When I spoke with Ivone over the phone to inquire about their services, she said I would be pleased - and she wasn't kidding! Before our first service, her brother, Mauro, came over to do an estimate. I've never seen someone as detailed in their cleaning estimate. He was counting windows, running his hands over the blinds and above the door frames, running his hands along the shower walls, all to get a sense of what needed to be done and how long it would take to complete. I had MV Cleaning come in to do an initial deep cleaning service. They didn't miss any details. They moved all the furniture, and everything off of the book cases and shelves. All the blinds were wiped down, all the baseboards and doors, and even all the outside window sills were cleaned! Our bathroom fixtures were shiny and the tub was perfectly clean with no hard water deposits. The house was spotless when we got home. I've since hired MV for bi-weekly cleanings because I was so impressed with their initial cleaning service. I'm extremely pleased with their work. They are just as picky as I am. I have been searching for a good house cleaning service for about seven years now. Every single time, I have been disappointed. This is the first time I've had a cleaning service where I've been completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone - I've never been able to say that before about a cleaning service.

I emailed this provider for an estimate and they did not even have they courtesy to respond. Bad first impression!

I called several cleaning services and left messages. Ivone was the first to return my call. I described the size of the house, my particular situation and Ivone gave me a quote. We set a time and date for the cleaning. Ivone called 20 before arrival so I could leave work and come to the house. The couple Ivone sent were very nice, but didn't speak or understand English. Ivone was called and she translated for us. I went back to work and left them cleaning. Ivone called about 20 minutes before they were done cleaning and I went back to the house, which was immaculate. Ivone's crew cleaned above and beyond what was discussed, including the garage, basement and enclosed porch. One of them even removed the contact paper on all the shelves in the cabinets. (She was so proud of herself, that I didn't have the heart to tell her I was the one that installed the paper). I really appreciated the initiative. Although the cleaning cost a couple hundred dollars more than quoted (and more than I initially wanted to spend), it was well worth the money. I will definitely call them to clean the house on a regular basis. I was very, very happy with Ivone's responsiveness and the performance of the maids she sent.

1 person came, then she was later joined by 2 others, so they were here a little longer-but we paid Ivone by the hour, since they did an excellent cleaning service- now, they are coming to clean windows. I would recommend this service in the future

I went back to work full time and work late my house was way over due for a good cleaning and on top of that we had a flood in our house 2 days before Ivone and her team came to clean so my house was also under construction from damage. Ivone and her team came in while i was at work they were there for 8 hours! When I got home I was so excited to see my house so clean it was spotless! I now started every other week. I am so glad I found Ivone she and her team are wonderful! They are the best!!!! Highly recommend!! If you want a clean house! Thanks Ivone your my lifesaver!

I hired Ivone and her team to begin monthly cleaning services for my house. She was very responsive and engaging when she came to provide the estimate. She was willing to work with my schedule on the frequency of cleaning. The team arrived right on time to do the initial deep cleaning. The house was squeaking when they left, it was so clean! They cleaned everything from top to bottom and I'm still so pleased with how good the house looks. They ended up having to stay longer than she originally thought (the house hadn't been really cleaned like that in a while!) but she stayed very close to the estimated price. I didn't mind at all because of how well the work was done. The service provided was excellent & professional. I'm glad that I went with her and I look forward working with her in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

I wouldn't have anyone else in here. I first hired them to do a one-time deep cleaning, and when they left my home was awesomely clean -- there were things that I didn't even realize were 'that bad' but once they finished it was GREAT! I was so impressed that I immediately changed my mind and am now on their schedule for cleaning every 2 weeks. VERY pleased with their service, professionalism, and skills.

Ivone and her team are excellent! We've been looking for a house-cleaner for the past 5 yrs and have been unsuccessful in finding great cleaners up until this past yr when we called MV cleaning. Ivone and her team do an excellent job, they're always punctual and we're always satisfied at how thorough they are when cleaning. We have them come twice a month now and I would recommend Ivone and her team anytime because they're just that good!

Awesome! Amazing! Fabulous job! Ivone and her family spent 10 hours at my home scrubbing it from top to bottom. They were efficient, friendly and incredibly thorough. I couldn't be happier.

Love the team! Ivone's team cleaned my house today top to bottom today. I will also use her going forward for regular bi-weekly cleanings. With 2 dogs, 2 kids, and 2 parents with demanding jobs (travel a lot) cleaning has been surface only for to long. I needed a full cleaning and am extremely pleased with the work and the crew. Highly recommend this group!

Mauro and his team are fantastic. On time, very courteous and professional, the house is left spotless after they leave. Did a fantastic job with the deep cleaning and then have been great on a bi-weekly basis, completely reliable and effortless. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ivone and MV team spent an entire day cleaning our house top to bottom. They did a fantastic job and are now making regular visits. My allergies are much better!

I wanted the home cleaned professionally before moving in. Ivone showed up at the requested time on the day of the closing to give an estimate and then returned at 8am the next morning with a crew of three others. They cleaned everything - floors, walls, high ceiling beams, two kitchens, two bathrooms, and a LOT of windows. Everything was spotless and the house smelled amazingly clean. She worked hard, as did her crew, and managed to get the job done in as little time as possible, bringing the cost down lower than her estimate. I would definitely (and probably will) use Ivone's services again.

They were extremely thorough - cleaning places and things, like the oven, that went above and beyond! I felt very comfortable with the team and plan to continue to use them for regular ongoing cleaning.

The service costs $25/visit more than I've paid in the past but I think they deserve it as it is a service and not a private cleaner. I do get the same person every week. They are a family business. I would highly recommend them. Great service. When they leave my house is clean.

It went GREAT !! The owner is very imformative and explains everything they are going to do and the cleaning staff are the hardest workers I have ever met. Our house has never been this clean. I have had many house cleaners in the past none compare to these guys !!

I pay them every other week. She did an excellent job. She was prompt and professional. She was very efficient, calm and personable.

She and her husband came, and she helped me get rid of some stuff while I downsize homes. They have been very helpful coming in and taking the things off my hands on their own time. She has been very helpful making sure I am comfortable, and has been very flexible with the scheduling.

Everything was great. We finally feel like all the last owner's smoke and residues have finally been removed from our house. It was a lot of money, but it also required a lot of man hours to get the entire house cleaned to this level. We would consider having regular cleanings if it weren't just to avoid the effort. We will definitely consider a similar Spring cleaning like we just had every year.

They did an "Okay" job. I had them to come back and clean what they missed. Will not use them again!

MV Cleaning Service was very personable. They were very thorough in going through with the house and discussing what my needs were. It was great that they informed me that they're running late. They were very prompt.

We had an intense whole house cleaning. It may seem expensive but the last cleaning service we had was lousy and there were a lot of details that were overlooked for a long time. I work a lot of hours so I just couldn't keep up myself. Ivone and her crew - there were four of them at my house - are extremely hard workers and their attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. They worked hard for 5 hours. I am a perfectionist. My husband is close to being the same. This cleaning service met all our expectations and exceeded many. Even windows and pictures sparkle, as well as everything else right down to my coffee pot. Almost every piece of furniture was moved too, so they could clean under and behind. I have two cats which leave sofas full of cat hair. They got them cleaner than they have been in a long time. I could go on and on with how much they did. The cost will be much less for subsequent cleanings now that things are back in control. I am beyond satisfied with this cleaning crew. They proved themselves honest, timely, and caring for everything in my home and for detail that I appreciate. You won't be disappointed if you give them a go.
