning products (Ivone made me a list at the initial walk-through estimate --which was free) and replace as needed. I like that they use normal products (clorox, comet, etc) and vinegar for the hardwoods. I normally let the ladies in and then leave shortly after with my kids, because I never know what to do with the kids (ages 2.5 and 3 months) while they are busily cleaning the house. I trust the ladies in my home and they lock the door when they leave. My husband and I are so happy we decided to hire a cleaning service because we are extremely swamped with things, especially the new baby and were finding it impossible to keep our house clean. A cleaning service is expensive but so worth it to save our sanity and even improve our marriage. :) We can now spend weekends with our children instead of cleaning! MV cleaning is a great company and I would recommend them to a friend.

Came and provided me an estimate. Showed up on the date promised and completed the work in a timely fashion. Very professional. Excellent cleaning service.

A little rough initially setting up a date and time for service but the cleaning could not have been better. I've never seen such clean bathrooms! Every blind in the condo was individually dusted. The place was left immaculate. Top notch job.

I contacted MV Cleaning because I needed a deep cleaning for my home right away. They were very prompt calling me back and while most places I called couldn't fit me in for about a week MV was willing to come in on a Saturday. Before giving me an estimate, Mauro was very insistent on coming out to my house and taking a look before quoting me on anything which was the very next day. I have to admit - the price was more than I thought it would be but then again my house was not the cleanest. There was a film everywhere from mold remediation that had just been completed. Plus dust from on going renos and dirt from everyday life. But in the end the price was absolutely worth it. Mauro came the next day with a crew of about 4 or 5 ladies and they were there for over 6 hours. They pulled everything out and cleaned wherever they could. Seeing all the dirt as they were cleaning made me realize just how nasty my house was and I have to admit it was quite embarrassing. My house was left feeling and smelling good and the windows were so clean! Before I paid Mauro for the job he had me walk through the house and approve the work that was done. Needless to say they did a great job. The only gripes I have is #1 when they took the books out of the book case to clean, they just stuffed them back in. I have a lot of books so sorting through them all took me a good hour and a half. #2 is the trophy that was on the mantel was broken. Mind you it had been crazy glued in the past because my kids dropped it but it still would've been nice if they had said something to me instead of me just finding it that way. Regardless, they were wonderful. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

They are incredibly thorough, trustworthy, and reliable. I've been using them for many years.

Mauro Valpato was contacted for an estimate for the cleaning of the inside of the townhouse, when he arrived, we inquired about power washing the house and deck and also repair and staining of the deck. The estimate for the deck and power washing was considerably less expensive than a previous quote we were given from another company. Mauro was able to add us to his company's schedule on relatively short notice. The deck was meticulously redone and went from an old algae covered weathered deck to looking brand new. We were thrilled with the finished product. The house cleaning was done the following weekend and everything looked spotless when we arrived following the cleaning. Our renter moved in the following day and was very pleased with how good everything looked. The communication was a little bit tricky sometimes - a slight bit of a language barrier, but Mauro would have his daughter follow up to make sure that we had everything taken care of. We will definitely contact MV Cleaners again for future work to be done on our family home. Thanks Mauro and company!!

As stated MV Cleaning arrived on time and went straight to work. We have two long haired dogs, so there is a challenge keeping the house clean. I stayed home the first hour or so to make sure they had everything they needed, and by the time I left, one bathroom was empty of everything and one person was scrubbing top to bottom, while someone had moved all furniture away from the wall in the bedroom, emptied all from under the bed and was in the process of cleaning all surfaces. This surely continued, as the house sparkled when I got back. We now have MV cleaning come every two weeks and it is a great help in our busy lives.

I spoke with both of the owners in setting up the job. Mauro, one of the owners came to my house to give me an estimate for the work. He was professional and courteous and even took his shoes off when entering my home. his fianl price fell within the estimate I was given. His crew was polite and hard-working. Mauro also worked and was part of a 4 person crew. The other members of the crew also took their shoes off before starting to clean the house.It was a heavy cleaning job and the results were great. They also supplied the cleaning supplies for a small fee. Only a few minor items were missed, which I also missed on my inspection of the work. I am certain if I had pointed these couple of items out to them, they would have immediately taken care of them.I think their pricing is a bit higher than other agencies, but the quality of the service is very good.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The super-deep-clean her team did was off the charts. I felt like I had come home to a luxury hotel! And that's saying a lot, as I have a dog that sheds heavily, and who has also had some repeat accidents on my beautiful wood floors. The floors were gleaming, smelled fresh, and the rest of the house was perfect. They got a lot of the grime off of the old (circa 1928) bathroom tiles; ...everything was gleaming and fresh. The monthly cleans are also fantastic, but not quite as amazing as the deep-clean. I will probably have the deep-clean done annually. Because I'm monthly, I don't think I've had the same team each time, but whoever arrives each time is extraordinarily punctual!This is critical, as they come in the morning before I catch a train to work. I haven't given them my key, which I think is unusual, but we've worked out this early morning schedule so I can be there to let them in. I highly recommend Ivone's service. If finances allowed, I would have them come more frequently, but it works perfectly for me. I clean mid-month, particularly, when guests are coming over. But because the cleaners have already done such a great job, it makes my job that much easier...no heavy scrubbing required... Ivone's service is a luxury that is worth every penny.

