We reached out to John Cho from Economic Roofing after being recommended by our daughter’s neighbor. Mr. Cho responded immediately and arranged to come to our house the next day. Of all the roofing companies we reached out to, Mr. Cho was the only one to go up on our roof and measure it and to check the stability of the roof decking. Mr. Cho told us that the decking felt weak, and we would probably need to replace some if not all of the decking. Mr. Cho spent as long as we needed explaining in detail what the project would entail, he answered all our questions in depth. Mr. Cho gave the estimate to us the next day, which was considerably less than the other estimates we received. We contacted Mr. Cho and told him to arrange for the permit and let us know when he could begin work. Mr. Cho told us his crew would be on site at 7:00 AM on the day we're going to have the roof installed. At 7:00 AM Mr. Cho’s crew was on the roof ready to start work placing tarps around the house to protect our landscaping, lawn and home. Mr. Cho’s crew and Forman Patrick were professional and worked diligently and efficiently and completed the task in one day. After the job was finished Mr. Cho and his crew spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up and running magnets over our lawn and driveway to pick up any nails or other debris. We could not be more pleased with Mr. Cho's care and customer service throughout the experience.

When we called John for an estimate he came to our place and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He showed us where the problems were and what he could do about it. He earned our trust instantly, and with his competitive offer, all we needed to do next was to get our neighbor onboard (he did!) and pick up a date. John has an amazing crew. His secretary, Ashley, took care of all the paperwork and responded to all our questions quickly during the process. On the day of the job, man, he brought a whole army! There were at least 20 people, with all kinds of trucks and tools, waiting outside of our place in the early morning (before 7am). They quickly dismantled the old roof and put in the new one and cleaned up the whole area by 4pm. They finished the job of two properties in one day, with plenty of time left. I think John is a great leader, given how smoothly his crew worked together. He is also very attentive to feedback from customers and is detail-oriented. I mentioned to him the noise of the newly installed fan. He took a stair and went up the roof and re-installed it by himself. The noise is gone and the fan has been working quietly even during the recent storm. I am truly impressed. John is very much down-to-earth and he gets the job done timely and with high quality. I highly recommend him if you are considering replacing your roof.

We just had our roof replaced by Economic Roofing and had a good experience. John did the estimate for our house and our neighbor's house. The price is cheaper than the other quotes that we got and covers pretty much the same thing, so we went with them. The scheduling is pretty straight forward, they prepared all the forms for us to be approved by our HOA and once it's done, they are able to fit us within the week. Originally, it was to be done on a Friday, but the weather is too hot and John talked to us to reschedule to the next day for better installation. They have a pretty big crew and arrived early in the morning and everyone works non stop and efficiently and were done by early afternoon. Once done, they cleaned up everything and put all everything back to where they are and the new roof looks really good. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Economic Construction. I was referred by someone at work that had a roof replaced by them. I called and Jon came out 2 days later and we had an estimate the next morning. Materials were deliered the night before and the next day his crew arrived at 7:00am and finished the job by 2:00. They did a great job cleaning up. Jon will beat and undercut any other estimate out there. Prices were far below other estimates. 5 star reviews and quality workmanship. They truly care about their customers. Economic Roofing, Inc. replaced our 25-year-old in February 2023, as required by a prospective new homeowner’s insurance carrier. We are extremely pleased with the customer service, quality craftsmanship, and professionalism we received from Economic Roofing, Inc. throughout the entire process. John Cho, the General Manager, returned our call the same day (a Saturday) and was out to our property in two hours to take measurements. He explained the process, materials, options (shingle grade and underlayment), and his approach in easy-to-understand language, answered our questions honestly, and didn’t try to steer us toward more expensive choices. He discussed how he would handle anything he might find once he removed the old roof and what that would cost. At no time did we feel rushed or manipulated into making a decision. As promised, we received a quote in less than 24 hours (on a Sunday), which we accepted that same day. After he applied for and received the permit the next day, he scheduled the job for the following Saturday (one week from initial contact) and the materials were delivered the day before. A crew of 12 arrived at 7AM on “Roof Day,” including John and his foreman, Patrick. Before beginning, they placed tarps to protect the house and landscaping, and moved the grill and patio furniture to a safe location. Everything was completed within 4 hours after arrival and looks great. When one area needed a small repair afterwards, John took care of it promptly. We give an enthusiastic “thumbs up” and a letter grade of A+ to Economic Roofing, Inc., and would highly recommend the company to our neighbors and friends.

Very happy with the work by John and his team. When John came to provide the free estimate, he climbed up onto the roof and took pictures to show the work that needed to be done, with a good explanation. They showed up for the job on time and although there was a complication, they ended up finishing ahead of schedule. John took the time during the project to show my wife pictures of the progress and to explain any changes. They even painted our chimney flash to match the trim on the house! I highly recommend Economic Construction!

