MV Cleaning did an excellent job of cleaning the home, including the windows. The house did not have any electricity on the day they were there, but the place was thoroughly cleaned -- even without use of a vacuum. I did have to ask that they come back a second day to finish cleaning the basement, as the floor down there hadn't been cleaned as well as the rest of the home. Within a few days, the cleaning team came back out to the house and completed that work without charging anything extra. I was impressed with both the quality of cleaning, as well as the excellent customer service and price point. I would definitely use MV Cleaning again.

The painter who works with MV cleaning is excellent. He used Sherman Williams paint. The work was done very well. He first cleaned all the surfaces and then painted. He was very meticulous and neat and never said "no" to anything I asked him to do. Antonio is polite, hardworking, punctual and very reliable. I would recommend him to my friends without a moment of hesitation.

MV cleaning was always punctual for our meeting. They kept to the schedule they promised and were very responsive, courteous and eager to please. The job was finished on time. It was a pleasure working with them.

We hired MV to do a move-in cleaning on a 2,900 SF home. They did an amazing job getting in every crevice, all of the ducts, under the grates on the stove, etc. We plan to hire them for regular service once we are settled into the home.

The most AMAZING cleaning job I have had in ten years. I grew up with a cleaning service coming into our home and over the past few years I have started to bring in services for my family (3 children 11+ years old). MV Cleaning Services was by far the best service I have encountered - punctual, thorough cleaning, polite, and cost effective! Eliane and Ivonne were great to work with - I called to schedule an appt and Eliane visited our home the next day to give a quote. By Saturday, the crew arrived at 7:30 to render a Deep Clean service with Windows and finished around 1pm. I was thrilled! Windows sparkled (glass and sills), carpet and furnishings were scrubbed down, cabinets wiped down, oven degreased, steps hand swept, baseboards dusted, bathrooms looked like professional hotel lieus! A great job - I highly recommend and will be using them forever.

It went very well. Carl and team was very attentive to all the details. they made sure everything was done to my requests and was willing to work with me.

I would have to give them an A- and the reason for the - is the tidiness of how the job was completed. I'll explain.. I ordered the window cleaning package and they called me promptly in the next day to schedule. The team arrived to the dot on time and were very friendly/professional. They got to work quickly and worked quickly and when finished, the windows looked great. Everything would be A+ except the reason for the - was that when they were cleaning out my sills, instead of pushing up the screen up a bit and pushing out any dirt and dead stinkbugs, they ended up pulling it back into the house. In most cases, this just meant a bunch of dirt to vacuum off the floor by the windows but it also meant dead bugs on my bug-phobic 6 year old's bed and in my son's water glass (yuck) that was on his bedside stand. So..perhaps they can slow down just a bit and be a little more conscious of where they are putting that dirt. I would probably use them again just with a mention of what happened before and hopefully they will correct that issue because otherwise they were great.

I was contacted promptly and the work was complete on the daya nd time scheduled. They did a thorough job and were a pleasure to work with. THANKS!!!

Arrived at scheduled time with a 2 person team. Made arrangements for a Saturday appointment which they accommodated easily. Walked in the door and went straight to work. We had recently purchased our home and moved-in, although the house is largely un-occupied which made the cleaning slightly easier. Prior to moving in, we had some work done on the house so things were a little dusty, but that didn't seem to affect the quality of the work. They cleaned everything from bathrooms, kitchen, windows, walls, and floors in the purchased time. Great work.

The initial cleaning was great especially after having my daughters 1st birthday party, however, I can't say the same for the two times they came after that. Different girls came to clean the last two times and my floors were still dirty and they didn't stay the entire time I paid for, not to mention, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. Looks like I'm still on the hunt for housecleaners that can work with my schedule and not rush through the cleaning!

They arrived on time which was 8:00AM. They had they all the equipment and tools to get the job done. Three people arrived and they were very friendly. The person in charge asked me what I wanted and I got exactly that. I was very satisfied they cleaned my refrigerator and made it sparkle inside. I went away and someone turned off the refrigerator and it was a mess. The wiped down the cabinets which had glass and cleaned bathrooms. I usually get people to clean and they do more talking than cleaning and that is not what I am paying for. MV Cleaning was very professional and I am going to hire them on a monthly basis. If you want clean hire them.