The original contact was via Angie's List. I needed a good cleaning service and was having a problem finding a trust worthy as well as good service to use. Ivone emailed and called to set up an appointment for the estimate. So was on time and walked through the whole house inspecting the areas to be cleaned and described what work would or would not be done. We set up the appointment to start the work and the crew that came out where friendly and on time. They crew cleaned everything they said they would within the desired time frame and even did some things that were not anticipated but were very glad they did. The house looks and smells amazing and I have asked to have normal cleanings bi-weekly from here on in. I even was asked by a friend to give me Ivone's number so she can contact them to set something up.

MV Cleaning did such a remarkable job on the initial cleaning I decided to have them return once a week. It has been several months now and I have no intentions of giving them up! They are always punctual, very pleasant, and leave the house spotless and smelling fresh. The owner is very customer service oriented. This is a great company to do business with and I highly recommend their services!

As I mentioned above, this was far in excess of what we would ever expect from a house cleaning. I had read the other reviews on Angies List (which is why we went with them) and thought we would give MV a shot after other house cleaners in the past (national brands). This cleaning is so far above and beyond anything we had ever received form the "big name" cleaners! If you are thinking of going with the big name cleaners, don't waste you money. Go with a smaller company like MV and you will get what you pay for!! When I say ever inch of our house was cleaned, I mean every inch of this house was cleaned!! I would (and already have to family) recommend them in a second to anyone!! You will not be disappointed! Thank you!!!

Ivone and crew are professional, friendly, prompt and thorough. I emailed Ivone because of the reviews on Angie's lists, and she lives up to her ratings. She called me within minutes, set up an appointment for a walk through and estimate and arrived on time for her appointment with me. She quickly assessed the house and took the time to explain everything to me - from who would be here, how long, what would be taken care of and what things she needed me to purchase (You must supply the cleaners). Her crew of 3 came at the agreed upon time (Saturday morning!) and spent over 9 hours of non stop scrubbing of every surface of my house for a 'deep clean' prior to setting up biweekly appointments. Ivone showed up to check up on the crew mid way through. She spent time to talk to me to make sure everything was going well. 3 weeks later, I am still realizing how clean my house is.... :-) For example, a self tanner stain on my toilet seat - gone...my fireplace glass - crystal clear...my lights in the kitchen - sparkling - behind my washer/dryer, spotless...miniblinds - dust free...ceiling fans...cleaner than they have been in years. The woodwork is gleaming and all those dark corner dust bunnies have been eradicated! My daughters couldn't believe how clean their rooms were as well, and that's saying something when your 10 and 15 year old pay attention to dust! The original cleaning was 3/17 and my first biweekly was 4/4...they did such a great job with the deep clean that even though it was over 2 weeks between cleanings, my house still looked clean when they showed up on 4/4. I can not believe how much nicer my house looks and I sware I am not a slob. I hired Ivone because I'm a single mom who just couldn't keep up anymore and I chose to spend my weekends with my kids not cleaning my house. I have hired the crew for biweekly cleaning at $125 a week, I live in Central Bucks and Ivone had no issues coming here from Huntingdon Valley. The bi-weekly went well, and the team was extraordinarily fast. Ivone's husband and 2 workers showed up and they did a fantastic job. They showed up at the agreed upon time and they were in and out very quickly...but did not sacrifice quality of the cleaning. It is so wonderful to have such a sparkling house...it's such a weight off my shoulders. I have plenty of other things I need to worry about. I have been absolutely pleased with the job this company does. I'm a complete fan :-) I do not know anything about the person who wrote a review about having things stolen and I certainly don't know the situation. I feel bad for everyone as it sounds like a unfortunate terrible incident for both the person who had their house cleaned and Ivone. I think it provides a valuable lesson to all of us. Whenever you have anyone in your house - Pest Control, Furnace cleaner, contractor, cleaning people- lock up your valuables, checkbooks, purse etc. I would also have a neighbor double check to insure things are ok if you ever have someone in your house when you are not home. While I do believe in the good of people, I also believe in an ounce of prevention :-)

I called this company because of the great reviews, and I'm going to add one more. I would recommend this service to anyone. They do a wonderful job. The first cleaning was in-depth and the house was spotless. I have the house cleaned every other week, and I have never been disappointed. They are always on time, and are fast and thorough. Do yourself a favor and hire this cleaning company.
