MV Cleaning service has provided me with professional cleaning service. The women that have come are always pleasant, have a smile on their face and fast. The provide a great clean and always are receptive to what I want cleaned and how. I am happy with their service and will continue to use them! Ivone is also very responsive over text messages, which is quite helpful.

Excellent attention to detail. Very courteous and responsive team. I have the same team on an ongoing bi-weekly basis and could not be more pleased. The owner of the company responds quickly to any communication either by phone or online. I will not be looking for any other house cleaning company. They are trustworthy and treat my home as if it were their own.

We initially hired MV Cleaning service for a deep cleaning of our new home and recently decided to continue with bi-monthly cleaning. Our home is old and had been neglected a bit recently, thus requiring a truly deep clean. Their deep cleaning service was great, they follow directions well and scrubbed floors multiple times to make sure they were as clean as possible. They are professional, prompt and hardworking. We are looking forward to having them clean for us again.

The deep cleaning was very thorough. The team worked all day and cleaned everything - just as Mauro had explained to us. I was very pleased with how everything looked. I am looking forward to continuing our bi-weekly cleaning. The first one was amazing. The only problem was that the girls got lost finding the house and were late.

They do a good job cleaning. When they show up, I am generally pleased with the work they perform, and the workers have always been polite and courteous in our house. However, over the past year, they have gotten increasingly unreliable, showing up late or not at all. We have a regularly scheduled cleaning every 4 weeks. I always confirm the date and time a few days before via email. Most recently, I received an email reply that "yes, they will be there at 7:30 on Saturday." By 8:00 am, I was emailing the owner because the cleaners did not show up (she was on vacation, so email was the only way to reach her). The cleaners finally arrived at 8:30. The owner never replied to my email apologizing or explaining why they were late. The cleaner mumbled something like "oh, there was a misunderstanding. You weren't on the schedule today." This has happened several times over the past few cleanings, being late or not showing at all. In addition, we have a bidet toilet seat. It has electronics in it. One time, when the cleaners left, we noticed that it didn't slow close and that the bottom seat was askew. My husband opened it up to find that the mechanism holding it together was cracked. No one said anything about breaking it. We figured out that they must have leaned on it to clean, causing stress on the mechanism and breaking it. I contacted the owner and she apologized and offered to send someone to look at it. My husband spent several hours adding a screw and gluing it back together without their help. We chalked it up to an accident, and moved on. Since them, I remind the cleaners every time not to lean on the seat. On this last visit (when they were an hour late), we discovered it was broken again. I've finally had enough, and I am ending my relationship with this company.

Yesterday they didn't show up for the cleaning. The last time they came they were late and didn't let me know they were going to be late. The cleaning was also subpar. You have to tell them again every time they come what needs to be done. I can't leave them here by themselves, because the one time I did they didn't lock up the house when they left. They just couldn't seem to remember what services I wanted done or not done.

Don't let them in your home. First they can't even seem to show up on time. They were to show up at 8 am and did not show till 12pm. I told them what rooms they were not to touch but things came up missing. The owner after I called her told me that she couldn't work for me...HA!! My house wasn't completely spring cleaned like they said it would be. I found dust on lamp shades and my showers stalls still had soap scum on the tiles. If you do hire them stay in your house or things will go missing and never returned. I told the owner I always will be home when services like this are being done on my house and she kept trying to tell me to leave and go out during that time. NEVER AGAIN!! Found another company that has worked out no issues, none of my property missing, and they show up when we are scheduled!!!! So I have read the companies response back and laugh so hard I broke a stitch. We were quoted $750 for the entire house which is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 living rooms, a kitchen , a dining room and a mud room. I stated to the owner I do not want anyone touching our bedrooms or mudroom. The owner herself dropped the price to $450 after I stated I did not want my whole house cleaned. I never begged or requested a lower price!!! I was also informed 4 people would be cleaning my house but only 3 people showed up. Again they were to show up at 8AM not 12 noon like they did. When I scheduled for them to come in 2 weeks they were asked to come back on a Thursday we were informed they couldn't they were already scheduled so the OWNER asked my husband could they come one day earlier (which would be Wednesday) my husband asked me and we both said thats fine. So now we are expecting her to come back on 7/16 not 7/17 but did anyone show NOPE!!! When we called the company the owner stated she was coming on thursday. What kind of company can't even keep their records straight when they make appointments. Pathetic and thats why I will never use them and will tell anyone that asks me about them not to use them!! Odd things were missing too so sticky fingers in this company!!! I should have called the police but nothing taken had much value to it! I have ever conversation taped and ready if this company gives me problems about my review since the OWNER stated she would return our property and never did! PLEASE BE VERY WARY USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We needed a cleaning company to clean our house after we moved out. We wanted it spotless for the new owners. I called MV Cleaning and left a message...minutes later I received a call from the owner who set up an appointment that day. Mauro came to the house, inspected it and gave me an estimate. It was pricey, but it was a big job and I could tell from Mauro's assessment that every detail would be taken care of expertly. On the day of the cleaning, the crew arrived promptly and set to work. Since the house was empty, I left for the day. Mauro told me that he would call when they were about 45 minutes from completion. As advised, Mauro called and I returned to the house at the end of the day to find it sparkling! Items such as a greasy stovetop exhaust hood were spotless. Mini-blinds (and there were many) were perfectly dust-free. Even the unfinished section of the basement was cleaned and all shelves wiped down and cleaned. I was beyond pleased with the results of the work and give this vendor an extremely high review.

