Excellent..they came on time, did exactly what was asked and more.

I was extremely pleased with my first apt cleaning by MV Cleaning. It took two gentlemen 4 hours to clean my 1 bedroom apt, much of the effort was focused on my kitchen which was in desperate need of a deep clean. The work was so good, I setup a bi- weekly cleaning with them.

MV cleaners is our monthly cleaning service of choice. They are excellent. They work in team of 2-3 people per job, so even if the job is a total of 8 hours of work, divided between all of the cleaners they are only physically in the house for 2-3 hours at a time. This is a lot different than many cleaning services we have used before, where the cleaner is there for 8 hours alone in the house. We love the work they do. They also perform a "spring cleaning" once per day where they literally move every piece of furniture and deep clean the entire home. When they performed our spring clean this year I walked into the master bedroom and they had even moved the mattress off the bedframe and were cleaning areas under the bed I had not seen since we moved into the home! Their attention to detail is fantastic. They also have an associated painting service that is just wonderful. The painting jobs we have had done are superb.

The guys did a great job painting our daughter's bedroom. They were very courteous, performed the job in a timely manner. Left the room cleaner than how the found it, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered the coupon online and the next business day I received a friendly call to schedule my appointment. The day arrived and 2 guys arrived supplies in hand ready to go. I had previously decluttered the areas so that they could concentrate on the actual cleaning and not moving "stuff" around. I walked them through the 2 rooms I Needed done at the very least and then talked about the other rooms & cleaning that would be nice to have done if time allowed. When they were finished it was above my expectations. They were very friendly, went right to work and the quality is outstanding. When they were done they provided estimated for a more regular service that I thought was reasonably priced. I have some thinking to do related to budget but am definitely considering it. I was apprehensive at first about using a cleaning service. If you have never had a cleaning before - treat yourself and do it. Everyone at MV was polite and respectful. A great overall experience.

The tech called to let me know he was running late. He looked at the areas that needed cleaning. When he was finished my carpets looked brand new and smelled very nice. The owner of the company followed up to see if I was happy.

I contacted MV Cleaning for an estimate to clean my house. I have a brick rowhome, about 1200 square feet but only wanted the main floor and second floor cleaned, approximately 900 square feet. The estimate they gave me was $525 for a deep clean and then $175 on a bi-weekly basis afterwards! I have been using house cleaners for several years and these prices were outrageous in comparison to others I have used. It really seemed like they pulled the number out of thin air without any methodology for developing the price. When they called to see if I wanted to use them, I told them that their price was too high. They immediately offered to knock $100 off the deep clean price, but even with that reduction it was still much higher than I would ever pay for this service. I ultimately found another cleaning service which I paid $350 for eight hours of cleaning and was extremely pleased.

