All went well. It took an extra hour to finish the job but not because of cleaning company. Past tenants were dirty and the place needed to be cleaned top to bottom. Much appreciated would do business again.

They had to stay an extra for a little bit. They did their job. I had to email them about something but their email didn't get through to me. They're definitely good about calling. They did a good job and they didn't disrupt anything.

Mauro's team was very punctual and courteous. The company was also very responsive leading up to the cleaning. They did a good job cleaning and paid attention to details. I would use this service again.

MV Cleaning was my first choice for a cleaning service because they offered to come out to my home and give me a free estimate on the work I needed done. I was happy with the price given and scheduled an appointment with them. Two girls arrived at my house with all of the cleaning supplies needed. They were incredibly nice and seemed excited to get to work. SPOLIER ALERT: They did a fantastic job and have an amazing attention to detail! The whole story: I was a little nervous at first because I had really let the third floor shower go. There was a lot of mold in the grout and and under the glass door. The shower head was pretty gross and the handle to turn the shower on was beyond dull and dirty. The inside of the jets in the tub- which aren't really used had collected some water stains and mold as well. I have tried cleaning the shower before and was only kind of satisfied with the job I did. I considered myself a fairly good cleaner so I was concerned that a lot of the shower was going to be beyond help. The second floor bathroom was in a little better shape but still in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The laundry closet in the second floor bathroom had never been cleaned in the eight years we've been in the house so there was a great deal of lint and dirt under and around the washer and dryer. The tub on the second floor - even after being scrubbed by both myself and my husband- still seemed to have a faded grey color to it. It took them a little over three hours to do both bathrooms. When they were done they invited us up to see the work. I was shocked! It was beyond clean. Everything sparkled and looked like it was brand new, never been lived in, on the day we moved in- dare I say better. I will most definitely be hiring this company again. They have made the bathrooms back to a point where I enjoy walking into them and it will be easy to keep them clean. I would definitely suggest calling MV services out to get an estimate on what you want cleaned. If you do a little bit of the house at a time it won't be that expensive and it will be well worth the money. Thank you MV Cleaning, you have restored my happiness with my bathrooms and given me hope for the rest of the house ! :)

Ileana was very responsive when scheduling and providing additional pricing. Everyone was courteous and professional. Windows look fantastic. Inside, outside, screens -- all are sparkling! Area around windows was left neat and clean. Price was good. Great job! I will be calling again!

They were good. There were no additional charges. They were great.

The crew arrived right on time and went right to work. I got a deep cleaning special and they were so thorough that they went over time. They cleaned everything and my blinds never looked so good! I highly recommend them. The coupon was for 2 cleaners for 4 1/2 hours for $350. The additional time was only $175.00

I went with an initial deep cleaning, and plan to have them weekly for a month then likely move to a bi-weekly schedule. They spent a lot of time on the first two rooms, and did an excellent job, but I think I would have preferred them to be a little less thorough in the kids play room, because they didn't get very far, and we ran out of time and over budget. That said, the work was top notch. The kitchen was amazing when they were done.

We purchased the 9hr block of time online and received a friendly call from Eliane within 24 hours, to confirm the date and time; and review exactly what our needs and expectations were for the first visit. The crew of 3 arrived on time knowing exactly what we requested. The team was very knowledgeable and proficient, paying attention to the smallest detail. Each member went right to work on a specific task and then had their work checked, in our case by Eliane's brother, Mauro. They take great pride in their work and are very willing to accommodate special requests, such as professionally cleaning our silk flower arrangements and other special future cleaning requirements, such as cut crystal etc. On the topic of Price, I find it impossible to view it in terms other than "Value Received". We give MV an "A". Each person worked at a quick pace, being well trained, experienced and motivated, without any loss in quality. As we approached the midpoint in the hours we purchased, we were very pleased with the service and the progress and asked if we could extend our original time and work load for this first visit. With one phone call, we received an estimate, and 2 additional Team members arrived, completing well in excess of what we hoped to accomplish in the 1st day. It is our intent to engage MV Cleaners to finish the deep cleaning of our home over the next month and then continue to use them for routine maintenance.

Very well. They were very helpful and understanding. My daughter wanted to keep 20 boxes of her dorm stuff in the basement and wanted the basement cleaned before the boxes arrived. I live out of town and arranged phone calls from another city .wanted the service ASAP. Main thing is that they reply to phone calls!! very pleased with their hard work and honesty.

I am very pleased with the service we received. The house looked and smelled so fresh. We will be using this provider again.

While provider came late, they did call in advance. Crew very polite and thorough. This company moves furniture and rugs, and does tasks that other providers have refused to do.

The job went well except for the person who did the kitchen the person in the kitchen l. She required redirection as to what was most important to the owner of the home

Their work was exemplary, so much so that we will hire them for ongoing, regular - and much less costly - cleaning. Thanks to their excellent work, we can move in, putting our things away in the multiple drawers, shelves, closets, etc.

There are seven of us - my husband and I and five kids. My husband and I work full-time and the kids have busy schedules. Housework is something that gets done when there is no other choice but to do it. Naturally it finally got out of hand. My husband decided (and I couldn't agree more) that having the house cleaned would be a perfect Mothers Day gift. It WAS!!! MV was so thorough, they cleaned the bottom of the windows (where the window actually closes into-don't remember what it's called). They moved furniture to get behind the pieces (not the really big, heavy stuff because that simply isn't feasible). In fact I was surprised at some of the pieces they did move - I expected them to be too big, but they did it! Did i mention we have three cats, too? The hair and mess seven humans and three cats make is, well, just short of disgusting. All of the workers were friendly, happy, and considerate of us and our belongings. I would hire MV Cleaning again without hesitation. I almost forgot to mention I found them reasonably priced, too, considering all that was completed. They quoted me the amount of time it would take to do the job with the price. The price was nearly exact as was the time it took to do job.

Other first-time cleaners I've had were chatty, and not as thorough These 3 cleaners were focused on cleaning the whole time they were here, and did a great job. The only glitch is that I paid them the full amount by check, having forgotten that last March I had purchased but not yet used an Angie's List "deal" of 24 hours for $156. PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS NOW UNUSED CREDIT..

The crew from MV cleaning service did a great job. They were able to thoroughly clean all the areas we needed, and worked diligently to accomplish the task in a reasonable time. The crew was professional and very courteous. They arrived approximately one hour later than expected. Eliane was responsive to our scheduling needs, and Mauro completed his estimate quickly and thoroughly, giving us a very reasonable price for the work we requested. We were delighted with the quality of the work, and would definitely use them again for any house cleaning needs.

They messaged me within an hour of purchasing the service and came out to my house within 3 days. They did an excellent job cleaning inside and outside and the windows hadn't been cleaned in 10 years, they really look amazing now.

Gino was very professional and confident that he could make our carpets look signifcantly better and he did just that. The stairs have been cleaned before and never came as clean as he got them and he did a very thorough job on all areas that were cleaned. I highly recomend him for this service.

We contacted MV Cleaning about a deep cleaning on a house we recently purchased, which was pretty dirty when we got it. Mauro came out on short notice to estimate the job. He offered various tiers of cleaning, and priced them individually, giving us the option to choose how much we wanted to do. In the end, we had them clean the entire house top to bottom, including every window and storm window. He called about 20 minutes before the cleaning team arrived to let me know they were en route. They arrived within the window he had promised, and finished up at about the time he estimated. His large team descended on the house and did a super deep cleaning, which transformed the house. They were timely, professional, and left eh place sparkling. I'd highly recommend them and would use them again.

Went well. House never looked so/good. Worth the money. Very professional. They do /not cut corners.