They showed up promptly and worked the entire time they were here. They cleaned EVERYTHING and did a great job.

MV Cleaning was very fast to respond and we scheduled a time for them to come down and see our house. Our house is a South Philly row home and is 1400 sq ft. They gave use a first time cleaning estimate of $510. I think that is pretty steep and when I talked with other friends in the area they agreed. Needless to say we did not choose MV to be our cleaners.

I joined Angie?s List for one reason? to find a housecleaner to clean my new home before moving in. MV Cleaning Service has the most positive reviews and a recent Angie?s recognition. I contacted Ivone, the owner, prior to hiring her company. I had spoken to a few house cleaning companies and although she was a little more expensive, she assured me that the house would be cleaned top to bottom. The prior owners had pets and with our allergies we wanted to make sure the dust and dander was removed. Ivone sent her brother and 2 other ladies to clean the 2500 sqft home. They were 20 minutes late, but did call me to say they were stuck in traffic. The house was empty. There was no furniture to move. Everything to be cleaned was out in the open, visible and easily accessible. I walked around the house with her brother going over the areas to be cleaned. He told me it would cost $500 plus the cost of supplies and then gave the ladies their instructions. I specifically requested the heating elements be vacuumed out and underneath as they were coated with dust and dander. I noticed he felt the tops of the ceiling lighting fixtures and fans as we walked around. I had asked that the basement and garage be broom swept and remove the cobwebs. The lighting fixture in the foyer was removed and cleaned but it appears they only dry dusted the 7 ceiling fans and did not remove/clean their lighting fixtures. The housing and blades were still filthy and they left the bugs in the attached lighting fixtures. I saw them mopping the hardwood and vinyl floors- but after inspecting the house prior to moving in, I found piles of dirt and grime underneath the heating elements rather than it being removed. They vacuumed the top of 2 heating elements- and it was only the 2 I specifically pointed out, instead of all of them. A pest control company representative was here toward the end of their stay and he easily pointed out the cobwebs/dirt in the area he was inspecting. They dusted the finished part of the basement and mopped the floor of semi-finished section but did not remove any cobwebs from the basement or garage. They seemed to be in a rush to leave after almost 4 hours. Her brother was not here the whole time- he came and left several times, it was hard to keep track. I was frustrated and overwhelmed and the language barrier did not help the situation. Soon after, I reached out to Ivone through the Angie's List messaging to tell her how disappointed I was with the service. She promptly contacted me and said that she would come out to finish the jobs that were not complete. We had a tentative arrangement for her to return on Wednesday but I had to postpone due to a school conflict. We had not made a definite time and I gave her more than 24 hours notice. I sent her a couple follow up messages and included photos I took of incomplete work, it was several days before she responded- saying she was on vacation. She suggested another date and I responded the date was not convenient. Her brother just showed up at the door in a morning even though I messaged her through Angie's messaging that that time was not convenient. Despite additional messages asking her to respond prior to leaving this review, I have not heard back from her. I certainly feel that I was taken advantage of and paid for a service that I did not receive. MV was hired to do a deep move-in cleaning of my new home. At that time, it was completely empty; there is no excuses as to why they left the house in this condition. I am seeking a refund based on the partial work that was completed. Response to vendors response: When we initially spoke you gave me a ballpark figure around $550. At that time you assured me the house would be cleaned top to bottom and I would be satisfied. You knew the concern was to remove the pet dander and dust. How can you say I added heating vents if they were part of the house? Your brother asked about the windows and I said, sure. NEVER said there was an additional cost. I also asked about the garage and basement being broom swept and cleared of cobwebs when we did our initial walk through.... this was all before he quoted the price. At no time was additional cost EVER discussed. 16 man hours - where do you get that? 2 workers here for less than 4 hours and your brother who may have been here for a total of 2 - he kept coming and going the whole time. My new neighbors know how long you were here and it certainly wasn't 16 man hours worth. No response to the filth you left on the fans and light fixtures? What exactly is included on the move-in deep clean? What about all of the reviews where the workers stayed until the work was complete. Where you made sure the customer was satisfied? That is the company I thought I was hiring. What about your offer to come back and clean the areas that were left unclean? Did you forget that you pledged to make it right and fix it and then chose to ignore me? Now I want things done for free? How about I want what you told me would be done and I paid for. A picture is worth 1000 words.