We arranged to have MV Cleaning clean our new house the day after we made settlement on our new house. When making the appointment, I let Elaine, one of the owners know that I was unsure how much cleaning would need to be done since we had not yet moved in - she said "No problem, just let the girls know what needs to be cleaned when they get there". On the day of settlement, the house had already been cleaned by another cleaning service used by the seller, and looked pretty good. Instead of canceling MV Cleaning, we thought that we could have them deep clean the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and sweep up the unfinished portion of the basement - which had not been cleaned by the seller. The day of the cleaning came (10/31), two women showed up to clean the house accompanied by Mauro, Elaine's brother. Mauro came in and told us that they had us booked for a "full house deep clean" which would clean the house immaculately from top to bottom, it would take 8 hours and cost $500. I explained that it didn't need that, that Elaine said we could tell the cleaners what we needed when they got to the house, and that the house had just been cleaned. Mauro said "no problem", I told him what we wanted done - we specifically asked them to really scrub and scour the bathrooms and kitchen, we then walked through the house and he told me that it would take his two cleaners at least four hours to clean what we asked for and would cost $300. It seemed like a lot for them to clean three bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room and sweep up a basement but we just moved in and really wanted these areas professionally cleaned. We agreed to his price and left the house to let the cleaners clean in peace. I came back later in the afternoon to tip the cleaners and meet Mauro and pay for the service in cash. After paying, and them leaving, we started to unpack some of the boxes we brought over with our kitchenware. We opened the cabinets only to find that they were dirty and had not even been wiped out. The oven had not been cleaned out. We went and checked all of the bathrooms, there was hair in one of the showers and toothpaste on one of the sinks. I then went and looked in the unfinished part of the basement... It had not even been swept up! The washer had mold in it and the dryer had lint. Honestly, the only thing that looked cleaner than it did before they came was the fridge. Everything else looked exactly the same. My wife was furious and called Elaine (10/31), Elaine said that it was a miscommunication because Mauro did not speak very good English - which is funny, because I spoke with him for quite a few minutes and he seemed to understand and respond just fine. Elaine said that this never happened before and didn't know what to say, my wife said that she wanted a refund because there was no evidence that the cleaners cleaned up anything that we asked for them to clean. Elaine said she would discuss it with her brother and call us back on Sunday. Sunday came and went, as did Monday. On Tuesday (11/3) my wife called her back and left a voicemail. When she called us back, she offered to refund us $100, which did not seem adequate. My wife said as much and said that we should get refunded $200. Elaine said that she would run it by her brother and get back to us the following day and let us know how they could rectify this. It is now Sunday (11/8) and she still has not called us back. We sent her pictures of the mess throughout the week tried calling her again today to no avail. I waited to write this review, hoping that this situation could be worked out privately - but now I've given up hope on receiving any recompense. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MV Cleaning SERVICE TO ANYONE. UPDATE: The company responded on Angie's List and said that they addressed my concern. THIS IS FALSE. They NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME after I called them on 11/8. Today is 11/18. Complete liars.

Called prior to arrival, arrived on time, got right to work. Gil was very professional and pleasant. Did a very good job, was able to extract many stains. Prior to leaving I noticed him cleaning the small area rug by the front door. He just did this on his own saying he noticed a stain on it. Very nice!

Carlos is the painter you want to use. He is very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He expertly balances painting, overseeing his crew and advising/consulting on paint colors. Carlos sees things that need fixed before you can point them out to him. He wants you to be completely satisfied with the work. Each day, Carlos and his team drove a long distance to my home and worked long hours but always cleaned up and left the house neat and organized. They came when they said they would and got all the work done. Not only is he an expert painter, he has very good taste and will offer his opinion. I consistently went with his advice and told him, "Carlos is always right!" I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing one room or one house painted.

Well done kitchen and floors in main area. Did not dust the bedroom nor did they wash the entire kitchen floor. Overall good but a few areas missed.

The cleaners I originally hired had an emergency and had to cancel at the last minute. MV Cleaners were able to step up and accommodate my last minute request for a full house deep clean that included carpets and windows on about 7000 square feet. I loved that they used washable rags and washed everything by hand. They were very professional and thorough.

Upon having hardwood floors installed, a lot of wood dust was laying on every surface. The two young ladies did an excellent job of removing the dust from all of my furniture. Since I don't have a basement or a lot of spare rooms, my furniture bore the brunt of the dust. My home is now spotless They arrived on time and did not linger after I explained what I desired to be done. Whether or not MV would offer an Angie's List deal, I would engage them again.

MV Cleaning arrived early in the morning and as a team cleaned every inch of the house. They performed an extremely detailed job and explained everything. When I saw my bedroom I could barely recognize it since they help declutter a mess. I would recommend MV cleaning for any deep cleaning services

We've been using MV for nearly a year, now and have had no complaints. They're punctual, professional, efficient and effective. I've even had need for services outside of our regularly schedule and those late requests have been accomodated without complaint.

They arrived close to the time and started working immediately. They were thorough.
