I had tried three cleaning services before calling MV Cleaning Service. Being extremely particular about cleanliness, I was disappointed with each one. Having not had much success with prior services, my hopes weren't high when I called MV Cleaning Service. Mauro came to our home and walked through each room thoroughly, even pointing out detailed things that his worker would do that others had completely overlooked. When he told me the price for the initial deep-cleaning, it seemed a bit high. But, I was impressed at the small things he noticed and said would be cleaned and I was willing to give his team a try. Mauro dropped off the girls, gave them instructions, and left. They worked tirelessly for EIGHT hours. They spoke very little to each other except what seemed to be to check in with who would work on what room next. They didn't make a single phone call on their cell phones (which had happened with prior services). When Mauro returned to pick up the girls, he inspected their work, asked me if I was satisfied, and let me know of one small (pre-existing) scratch on our kitchen island that they couldn't make look any better. After they left, I went through each room and specifically looked for the detailed things Mauro said they would tend to. I was completely satisfied and very impressed with the job the girls did. Their attention to detail was amazing and it was clear they weren't trying to just rush through the job. They even cleaned the little overflow holes in the sinks. Our home smelled lovely and looked incredible. If you've been disappointed by other cleaning services, I highly recommend MV Cleaning Service. Other services may be cheaper, but their service reflects it. MV Cleaning Service is absolutely worth the money.

I wanted them to do a deep clean. That's why I agreed to pay $550. But they ended up doing like a basic house clean. The guy that did the walkthrough and gave me the price said a deep clean was totally fine. I wanted the baseboards scrubbed and everything. He came with the two women for about the first half hour. They did really well while he was there, but he left to go to another job. We had talked about my butcher block countertops, because I didn't know how to clean them. He told me he knew how to clean them, but when the workers started cleaning the kitchen, actually took the varnish off the butcher block counter. She came over and told me and was really apologetic. When he came to pick them up, I told him they ruined my countertop. He yelled at them outside and then made me show him what happened in front of the workers. He said he would fix it, but I was so worried the girl was going to lose her job, I said it was fine and not to worry about it. I was so mad because I didn't feel like they cleaned very well. I just wanted them out of my house by that point. I legitimately feel like I was bamboozled. He overcharged and then didn't clean well. He didn't tell his workers about the countertops, even though we had a long conversation about it. I was worried about what product would be used on them, because I didn't want what happened to happen.

MV Cleaning Services is absolutely top notch! For the past 4-5 months I have had the MV Cleaning Services team clean the entire interior of my house from top to bottom. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The house is immaculate when the cleaning is completed. Dusting, refrigerator interior & shelving, microwave interior, oven interior, wood and tile floors, shower stalls and glass, tubs, jacuzzi, light fixtures, lamp shades, stainless steel appliance exteriors, carpeting vacuumed, furniture wiped down/vacuumed, toilet bowls (and exteriors), mirrors, sinks, all spotlessly cleaned. Prompt arrivals, courteous staff and very hardworking. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful company to handle these chores around the house. If you're in need of a cleaning service to help get some of your time back, you won't go wrong with MV Cleaning Services.

When I purchased the deal, they asked for my contact info and told me they would be in contact within 2 business days. I did not hear back from them. So I sent them another message inquiring if they recieved my phone number. Two days later I recieved a message that they were trying to schedule me for December 1st. I let them know that this date was not available, as I have patients scheduled. They again requested December 1st as a service date. I asked for December 5th at that point, they told me at that it did not work, but that they would check and call be back later on Monday or Tuesday. I have not heard back from them since.

A team of 2 girls arrived right on time and as I work from home I let them do their thing while I went to my office. Until the vacuum was being run you wouldn't have known they were even here. Quietly and expertly cleaning everything we asked. I even noticed they vacuumed the sofas inside and out! The process took 3 hours (one of the girls did say it was very dirty) and I couldn't argue with her, some of these areas we really don't touch on a regular basis. Looking around the kitchen, living room, dinning room and family room were spotless. They did a first rate job. After this experience we definitely are going to give MV Cleaning a call again for the 2nd floor of our house and plan to make them at least a once a year visit for 'Maintenance' cleaning ;) Thanks for such a great job!

