Giroud was awesome, from start to finish. I had called three sources to get estimates -- one was a no show, one was much higher than Giroud. Giroud arrived on time for the estimate, then also performed the service with no tell-tale sign they were on the property other than the fact that the trees were trimmed and hedge was gone -- all of the debris were gone and the place where the hedge was removed, was grass seeded as well. Giroud followed up with a call to make sure I was satisifed with the service -- something that I think is absolutely a sign of a well-run company. I will definitely use them again and my father is already planning on calling them to dispose of a fallen tree in his yard. Nice work, thanks Giroud.

They had a Dollar Off coupon in the Angie?s List newsletter magazine for a first-time customer and they were noted as being highly rated on the List. I didn?t shop around, and so I?m not sure how their price would compare. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

When I called and explained that the work needed to be done in a week, they came out, estimated and scheduled us quickly. The workers were professional and polite. They did a great job and were very efficient.

The job was good. They showed up exactly when the said they would. The trees look great. The company did a good job cleaning up the yard after trimming the trees.

The bushes were trimmed, all of the weeds and unwanted growth were removed around the perimeter of the house.

Not cheap but they really care about their clients' trees and bushes. They are trained arborists, not just "hose sprayers." They will work with their customers on prioritizing work if money is tight.

Rep provided free tree inspection and recommended pruning due to heavy weight of branches to avoid possible breakage and damage resulting from storms and harsh winter weather. Rep was very knowledgeable and provided fair and honest assessment. Work was scheduled and completed within timeframe. Work crew did a beautiful job and cleaned and removed all debris.

It went great. We didn't even need to be there. They did the work and cleaned up after themselves incredibly well. There wasn't a wood chip or twig left on the ground on my or my neighbor's property. The area where the stump was ground was filled witrh topsoil and grass seed scattered on it (this wasn't something we asked for so it was a nice surprise).

They showed up on time and did the job quickly. They did a very good job and cleaned up once the work was done. My overall experience with them was good.

Good initial meeting (on time arrival) and informative arborist. Work performed earlier than initially discussed, but was OK'ed with us first. A late arrival on the day of the work caused some confusion (would have been better to meet once more to clarify/re-confirm the work to be performed as listed on the invoice), but all work was eventually performed to our satisfaction. Rep gave us estimates to perform work that was much more extensive than I thought justified; we negotiated the omission of certain projects, reducing the price. Price agreed upon was the price paid, work was done thoroughly and professionally with minimal disruption. All debris was removed.

A crew of three men showed up on time and prepared for work. They discussed what they were planning to do first and then went to work. One climbed into the very large tree, while a second took on the smaller one, and the third went to work cutting and then mattoxing out the large bush. When done, they did a great job cleaning up. There wasn't a branch left on the ground anywhere. Then they showed me what they had done and answered any questions I had about the work or the trees. We've used Giroud for years and are always pleased with them. The price is a bit higher than some but well worth it. The trees are doing well and, even after strong wind storms or heavy snows, we hardly have any breakage, if there is any at all. The workers are always polite and professional and they listen to what the homeowner has to say. They are also highly trained & skilled. Even after a heavy pruning, the trees look perfectly natural. We plan to continue using their services for our trees and we just signed on to their lawn care service.

They did a lot of work and it made a big difference. This company was recommended by my lawn service company. They were careful removing the cedar trees that were against the house. The clean up was thorough.

The man who showed up was very knowledgeable about trees and diagnosed the problems we were having with two trees. He also gave me an estimate for tree removal for a number of trees we needed to have cut down. He was very helpful and listened carefully to my questions. We ended up not going with them because their estimate was twice what we were given by our regular tree guy.

I hired them to evaluate my trees and shrubs and to recommend any necessary work. They sent Michael Chenail who was wonderful - professional, certified, experienced, and he explained everything very well. He discovered that many of our trees were suffering from girdling roots so I had that corrective service performed. I also had them prune a tree by my front door that had become too large for the spot. They also did some preventative bug treatments and deep root feedings. They did a superior job. I was extremely happy to have discovered them.

Scheduled an estimate within two days of initial call. Work was completed a week later. I was amazed how quickly they completed the job. They were on the property less than three hours. They knew what they were doing, brought the right number of employees to complete the job. They cleaned up all debris and even raked the bed and lawn to remove leaves from the trees they removed.

They come right out and went to work. They were quick, fast, easy and neat.
