They were outstanding. They did a very nice job on my carpets and made them look like new. I don’t know how much their charges were because my wife paid for it. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They always go over in detail the work they will perform and with the upholstery, try the cleaner in a hidden spot to ensure compatibiltiy with the fabric. They spot treated heavily soiled carpet areas and then used their regular cleaning device. The results were very good especially since the carpets are older and we have dogs. The upholstery cleaning did a fine job of removing grime from the chair arms and freshens up the fabric in general. First time for the ceramic tile cleaning and we will do that again. Grout lines came back to their original color and brightness. The crew was very professional and was very careful when working around furniture and cleaning up. We will definitely use them again.

I have a micro fibre couch that Cahill Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning had to dry clean with a steam cleaner because there are very few vendors who provide the service and I did not think they did a very good job the first time they came out and they were an hour late. Then I called the owner the next day to tell him about the problems and he sent someone out as soon as possible and they re-did it. They were really apologetic about it. They problem was that they didn't tell me until after the second visit that they can't clean the inside core of the cushion, and they can only clean the outside of the couch which I understand, but they should have told me this before I paid. I thought that the actual cleaning of the upholstery was good and I have recommended them to a friend. Their price was average.

They were excellent. I will definitely call them back. I like their professionalism and their mannerism. They were courteous, kind, and efficient. I like everything about them. I have no complaints at all.

The grout/tile cleaning was very nice. Our kitchen tile probably needs a second service call because of the grout but it came back very nicely. The sofa was an unexpected surprise. I called 2 other companies to attempt to clean this sofa. It was dirty from body oils from our dog. It wasn't really muddy, dirty, so I was surprise that no one would attempt to clean it. However, Cahill agreed to attempt it. After cleaning just 1/2 of one arm to test, finished product was a dramatic difference. Joe and Bill did a wonderful job and frankly saved from discarding this and purchasing something else. It looks almost brand new and frankly cost a lot less to do then any of the other quotes I received. Joe and Bill were friendly, but efficient in their service and very accommodating to our dogs. Their work was excellent and very reasonable in price. I plan to call them back out in April to clean the tile in the kitchen again. I should also mention that they cleaned the tile in the bathroom stall shower, which other services would not even attempt. I am glad I joined Angie's list to find this service and would easily recommend them to others if asked.

The technician was very professional, well informed and pleasant. After the sofa, cushions & pillows were vacuumed, he then steamcleaned them. These items were dry to touch within minutes. The technician instructed me how to care for my cleaned items now and in the future. He was very neat & clean during and after the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. I have used them twice. I thought the did such a great job the first time that I called them back to use them again 7 years later. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are very professional. The person answers the phone is wonderful. The gentleman that came out was great. We just called them about getting our air ducts cleaned and noticed how much of an honest company they are. They are not misleading and don't try to just get money out of you. They are interested in fixing your problem.

The people at Cahill were very professional. I received an appointment promptly and the technicians arrived on time. They were very neat and took extra precautions so they wouldn't damage my hardwood floors. The two men were polite and very helpful. They explained what they were going to do and finished the job in an efficient manner. I had two spots that I had tried to get out myself...I was not successful, but they were able to get out both. I had a very positive experience with Cahill Carpet Cleaning and would use them again.

They were excellent and very conscientious. They lead me away from some additional upholstery cleaning as they did not feel my furniture would be able to with stand the cleaning.

They were excellent! I felt that did a good job. They were very thorough with the duct work. They made sure that all the other ducts were closed to get the best suction for each duct as they went through them one by one.

From beginning to end, Cahill's was very accommodating and professional. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to change our appointment twice(!) and they were always pleasant and easy to work with. Chuck and Bill arrived exactly on time and set up right away. They were professional, polite, hard working, and and friendly. They seemed sincerely interested in doing a good job for me and were courteous and respectful. One explained the bill at the end and left a sample of cleaning fluid if I needed it for the future. I am very pleased with their work - I never thought our couch and carpets would get so clean and I will certainly use them again. I recommend them without hesitation.

When I called for a quote they got back to me immediately. We agreed on a date and they again called to confirm. The techs covered thePergo floors they were not working on and proceeded to the carpet. They prespotted, cleaned, and "fluffed" the carpets. The techs were very curtious and professional and I would recommend Cahill's.

Set appointment with Kate. Provided her w/ our needs and she outlined all expected costs. Cahill team (Joe and Ron) arrived on time, set up their equipment after a complete walk through and set about cleaning all carpets as described. In question was whether or not to clean a sofa and Joe determined it would not be workable nor necessary. We appreciated his honesty. Another issue was the cleaning of a large rug. The original estimate was based on the possibility the carpet would have to be removed, taken back to Cahills and cleaned at their facility and returned. That proved to be unnecessary. All in all, a clean professional job and a company we would recommend wholeheartedly.

Mr. Cahill came and provided an estimate competive with the other two Angie's List companies I selected for bids. I selected Cahill because of Mr. Cahill's professional and pleasant manner. I had to deal with insurance requirements from our building's landlord and Mr. Cahill worked with me and was very responsive. His team was just as pleasant and professional. They were very efficient and effective. They even pointed out several problem areas for me in advance. There were no surprises other than that the carpet looked much better than I expected. I'm a pretty tough critic when it comes to commercial services but Cahill exceeded even my expectations for their professionalism (from first call through to the cleaning) and the quality of work.

I prepped the work area so that all but the heaviest furniture had already been moved out of the way by the time Cahill's team showed up (exactly on schedule). The only furniture they had to move was the couch and recliner that they were cleaning anyway. Both men paid great attention to detail and did a very thorough job. They were professionals and clearly took pride in what they were doing. When finished, they very quickly removed their equipment and gave me instructions on how long to allow the furniture and carpet to dry before allowing use. I could have asked nothing more in the way of service.

They were excellent. I am going to have them do my whole downstairs and furniture. They were very prompt and were here when they said they would be here. I called them around quarter of eight in the morning and I got their answering machine. Within fifteen minutes they responded to my call. The lady on the phone was very courteous and very friendly. They were very nice.

It was fine. They came and picked them up. They returned them within two weeks. They came over an hour to do the work. They were very good on quality and price. I had an elderly sick dog and I can't see any signs from the previous problems. I had absolutely no problems and I would use them again.

I have used Cahills for many years. They are the Best cleaners we have ever used. We leave them alone in our house and they lock up when they are done. Never had a problem. I have reffered them to many people.
