Overall it was a good experience. They were extremely responsive and prompt. The only major drawback was that they did miss an entire bathroom, and dusted "around" objects rather than moving them, which we realized well after they left. Although the offer said time could be added on if needed it was not offered before they left so we assumed everything was complete. The house looked like it could have used at least another hour of cleaning. Next time I would be sure to book a longer cleaning and ensure they are aware of the house's complete layout so nothing is missed.

They were here for 4hrs and everything was spotless. Very detailed people and they do an excellent job.

The two women who came did a pretty good job. There was a lot to clean as we are a busy family with little time to keep things up and the layout of the home is on the large side. Overall, it was nice to come to a clean house. There were little details that they missed--like changing the sheets--but that was a small matter. The woman who did the scheduling was very nice. There was just a little mix up about the scheduled cleaning time. When we scheduled the cleaning time, she did suggest that we might need to move it if she got other appointments because they try to group the cleanings by geography. That was fine, but I guess I didn't anticipate that I wouldn't know until the day of the cleaning that the time needed to be changed. That posed a little bit of a challenge as we were expecting the cleaning to take place in the morning, and it ended up being early afternoon.

Job was explained to the girls by each room. Girls did not speak English but they did a great job with what I wanted and how it was interpretated by their boss. I just had the house painted so dust was on everything. Cost was more than I had expected but I was very satisfied with their work so I felt very good about it. I would definitely use them again.

Overall I give them a C. I purchased 4 hours of house cleaning for $160. My wife cleans our entire home in about about 3.5 hours so I expected 2 professionals for 2 hours each would do the trick. I was given an arrival window of an hour which is understandable but the team of 3 still arrived 20 minutes late. Upon arrival, they got right to work. Didn't ask me to show them around or discuss any particulars. They simply asked which areas I cared about most so if they didn't get through the whole house, we would at least have the important areas cleaned. I was also told that 1 of the team members had to leave early which he did about 30 minutes into the cleaning. He did come back but I had no idea how long he was gone. The team of 2 was there for 1.5 hours and the guy that left may have been there for 30 minutes. That being the case, I only received 3.5 hours of cleaning even though I paid for 4. If our entire home was clean, I wouldn't have an issue. However, they left an entire bathroom uncleaned and said they had to leave. Prior to departure, I was told that cleaning once a month would be $215. So if it takes 3.5 hours to clean, that's approx $61 an hour that we'd pay. Heck, skilled members in the carpenters union don't even make that much. The cleaning itself was thorough so if you're made of money, they could work for you.

I needed the house cleaned at the last minute before family arrived for Easter weekend. I reached out on a Monday and the house was cleaned on Wednesday. Extremely responsive and promptly arrived at the scheduled time. They were very efficient and cleaned all requested areas with in the two hour timeframe. I was so pleased I am going to look into scheduling a regular cleaning every two weeks.

I was living in a friend's large house and wanted it cleaned for my friend's return. I ordered an intro. deal on Angie's List for four hours of cleaning. I gave instructions that I wanted a focus on the kitchen and two bathrooms, then prioritized other rooms to meet the allotted time. I said I was looking for attention to detail such as cleaning moulding along the walls, tops of heating vents, etc. After cleaning, I could wipe my finger through dust on the decorative wood along the walls, on top of the refrigerator, etc. and there were dirty places in the bathrooms. There were places on the kitchen floor near cabinets and fridge which had not been swept. The whole house was cleaned, and many of the rooms looked great. It seemed that they focussed more on getting through the whole house rather than doing the deep cleaning I had ordered in the kitchen and bathrooms. It's not that they didn't do anything; they just didn't do what I requested. I was very disappointed that when looking at the kitchen, I could not tell they had been there. The bedrooms were much better. I was busy hunting for a new home and moving, so didn't have time to follow up with them. I am guessing they would have come back if I had taken the time to follow up and complain, so my low grade for them is partly my fault for not taking the time to give them feedback at the time of service. From the look of the upper floors, I think they would probably do well for regular cleaning, but not for moving/housesale cleanings.

The cleaning crew did a great job of scrubbing the entire apartment. Even went above and beyond in cleaning the wire shelving. (after I took them out of the closets). The crew was very responsive when we pointed out a few things that needed their extra attention.