Hands down the beset cleaning service I've ever used. My house sparkles when Ivone's team leaves. They are always on time, very nice, and are efficient and thorough at their job. I have two young kids and a dog, and all the fingerprints, smudges, crumbs etc are always taken care of. They clean under stuff and furniture even. I really like that they use my supplies, too--I don't want someone else's dirt and grime being wiped around my house! Best of all Ivone is very responsive and always gets back to me right away when I have a question or need to make a change. MV Cleaning is my best Angie's List find yet!

we sold our property and hired MV to do a final cleaning...they did a fantastic job, we couldn't be happier with it. From windows to cabinets, floors to ceilings, they did it all. They showed up on time and were very polite and courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family and will use them again in the near future.

The cleaners came on time and to my delight, they brought their own cleaning supplies (the last cleaning service used our products), including vacuum. I'm sure if you're worried about bed bugs and that type of thing they would be happy to use the vacuum you supply. I didn't have to do much explaining to Ivonne. She understood that I wanted a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. She came with two other people which is great because it gets the job done faster. We initially purchased 6 hours of cleaning ($238), which is the equivalent of 2 hours with three people. We had to purchase more hours ($30/hr) because it quickly became apparent that with the two hours they would only be able to do the second floor. Our house has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is about 1800 square feet. They finished the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in about 3 hours time with three people. Our master bath was pretty gross though--lots of mildew. They moved furniture around--large dresser and night stands to vacuum behind things, got the dust out of curtains, cleaned windows (including track), got cobwebs. They were very thorough. I've never seen our house that clean, not even 10 years ago when we first moved in! Two people came back for another 3 hours to do the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The lady did an amazing job with the kitchen. She got all the grease off of the cabinet doors, and our range hood is sparkling! She also cleaned the stove top grates, backsplash, and moved things so that the corners that had formed cob webs were also cleaned. Our tiled floor that had caked in and difficult to remove spots were cleaned really well. The refrigerator handle that had more caked in spots were also cleaned well. She got the grease dust (how else to describe that?) that was on top of the refrigerator, and the cabinets as well. She cleaned our small appliances (microwave, coffee maker) and they are SO clean now! I had to leave the house by a certain time and the additional hours that I purchased were running out so they were unable to finish a few small things-cleaning a window, dusting on top of an organizer, which I was easily able to do. I am still enjoying my clean house. My daughter said they did a "spectacular" job and that it felt like a "new house," which it really does! I'm so thrilled with their work and considering having them come back once a month ($150) to keep it this clean. I gave the two people who did extra work a small tip ($15/each) because I didn't have enough cash on me. They seemed surprised and thankful. Given how much the services were I probably should have tipped more (some sites suggest 15-20%), but alas, that's all I had on me. It would have taken me FOREVER to do what they did and with not as good results. I'm very happy with the outcome!

Ivonne was the first person to get back to my inquiry on Angie's List. She was fast, efficient, flexible and reasonable. She went over the whole house with me explaining what would be done.

The house sparkles. Ivone answered my call on a late Saturday afternoon, meet with her that following Monday, and the cleaning was done a week later. Absolutely fabulous job. Ivone and her staff are professional, responsive, respectful and am glad that they were able to come so quickly. They'll be coming to maintain my Dad's home every 2 weeks which is a big help because he's 79 years old and can't keep up. Thank you Ivone!!!

Ivone did a wonderful job cleaning my house. I would certainly call her again. She was terrific.

