Ivone and team cleaned my home for the first time last week. I read the great reviews online so was expecting the best - but the results exceeded my expectations (by far). Every inch of the house was scrubbed clean - all of the furniture moved and replaced, every shelf, the walls, every cabinet, window and individual blind. Even several days later the house is sparkling. And all this despite the fact that we have a big dog! I would highly recommend the team and in fact already have to my mother-in-law. This is worth every penny.

After resolving some initial problems getting in touch with Ivone and scheduling our cleaning, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with MV?s cleaning of our home. A professional cleaning of our home was long overdue, and the two cleaners dispatched were very pleasant, worked efficiently and tirelessly, and their attention to detail was impressive. We also appreciated the fact that Ivone was accommodating of our request for a partial and selective cleaning within our established budget and respectful of our preference for services on an as-needed and as-requested basis. We would not hesitate to use MV Cleaning Services again and would highly recommend them to others.

This was a smooth and painless experience even though my husband and I were at home and the crew had the added challenge of working with four dogs in the house. They listened to what was important to me in each room of the house then quickly decided on the best plan to get the job done and worked perfectly together. Based on the great results, I decided to have MV Cleaning Service come on a regular basis.

Amazing job. They cleaned every light fixture, appliance, floorboard, and everything in between. Very impressed.

We have used a few different services over the years and so far they surpassed them all. They were in time, professional and cleaned everything. I have decided to use them every other week based on this performance. I will let you how it goes.

MV cleaning was fantastic, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. My wife was amazed by the thoroughness and attention to detail. We called them to come perform a spring cleaning/first house cleaning on our house, and then follow up with a biweekly cleaning thereafter. The owner scheduled an estimate walk thru with my wife the day after the call, and they were able to come clean just 2 days later. Three cleaners showed up, including the owner, and spent about 7 hours cleaning the house top to bottom. MV Cleaning rolled up hallway runners to clean the hardwood beneath them and then replaced. They moved all the living room furniture (some of it is pretty heavy, too!) and cleaned underneath all of it. Every blind was done, they did the inside of windows, swapped our storm windows and screens. Shower stalls were so clean you didn't notice the glass was there. grout in floor tiles was scrubbed individually. Bookshelves were carefully emptied, dusted, and refilled. We were so happy with how our cleaning turned out - my wife has ranked it as the most romantic early Mother's Day gift she has ever gotten.

MV cleaned my house in late Jan or early Feb 2014. They were paid for a complete housecleaning. However, there were a few problems: they failed to clean the oven; they eft a large, soaking wet area on my den carpet; the owner Ivone was not present though she said she would be; and she sent 4 people instead of 3 which I would not have agreed to. Upon being informed about the oven, Ivone said she would come back out to do it. I then had surgery and complications and didn't get to call Ivone back until late April. I scheduled a time for today and also asked to pay for her company to clean the floors, kitchen and one bathroom; she said she would bring 2 people for @ 2 hours. She agreed to come out today at 2:00; we spoke TWICE about the date and time. However, she failed to show up today or call at the scheduled time. After a couple of hours had passed, I called and left her a voice mail acknowledging she had not shown up and that a call that she was not coming would have been courteous. She left me a voice mail about an hour later saying we had never spoken about today, and that she had me in her book for an entirely different day. I do not appreciate being lied to and I would not recommend this company.

They dusted, were very careful with important items, vacuumed, washed our oak floors and oil soaped them---they shined like the day we had them restored--- left the 3 bathrooms and kitchen shining clean--they even polished our tea kettle!We couldn't be more satisfied.

They were awesome. They were absolutely fantastic. It was four people up to 3 o'clock and they got in my house like 8:30 and then it was 3 people out there, it was like $30 or $70 a worker. It was totally reasonable cost wise considering how much they did. They worked so hard, we kept offering them food o to take a break, they didn't do anything and kept working. I felt really bad because one woman was cleaning my windows in my bathroom and some windows in the house needs to be replaced and when she was cleaning it, she was pressing it so hard she pushed the window out of it's socket and she started to cry. She felt so bad and we keep telling her, "It's not your fault. The windows were crappy." but they were like "We're going to pay for it" and I go, "Very well, it's not your fault I have crappy windows, you guy aren't going to pay for it" but the husband of the cleaning team he went outside and got the window and he like nailed it back into place, just a temporary thing. They were even offering to pay for the window and I refused because I'm like, "That's unfair. It's not your fault. It's a crappy window in a 20 year old house that is not your fault" If it were like a brand new window and they did something stupid, "Yeah, fine" you may ask them to pay for repairs. They were offering to pay for repairs that frankly were not their responsibility. They were lovely. My mother thought they were fantastic and I could care less if my house is dirty sometimes she is extremely picky. She thought they were fabulous, she was like, "Can we hire them full time?" Their price is very fair, given the work that they put into my house, I think heir price is extremely fair.

Excellent. Our former service closed and we selected MV from Angie's list recommendations. A little more cost than expected but well worth it. Have decided to use them for routine cleaning as well. Hope the quality continues.

The first time was amazing! They moved and cleaned behind furniture like it was nothing. The office smelled clean when they left. The crews are friendly and always on time. Very happy with M V Cleaning.