Ivone has a great team of people at her disposal to clean your house/apartment. She sent Ditza to clean our very dirty apartment before moving in. We told her in the beginning of the day to take as much time as she needed to clean the whole place and trust me it was worth every cent. She stayed until EVERYTHING was clean! Ditza did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a deep clean. I can't wait to start using MV Cleaning for a regular maintenance clean.

The home we purchased was vacant for ~6 to 9 months and it was dirty, dusty, and filled with cobwebs. MV cleaners were very professional and thorough. They cleaned absolutely everything - including inside the refrigerators, the window sills, inside the closets and cabinets, and removed the cobwebs from the exposed beams on the ceiling. They bleached the tile grout and now they look almost new! The house smells and feels clean and comfortable. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing! It was well worth cost. They moved all the furniture, cleaned all fixtures, moldings, door frames, etc. They cleaned every inch of our house - and didn't miss one speck of dirt (I know becuase I looked and looked but couldn't find anything). We're pretty good about keep the house clean/tidy - but we'll definitley being calling Ivone every few months, to have them come in and do a "deep cleaning" and really get everything spotless. We have already recommended Ivone to several family and friends and will definitely be using them again.

Ivone and her team did a very good job the few times they came to clean the apartment. The workers were excellent although they did not speak english so at times it was difficult to relay what needed to be done. Ivone herself was difficult to work with. I was very upfront from the beginning of what I wanted. My work schedule is intense and I prefer to be home when they are cleaning the apartment. From day one I explained that my schedule changes every week and that the same Tuesday every 2-4 weeks was not possible. She told me that it was fine and we could be flexible but as time when by rescheduling for the next visit was more and more difficult. It reached a point where she stopped returning my text messages and phone calls. I eventually stopped calling. Very disappointed and a waste of time.

My wife and I thought MV's staff did a thorough and outstanding job. We were extremely pleased with the job and everything was sparkling when they were through. The next step is getting on their regular schedule. We highly recommend their services.

Ivone arrived on time, her crew followed shortly behind her. They spent 4 hours cleaning the house, including the walls. My expectations were exceeded and I was amazed when they were finished. Literally, everything was shining and impeccable. The dusted/cleaned the top of door frames, moved every piece of furniture to dust/vacuum no matter how heavy, and even windexed every picture frame piece of artwork hanging throughout the house, and there is an abundance. To my delightful surprise they even re-folded the towels in the linen closet of my children's bathroom, which is something I can never find the time to tackle. I have never seen any service clean so many corners, crevices, surfaces there was not a spot in the house they missed. There were so many rags when they were finished cleaning that were filthy, and she asked for more while here. Ivone takes major pride in her cleaning service, and is the hardest most energetic worker I have ever seen. The house itself, my family and I were over the moon happy with the job they did, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking perfection.

Ivone and her team are wonderful. Every staff member that I have come in contact with has been great. They are very thorough with their cleaning leaving the house spotless. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and have already recommended them to some family members.

Always very punctual with very consistent quality. We have been having our house cleaned every 2-weeks by MV since April. Staff is very polite and hard working. They use our vacuum and cleaning supplies. We have some special requests on floor cleaning which they do without any issues. Well worth the money.

Ivone and her team did a deep clean initially of my house. I had never hired cleaners before, and I typically did my own cleaning on the weekends. It just became too much for me. The cleaning job that they did was amazing. I've lived in my home for almost 3 years, but I never knew that the window above my entry door wasn't diffused! They now come every other week, and I look forward to coming home on the days I know they've been there. Everything is where it should be and nothing is damaged or moved to where I can't find it. I am seriously considering asking them to come weekly, because the service is just that good!

Ivone is professional and responsible. She came out to my home within days of my initial call and met with me to go over the services of her company. She is good with dogs and assured me that her cleaners would be as well, which is important to me. Within a few days, the cleaning crew came for the initial deep clean. I stayed at the house for the first 1/2 hour to answer any questions and was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the cleaners. I left them and went to work and came home to a very clean home. I am very impressed with the cleaning service (they even did the windows, which I asked for) and am looking forward to having them back for bi-weekly maintenance.

The team is efficient and friendly. They have been to my house 3 times now (including the first "deep clean" service). This cleaning is unsurpassed, even better than if I had done it myself. Up until now, no cleaning service has met that standard!

They did a fantastic job on a house that had not been thoroughly cleaned in years. They moved absolutely everything including a gigantic entertainment center containing a huge Sony Trinitron TV (the elephant in the room!). This entertainment center had not been moved since it was bought. I would highly recommend MV Cleaning Services to anyone.

if you are looking for 'real' cleaners who know what they are doing, MVcleaning is it. They move everything, they thoroughly clean everything. My shower floor that I thought was never going to look clean again looks perfect!

With the exception of paying for a half and hour less then the 4 hours quoted for the job, I have only kudos to say about this company.