The crew was suppose to be at my house by 12pm. They showed up at 2pm. The owner called at 12:30 to advise they wouldn't be there until 1:30pm. It took them four and half hours to clean three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house was empty so all they had to do was clean two fans, four windows, wipe baseboards, wipe the light switches and clean the bathrooms. I even told them not to vacuum the floors since the carpet was being replaced. I had to clean the rest of the house by myself. It took me about 6 hours to clean double the space by myself while they had two people to clean the one floor.

Over time, several items have been broken. They had some personnel problems which they did resolve by getting rid of the person who cleaned my house. She cleaned my house at a mediocre basis, at best. I finally cancelled the service when two new ladies were sent to my house. I was glad to have the 2 new people, but the one person tossed my belongings all over whatever she was cleaning. I got the idea she wanted to show she actually cleaned. Items were broken and then hidden in drawers. When she left she went into my refrigerator and took a bottle of water. The water bottle was not the problem it was the feeling of what else did she go through in my house. When I notified the cleaning service I was told she is a really nice girl. This was the last straw for me and I finally canceled the service. Very disappointed that it got to this point. Other issues ? the ladies they send don?t necessarily speak English so they have no idea what you are saying to them or asking them to do. I would have disagreements over what they needed to clean which I found to be a problem as it was the same rooms every time. Hope to find someone better very soon.

The first visit was very thorough. However, the quality seemed to go down on each subsequent visit. The last straw was when they broke a glass, which wasn't a big deal, but I wanted to know if they had cleaned up all the glass. They denied it, and blamed my husband. I wound up with a shard of glass in my foot. We will not be hiring them again.

It went wonderful! From the time I reached out to MV Cleaning on Angie's list on Wednesday 07/29/2015, to purchase a two-hour cleaning package, the owner contacted me the very next day. I had a short window of time to have the work completed as this is our most hectic time of year as a property manager of 40+ homes in the student rental industry at Temple University that move out each summer, and she was able to get a crew out Friday 07/31/2015. She was very polite, courteous, professional, and explained that their cleaners can do any work we want- they custom tailor to what we need. She went on to explain the costs and their contact procedure. I met the owner at the time we agreed to on Friday, at 12pm. I asked if she could have someone call me when they were approximately ten minutes away so I could come around the corner to let them in as I was busy working at a different property (as my time is very valuable this time of year and need every minute I can get!), and they did in fact call me. Bonus points! We again reviewed the scope of work to be completed, they had two cleaners ready to go, supplies in hand. The owner assured me that I had nothing to worry about and I didn't have to come back to check on them- the work will be done in the time allotted- but it may run over if there are unexpected snags along the way and she told me the price-per-hour if it does go over, and that I would be contacted if this was the case- of course they would not do extra work if i did not authorize it. This home was a "heavily lived in" home, and I knew it was going to go over the two hour window. The owner contacted me at 1:45pm stating the issues they were having at the house, and why they needed extra time to perform the work. I was in agreement with their assessment, so they kept going. At the end of the day, and four hours of work, the home was FLAWLESS! They performed well beyond my expectations compared to other cleaning companies I have used, their prices were fair, and most importantly, my new tenants are VERY happy with the cleanliness of the home! I will be sure to be using MV Cleaning again in the future, as they were a true delight to deal with; honest, professional, hard-working, and got the job done at a fair price.

A man and women came to clean a 2 bedroom apt. They were only here for 1 hr. And it cost $145.00 which I made a check out to the mans personal first and last name. No company name and I also gave a $20 tip as I usually do. That night I dropped a pill from the medicine cabinet and it landed near the toilet and found that they did not clean around that area and behind the door. I them took my swifter and did the hardwood floors which proved a lot of areas that I would of cleaned were NOT. I called but the response time took too long and she offered $20 off the next cleaning. I did use them one time before and they did very good but I did not get the same people the second time. Highly disappointed to spend that much money for a small apt. That only houses 2 people.

The service was excellent and we had no complaints.

Carlos was very punctual and responsive. He worked hard to exceed expectations and showed great care for his quality of work. The painting was good and he was very willing to go over any spots that were missed and ensure solid clean up. I would recommend Carlos for painting projects.