We used this cleaning service on very short notice the day before listing our home for sale. We wanted a thorough cleaning just before the professional photographer took pictures for the listing. They did a wonderful job. They sent a crew of three people, and they cleaned quickly and efficiently. I was home the entire time they were here and was impressed with how thorough they were as they moved through the house. We are extremely happy with the results. Our stainless steel appliances look so good that I asked them for the name of the product they used to clean them. We would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them highly.

There are some issues with putting items back where they found them, but otherwise they do an excellent job. In fact, they are quite possibly the best cleaning company that I've used over the years. The company sends the same two individuals, Carlos and Michelle, each time who are always quiet and respectful and get right to work. I also appreciated that the owners themselves were on hand for the first couple of cleanings just to make sure that the jobs went smoothly.

My daughter was home throughout the cleaning and described the problem spots she was most concerned with. The cleaners were exceptionally nice and responsive to all she requested. They were punctual and arrived with all they needed to do an excellent job. They went above and beyond to get years of rust and grime off the sink hardware and other sites that were not part of just routine cleaning. The apartment was a students' abode and they had their work cut out for them.They did not just rush through the work, but were meticulous and thorough. They left the apt. spotless and gleaming. I will add that I made the arrangements with the owner, Ivone Mariani, by phone from another state. We had to work around my daughter's schedule and the need to reschedule due to a snowstorm and she could not have been nicer and more helpful. This service was exceptional and lived up to its high angie's rating. I would use their services again (and plan to) and recommend them enthusiasticly.

Scheduled this appointment about a week ago for a complete cleaning. I have big party planned at my house in the next few weeks and realized there is just no way I can get everything done and get my Spring cleaning in. I have used Ivone's company before and have never been disappointed. 3 girls arrived on time as stated. They stayed for approximately 8 hours and scrubbed every surface of my home. They even remove pictures from the walls in order to insure you get a complete cleaning. The towels in the bathroom look like I stay in a 5 star hotel :) Beds were straightened and not a dust bunny can be found. Windows were cleaned, oven was cleaned, fridge was cleaned. If I didn't know any better I'd sware I have a new microwave because it is so incredibly clean. I love walking around the house and just seeing 'clean', all those little things like the light bulbs on the chandelier that were dusty or the votive holders that had finger prints on them....everything sparkles. I didn't think my house was that dirty, but apparently I'm sadly mistaken after seeing the 'after' :) My kids don't even want to go in their rooms for fear they will mess it up, it looks that nice! The girls who came to my house were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Ivone and her crew! There is no way I could clean with the quality Ivones team delivers. I am THRILLED!

We used them for deep cleaning and were so happy with them that we decided to use them for regular cleaning every two weeks for our house. Over time they spent less and less time on the cleaning until they even didn't clean all floors anymore (and left within an hour). We complained and Ivone came with them once. Needless to say that then the house was spotless. Unfortunately, the 2nd time thereafter, the same problem started again: the third foor was completely left out, no cleaning under the beds, the stairs not cleaned, a sculpture broken. No apology. We cancelled and we definitely cannot recommend them for regular cleaning -unless Ivone is personally present.

MV gave us a good price quote and we went with them. They spent an entire day cleaning with a staff of 5. Our house was shinning when they were done. It was hard to believe that we were living in the same house! They gave us a good price for cleaning every other week with built in flexibility. We are very happy and continue to use MV Cleaning.

Arrived exactly an hour late after owner had asked to move my appointment up by an hour. Clearly a lack of communication between scheduler/staff.

I cancelled them. They were very good in the beginning then they started getting different girls. They told me I was guaranteed 2 hours but by the time they were done, they were done in like 15 minutes. I have a 4-bedroom house so it was not worth getting done the way I wanted them to be done. I would find a lot of things that weren’t cleaned and they were basically vacuuming, making the bed, and dusting. They weren’t scrubbing anything like they’re supposed to. The price was fine. The first set of girls were cleaning for 2 hours. The different girls were cutting the time. Nothing felt clean when they left.

The team is flexible if some areas need more or less attention or if cleaning schedule needs to be modified. Ivone is easy to contact and easy to speak with. The team assigned to our home is friendly and professional. I can't say enough about how happy I am. I have had cleaning services that usually start out good then go downhill. Not the case with this team! We have used their services now for six months and will continue to use them.

I have been through 3 previous cleaning services and none of then match up to this one. Maria has high standards for cleanliness which was apparent from the first conversation. She knew exactly what supplies she would need and recommended a different type of vacuum cleaner from ours. She explained that she prefers not to use the same one from house to house and recommends each household have their own because it is cleaner this way. I really appreciated this detail. She brought her own the first time as a trial and after that cleaning I was hooked. I have waited about. 3 months before writing this review to see if the quality of the cleaning would change but they do not disappoint. We live in a 1860s era row home about 2000 sq ft. We do not allow shoes in the house because I am particularly sensitive about the floors. They come every 2 weeks and the house is immaculate each time...cannot recommend more highly.

I don't write many reveiws, but I felt I needed to for this fantastic company. I have had cleaning company's in the past and have never had my home cleaned like it was last Friday. My home is a large 4 bed 2.5 bath home. MV cleaning sent 3 very hard workers to my home. They moved every thing clean in areas I never expected. My home has NEVER been this clean. This was the first heavy duty clean and I though the cost was expensive. After seei g the job they did it was worth every penny. I have hired them to continue to mmaintain my home every 2 weeks. The price for maintance is $120.00 which is average for my size home. I can't say enough about the incredible job they did. Let's just hope it continues. Thank you MV Cleaning, Job well done