John Cho is very professional at his work. He and his work crew did a great job of replacing my roof. John first came out and inspected my roof and he showed me various shingles types and then gave me an estimate that I accepted. He gave the start date and he and his work crew were on time. They did a complete tear out and replacement of my roof that took only one day. John was on the work site to answer any questions I had and i am very happy with the results. He took photos of the job to show me what was being done along the way. They cleaned everything up afterwards and again they did a great job. Upon leaving a request for a quote through the BBB contact, Economic Construction's, John Cho, contacted me to make an appointment the next day. He arrived for our meeting on time and completed a thorough inspection, and a detailed explanation (with pictures). John's communication throughout the project was exceptional. From the time I accepted his bid, I had a new roof within a week and a half. The estimate matched the cost of the total job very closely...no hidden expenses! John and his crew demonstrated a strong work ethic, are highly skilled and are concerned about providing high-quality work. John noticed some other small repairs that were needed (bent siding and need to seal chimney), which John Cho repaired without charge to honor of my business. Making home repairs as a result of environmental damage can be stressful and difficult to navigate. I am extremely happy with the job done by the Economic Roofing . I had hired them to replace my asphalt shingle roof following damage from a hurricane, and additionally requested the replacement of my gutters and downspouts. The president John Cho, did a very thorough evaluation and explanation of the work, and he clearly presented the options and his advice on design. He was very polite and respectful, and responded in a timely manner to every communication. The price was very reasonable, and he worked well with my insurance company. He got a township permit, and worked with the our homeowners association to get the approved colors for shingles made by multiple companies. Throughout the project he kept me well informed on the delays due to severe supply constraints, and he used very high quality materials. His crew worked quickly and produced work of very high quality. After completing the job they again worked closely with the insurance company to get full coverage. Later, John immediately reimbursed me for some minor damage done by the crew. All in all an excellent job throughout the process.

We had Economic Roofing to replace our roof and fix our leaking chimney last week. Patrick did a very detailed inspection on our chimney and roof with detailed pictures. He explained what needs to be done and showed damaged areas of our roof and chimney, and he gave estimated cost. Then I received a detailed written quote from John. He also stopped by and explained the worst and better case about the repairs. First they fixed my rusting chimney. They completely sanded and re-painted with high heat paint. After a week they replaced my entire roof. Damaged boards are replaced, vents are replaced. They did a really clean job they cleaned all fallen asphalt shingles. They also deal with association and township approvals. Patrick and John came in and inspected and showed all the pictures before and after. They are ON-TIME responsive and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Economic Roofing company

I cannot say enough good things about working with Jon and Economic Roofing. They were simply delightful to deal with. Always on-time, courteous, fast-working yet safe, and Jon was always so thorough in his inspection as well as straight-forward and fair pricing. Our roof/siding/replacement job was made so easy on us thanks to Jon and Co. The result is BEAUTIFUL, we love how are home looks now!! Tom D. 7/28/2021 ECONOMIC ROOFING changed our roof, and converted our stucco wall into Hardie plank siding. The crew worked very hard and professional. They worked from 8 am to 5 pm every day like punched on the clock. Job excellent done. Any small problem left, they correct right away. The price is very reasonable and fare. We recommend this company to every body. The best construction team we ever encountered.

Very good. Excellent job. Mr Cho did everything he said he was going to do. Cleaned up area good. His workers seemed very efficient and no fooling around. I have used Mr Cho before and always has done excellent work.

John did a great job replacing the roof and sheathing on the roof. He also replaced the gutters. A++. A large well respected builder used John on my other home where he replaced our old vinyl siding with Hardie plank and he did a great job to spec.

John Cho, the president of Economic Construction, was very quick to respond to our request for a quote. He was accommodating to our schedule and able to come out quickly to meet our needs. We required some patchwork to be done on the roof and eaves/soffit, and John was very upfront about what he was able to fix and how the effect of the fix might look afterwards (though to be honest, it ended up looking absolutely seamless). He showed us pictures of what he had accomplished, and also informed us of other areas to watch in the future, which was very helpful. He and his crew were polite and professional throughout the job. And his price was more than fair. We will certainly use his services again in the future, whether for a minor job or something more substantial.

I don't give out reviews, bad or good, lightly because I know the impact they can have on a business but it is without hesitation that I feel I must take the time to give an excellent review of Economic Construction. John Cho and his crew are absolutely THE BEST. For the last 18 years, I've owned a Home Staging Company, so I am quite familiar with recommending and working with contractors. This time, it was for myself as the August 4th tornado blew through our neighborhood and took our roof and gutters with it. In my business, I have referred other contractors to my clients but when I personally needed them, they were so busy, they couldn't be bothered coming out and used a drone program to quote our job. NOT JOHN and he did not know me. He came right out, spent an extraordinary amount of time with my husband and me and answered every question. His timely, professional proposal included details about everything he was going to do and his prices were excellent. Although, as soon as he left, we knew who we were hiring and as the work was completed today, we knew we made the absolute best decision. Our roof and gutters look amazing and they cleaned up so beautifully, it looks like they were never there. John immediately answered every text, call and email and his crew was very qualified, professional and meticulous. For roofing, for stucco remediation, for whatever service they can perform, I will only use and recommend my clients use John Cho and his crew at Economic Construction. Excellent company. Mr. Cho was extremely professional, helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. We knew after the first time he came out to look at our property that would we use him. He took the time to explain everything to us in great length, and was always timely with responding to our many questions! We are extremely satisfied with the work provided, and would hire again (when needed), and definitely refer! We had our roof replaced, gutters and downspouts replaced. All around seems like a good, honest guy that we were happy to provide work to.