I would first like to start off by saying that I have never complained or written a negative review in my life. I spoke to the owner, Ivone, on the phone to schedule the walk through for a quote on the work. She informed me that her brother would be the one to meet with me at the house. He met us the day prior to the service and quoted us for the work plus $50 for cleaning products and another $29 for a bottle of Rejuvenate for the wood floors in one room. He indicated that they typically buy the products and then they are either left at our house or they can keep them for when they do regular cleanings. Because it was late and they would be cleaning the very next day he said that he would use their products and buy my products for the next regular cleaning. The brother arrived with two young girls the next morning around 8:30. The brother only stayed about an hour and then another girl came and he left. I stayed in the kitchen while the girls worked trying to stay out of their way. Two of the girls spent probably 5 hours if not more upstairs on the second and third floor which only consisted of two bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms which they didn't even vacuum because they knew I had a carpet cleaning company coming to clean all the carpets. Not sure why it took over 5 hours for two girls to clean up there but they never came down stairs other than to heat up their lunches and eat in the kitchen. The third girl worked on the office are and did a good job and was the only friendly one of the three. A little before 3:00 I left to pick my son up from school which took me no more than 30 minutes. When I returned the one girl (the one that actually did a decent job) was working on the kitchen cabinets and counters. Although she did a good job, she used dirty rags and dirty water to clean the whole kitchen. It was filthy however the water was never switched. Everything in the kitchen looked like it had a film and didn't even smell clean. At this time the brother returned for a short time and then left again this time taking one of the girls with him so now it was just two girls left and they hadn't even gotten to the main floor or the finished basement which are the biggest area of the house. I left again to run to the post office and back which took another 30 minutes. I returned and the one girl was still doing the kitchen and the other one was I think somewhere upstairs?she definitely wasn't on the main floor or basement. I I told them to let me know when I needed to move from the bay window area that I was sitting at when they needed to get over there to clean. No one said anything. I ran outside to take a phone call for 15 minutes and then the brother returned. He was there only about another 20 minutes before he called me in to say they were done. I was shocked. I walked in and immediately noticed that the floors had never been mopped. The only floor that was cleaned was the one room the brother used Rejuvenate on. I pointed out that they weren't cleaned and even showed him the area that I was sitting at the bay window and he said that it was just dust blowing up from the vents. I explained to him that I was sitting there all day and saw all of the same dirt on the floors and it clearly was never mopped. I went downstairs in the basement and none of the floors were cleaned down there either. The brother tried to tell me that all the floors where done during the time that I ran out?a total of 1 hour. I explained that there is no way the two remaining girls could have gotten to the main floor and the basement and done all the floors in the time I was gone. The main floor and basement consist of 2 1/2 bathrooms, two bedrooms and all wood flooring?far more area than the upstaiirs however he claims that was done in 1 hour while the upstairs that consisted of 2 bathrooms and no wood floors took over 5 hours!! He finally agreed that the floors didn't looked mopped so he used what looked like an old broomstick and a dirty wet rag and used that to go over the floors in the kitchen and dining room. Not like that did anything but just move more dirt around. At this point is was after 5:30 and he had the girls outside waiting in the car. I explained what I saw that day and how I felt about the cleaning that was done. I told him that for $1048 the house should at least look and smell clean which it absolutely DID NOT. I barely saw any cleaning products being used and dirty rags and water were used the whole time. He didn't have much to say and obviously just wanted to get his money at leave. Once they left I walked through the house again and went into my son's bathroom on the main floor and it looked like someone had started to clean it and then just stopped. There were wrappers and dirt all over the floor. At that point I was so sick over what went on that I called the owner, Ivone. She said that she would have them come back to do the area that they missed the next day however we had the movers coming in the morning so that wouldn't work. She then informed me that she apparently texted her brother and that they were headed back to my house to do it right then. At this point it was late and I had two young children that I needed to get ready for bed and drive back to West Chester which was 40 minutes away. She said they were already on their way back so I didn't have too much of a choice. About an hour or more later the brother returns with two girls one of which was never at the house that day. It was so awkward and uncomfortable at that point and really late. They came through and just started going through rooms doing random stuff because I don't think any of them knew what was cleaned and what wasn't. About a week later after I used the oven I noticed that the brother had sprayed oven cleaner and never wiped it out of the top oven (I remembered him using the oven cleaner but assumed he cleaned it all out). I contacted Ivone to explain to her what went on and give her an opportunity to at the very least apologize or offer to fix the problem. Ivone was argumentative and unapologetic to say the least. She claimed to know what was done in the house although she was never physically there. She tried to tell me that her brother was overseeing everything while in reality he was only here for an hour in the beginning and another hour at the end to get paid. She said that she doesn't know what I "think" I saw but that everything was done right and that she knew the girls did what they were supposed to. After going back and forth with her and getting nowhere I realized it was a lost cause. I have never been so unsatisfied with any kind of service in my life. Obviously customer satisfaction doesn't matter to Ivone or her employees.