Went excellent. My house looks fabulous. Been working 12 hour days and my house was suffering. Best money I have spent in a long time. Thanks!

Carlos did a great job painting the bedroom. He made it very easy to schedule and was right on time. I will use MV for future painting projects.

It was about average. To be honest, I wasn't very impressed. I ended up actually cleaning a little bit after them. It wasn't a great experience. I probably wouldn't use them again. I paid $35 for an extra hour. They were punctual. Out of the three, two of them weren't very English-speaking. So the one that was speaking English, was basically just coordinating but not doing the service. But we paid for three people. She was cleaning but not like the other two.

They came on Saturday morning a few minutes early. We had the paint ready and they quickly finished the job up. Very good quality. Very satisfied with the product. The woman who corresponds and handles things is SUPER professional and nice to deal with. Will use again.

Carlos and his team did a great job! They were very courteous and professional, and we were extremely happy with their work. Carlos gave us some suggestions that made the project turn out even better. They finished the work ahead of schedule, and the pricing was extremely competitive. We will definitely use them again the next time we have a painting project, and I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Three-man crew handled the painting. They kept us informed, and did the job professionally.

They called quick to setup the appointment and accommodated my request that fit my schedule. Two women showed up so it would be 2 hrs of service. They were prompt, polite and professional. My basement and 1st floor was in decent shape so most of the 2hrs was spent upstairs in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that my family spends a lot of time. They did a very good job! Also managed to clean the rest of the house in the time allowed. I really appreciate their work and considering using this service regularly but not sure how often yet. Would love to get the same two ladies when that happens because they really care about doing a good job.

They performed their service. I did not opt for the additional work. I was disappointed. The house did get cleaned, I just wasn't thrilled with the service.

I have used MV Cleaning, weekly, since the fall of 2014.and have been very satisfied with their work. The same ladies come every week. They are pleasant and thorough, and always on time. Since I have both dogs and cats it is important to me that my home be cleaned thoroughly each week. When I have special requests, Ivone is very responsive and attends to it in a timely way. I would definitely recommend MV Cleaning to my friends and neighbors. This spring I will also use them to clean windows on the exterior.of my home.

He and a helper arrived on time, brought their own cleaning materials and got right to work after I told them what I wanted them to focus on. Both people were pleasant and easy to work with.

Carlos and his team of painters were wonderful! They were efficient and professional. Carlos provided some expert advice and tips on paint etc. for my future projects as well which was extremely helpful. I would definitely contact them in the future and would recommend them to others. It went great. They arrived and after I explained what colors I wanted and where I wanted them they started protecting all the furniture and went to work. They did a great job! Very neat. I am very satisfied with this provier and I will use them again.

They were very professional and very well mannered. They were friendly and nice and did great work. I also think the price was very reasonable.

Let me start by saying that Mauricio and his co-worker were very nice to work with - and I am sorry that I have negative points in this review! But to be fair, there was no deep cleaning done at the house as the voucher I purchased suggests. I was up front about the size of the house and that we have two tiny dogs with medium shedding. Two hours was nowhere near long enough for this team to give half of my 2,800 sq ft, 4 br, 2.5 bath home more than a typical clean (and they were not cleaning the MB). I did end up purchasing an additional hour so that they could vacuum and dust three of four bedrooms that they were not able to get to during their appointment (we are in the middle of renovating the MB so I asked they not clean that room). However, I was charged $35 for the hour and in re-reading the voucher it was supposed to be $30. Good: Arrived exactly on time, professional, insured, offered many additional services to me (deep cleaning, windows, basement, painting, garage, etc), bathrooms and kitchen were scrubbed and sparkling - great job there. Bad: There was still noticeable dog hair on many surfaces downstairs, the family room was not dusted (it looked untouched but I did see the wood shavings near the fireplace were swept so I give them that credit), and the laundry room (where the dogs sleep) was not cleaned either. Also, I paid for extra time at a higher rate than advertised and feel they could have used the full hour to finish the above mentioned items. Overall, the house did not have the "just cleaned" feeling I am accustomed to, which makes me hesitate to book additional services (though we really need the help!) Would I use them again? Maybe - perhaps there was a communication issue. It depends on how they respond - their front end customer service was very good.
