Description of Work: Called Cahill carpet cleaners to clean all rugs in house. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. | | |They Cleaned and spot cleaned 6 rooms as well as a hallway and stairs in my house. Two of the rooms and stairs are a light beige color and were very dirty. | |Two people came out as scheduled and on time. | |Everything went smoothly. |When they were finished the Carpets looked and smelled great! | |I did have an issue with my open stairs having a few areas needing more attention. When I mentioned this to the carpet cleaner he rechecked the area and cleaned them again. No problem | | |A week later I noticed some spots reappearing in high traffic areas of the light beige carpet. | |So I called Cahill carpets and the owner said they would come out to retreat and clean it again with no hassle. | |A few days later the owner came back and recleaned the area of concern.  + -1 moreWe called them after using a previous service. Several large stains reappeared a couple of days after the previous service cleaned the carpets. Cahill came out, and gave us an estimate which was half of the original service we used. The crew arrived early and was waiting when I showed up to open the store on Sunday AM. They asked about the stains, and did warn me that they might reappear, but told me how to deal with them if they did. However, after two weeks they have not come back. Good price, good service, good quality, I'm happy.

I was given an estimate over the phone, authorized the work, and it was scheduled for the following week. All in 1 phone call. They arrived on time, were very professional, polite, and did a great job.

( Shame..., I was hoping they could give me a discount.) Oh well, all in all, it was a good experience. I would use this company again. Thanks for the great recommendation!
Description of Work: I needed my sofa and love-seat cleaned badly. I called this company and the woman who answered was very nice,professional and accomodating. Two men came on the appointed date, on time, worked for hours steaming, spot cleaning, and deodorizing my furniture. They were sure to point out certain stains that would not come out do to fading and such. They offered to do all of my pillows before they left for an extra ten dollars. They were very nice and professional.

 + -1 moreWe were told that they will arrive between 12:00 and 14:00. They called us 15 minutes prior to arriving and came on time. They inspected the chairs and told us that as there are a few stains that were quite old, that it would be a little difficult to get them out. They got to work and worked on each of the items in a very professional manner. 98% of all the stains were removed and the couches and chairs look fantastic after they done. They told us that we should not use the chairs and sofa for about 8 to 12 hours so they can dry properly as well as informing us that we should make sure that we turn over the pillows as to make make sure that they dry evenly. They also cleaned our ottomans w/o any additional charge. They were pleasant, professional and informative when we asked questions. Definately a company we would recommend
Description of Work: Cahill's carpet & upholstery cleaning came to clean our sofa and four chairs. The chairs and sofa have never been cleaned during the 7 years we have had them and we chose Cahill because of its rating and review on Angie's List.

They had some very high traffic areas that were heavily soiled and they left them spotless. I have used other cleaners before and can definitely state that Cahill's did the best work. I highly recommend them.

They are careful and polite and point out areas before hand that may not come completely clean. They are very careful when moving the furniture. I respect them, they do the job. And if there is any problem you can give them a call.