We have been using MV Cleaning for almost 2 years now and have been very pleased with our service. They extremely flexible as well as efficient and thorough in cleaning. I have had several occasions that I needed to switch my day last minute or have them come for a special occasion and they have always been able to accommodate. They also clean my 4 bed, 2.5 bath with finished basement in under 2 hours, and do a great job! There is usually a team of 2 or 3 and this is fantastic as I have 2 little ones and cannot be out of the house for 4 hours, it works great with our schedule. I highly recommend this company and trust them completely to do a good job and take care of our home.

They did a beautiful job cleaning my second floor. I'm having them back to deep clean my first floor and then will schedule for regular cleaning going forward.

that All I can say is....OMG, my home has never been cleaned like this!! I called several companies with a date that I needed only a few days away, and within one day Ivone (the owner) came to give me a quote and the next day the team started. I have a fairly big house so they divided the job into the upstairs and the downstairs over two consecutive days. All the furniture was moved to the middle of each room ( very carefully I might add) and a team of 3-4 people were on their hands and knees cleaning baseboards, and window sills and blinds, and even the front door! I couldn't believe it when they were cleaning the front entrance to the how-- I just thought, wow! ( and it probably had never been done! When it came to the bathroom, and the kitchen, I was certain that they would not be able to get rid of some of the long term grit, that we just thought we would have to live with--- seriously-- some parts of my house look like they have been re-painted, the cleaning was that good and thorough. I have never seem this quality of work in house cleaners and the willingness of all team member to keep working on something to make it bright and shine. Probably the two happiest days i have had in a while, just seeing and knowing the places I can't even see are spotless! And now I know what kind of work they will do to maintain the work they already did when they come every two weeks. Quick, hire them before they get too busy! Very happy!

Their responsiveness very quick. The owners brother came to our home and advised that the coupon would not include what we needed. We paid the additional cost and scheduled the cleaning. The service also doesn't include products which was a surprise. We relocated from Maryland and used a service there for over 10 years and were never charged for cleaning supplies. We have used the service on a regular basis since the initial service and have been pleased with their service.

Since living in Bucks County for 7 years, we've tried 3 other housecleaners, sticking with one of them for the long haul, although never being satisfied with the cleanings. We called MV Cleaning Service and Ivone was very accomodating to our schedule, coming out on a Saturday to quote. It was clear that Ivone was passionate about her business and she cared deeply about the quality of her company's work. We hired MV, and were immediately blown away! Our house sparkled!!! It had never sparkled before. They have excellent attention to detail, and use produts that actually get the job done. The bottom line is that this service is superior in every way compared to other services we have used.

Two girls went through my home that has been neglected recently due to commitments elsewhere. The home needed a deep cleaning and they did a very good job going beyond surface cleaning. Besides having to point out they missed under the beds, I was surprised at just how many details they did cover-- the home sparkled and encouraged me to the next level. I do not regret the money spent since I did not have the time or energy to tackle the job. It was like going on a weekend getaway and having the benefit linger at home. I would hire them again, the girls were trustworthy. I would like to have them regularly but I am unsure just how the hours and cost would translate to an affordable price vs. the level I would want maintained.

Cleaning is always thorough and my home and office smell clean when they are done. The staff is very courteous and don't waste time. This is the best cleaning service that I have ever used.

I've already recommended them to my friends. They're very nice, very professional. They do a great job. They go above and beyond. They do extra stuff and they're happy to do extra stuff. I had brought in a table and four chairs and my daughter had spilled grease on the chairs and they moved it. I came back in and he had cleaned my chair with the grease on it. They're very pleasant people. They're very trustworthy. I like them a lot. It's all A's.

The came when they said they would, the cleaned out and cleaned up the apartment beautifully, and I would definitely use them again.

They did a intense cleaning on the initial service day. They were very prompt and had four crew members. They were very professional and detailed. The bathroom cleaning was the best I ever had. I was so impressed by the initial that I now "book them" weekly. They arrive on-time every time. Although their are two women doing the cleaning I rarely hear a conversation between the two unless they are talking about how to split up the responsibilities. They are also very good at organizing things. If their are dishes in the sink they are washed. They make up the beds. All the dirty sheets and rags are taken to the laundry area.
