Cahill Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The cleaning went very well. There was confusion between us about the date scheduled, and they came a day later than we thought we had contracted for, but they were very accommodating about rescheduling for the beginning of the next day. Once in, they did 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs in under two hours.

They were good. We had no problems with it, the service was good. I remember the man coming out was just very pleasant to have in the house. I’m sure their price was well in the appropriate range. I remember them doing a good job, I can’t remember why I switch, it was the timing or whatever. I remember Cahill doing a good job. Professionalism: They were fine.

Everything went perfectly. This was the second time I have used Mr. Cahill's services, the first time was for carpet cleaning and now he cleaned out multiple vents from two HVAC units in my home. Mr. Cahill and his team are professional, polite, on-time, inexpensive for the quality of work performed, clean and very thorough. He provides excellent explanations and answers all questions. An easy company to work with and will recommend them to friends and specifically to my daughter who is moving into a new house.

I called their office for a price to have my sectional sofa cleaned, The woman that took my call asked me how many pieces my sectional had and I told her 6 pieces. She quoted me a price for $150.00 plus tax. I proceeded to make an appt. for July 8th 2017 at 7:45 am. They arrived on time and shared a written invoice for the job to be done and the invoice was written for $190.00 when I was quoted $150.00. I wasn't able to speak with anyone until Monday. I told them to proceed with cleaning the furniture and I would call on Monday to straighten out the discrepancy. I called on Monday and spoke to Bill the owner. He told me it was a mistake what they quoted me. I told him it wasn't my mistake and he should honor the price quoted, He said he couldn't do that. I'm very disappointed that they didn't honor the price they quoted me which was a difference of $40.00. I felt it was a bait and switch. The workers were on time and they did a great job. Just make sure you get a written quote.

Carpet cleaners arrived on time, were friendly and very careful to complete the rug work without disturbing any other areas of the house. Very professional, put furniture up on styrofoam blocks, and plastic to protect the rugs and help them to dry. Dryer vent service was very thorough, moved out the dryer, cleaned ducts, back of dryer unit , repaired the flex duct, great job. Very happy with the service.

These guys are great. Removed stains and left bottles of a remarkable stain remover.

Arrived just as promised. First performed air duct cleaning, then carpets. Took about 6 hours. They also cleaned 2 extra rugs for free. Bill is very knowledgeable and responsive. Explained what is going to happen in every little detail. Coupon from Angies list worked too.

I hired Bill Cahill for a simple dryer vent cleaning but I got so much more!!! Bill discovered that my dryer vent was disconnected in two places and was blowing lint all over the soffit between the laundry room and the outside vent. He did a phenomenal job at cleaning what he was able to reach. He went above and beyond getting up and down ladders and rigging his phone to take pictures of the disconnected vent. These pictures turned out to be very useful when I had to explain the situation to my contractor. Bill's work ethic and integrity were even more evident when he returned the next day to see if he could try one last ditch attempt at saving the vent. Thank you Bill. The owner and his crew did a fantastic job. They were polite and professional and did many extra things without being asked. The carpets are spotless now and the house smells great. I was satisfied with the cost but had no comparison numbers - so I gave them a B. They were happy to lay & position the 8' X 10' rug in our family room - moving furniture in the process. My "A" grades are true "A's". Would use them again.

Over the years we had used a few local companies that did an OK job - but the work of Joe and Ed from Cahill's was simply outstanding. They even removed spots left by the other cleaners that we thought were permanent. From the get go it was clear they were much more detailed oriented and spent far more time on each item. When I called, Kate gave me specific and reasonable prices for each service, including the optional price for protectant. Before Joe and Ed began their work they confirmed the price. And that was the price we paid. All around good experience. I recommend Cahill's highly.

We were very pleased with them. They did an excellent job. The guys who came out to do it were very professional. Their prices were very competitive and very good.

They arrived on time and cleaned all our carpeted rooms. Some rooms they moved the furniture. Other rooms (like the bedrooms), they just went around the furniture. They did a great job. Put little coasters under wood furniture so it wouldn't get damaged when it was put back down on a damp rug. Had one area I wasn't happy with. Called two days later, and they came about a week later to re-clean that spot. Would hire again.

Joe and Mike showed up on time and were very professional. The upholstery is quite old, and I requested ahead of time that they try to determine if the stains were worth trying to remove, as we didn't want to pay for cleaning "lost causes". Joe was honest in his prediction about what could be done, given the age of the stains. He and Mike worked on them diligently, and many of the stains were, in fact, removed. We're very pleased with the results. The carpets were cleaned beautifully. Because they weren't able to get all of the stains out of the upholstery, we were charged less than the estimate that had been given over the phone. We would use Cahill's again and we highly recommend them!

Cleaned all the air ducts and returns for a forced hot air furnace. It was long over do to be cleaned and quite dirty. The use the 'whip' equipment along with vacuuming. They sent someone ahead to advise us that they would be a few minutes late as one of the trucks broke done and another was on the way, turned out to only be 10 minutes late. Nice to know that if there is a problem they contact you. Bill Cahill and his crew were professional and clean, nothing to clean up after they left. Would definitely use again. In fact, we will probably use them for carpet and furniture cleaning in the future

I have needed my duct worked cleaned for many years but was very unsure who to use. Once I saw that Cahill's did the work I knew I would have the job done correctly. The cleaning went very smoothly and professionaly as always. I have been using Cahill's to clean my carpets and rugs since 1990. This is a very professional company that always does excellent work. I have never had any issues or complaints. The owner is very hands on and is involved with the day-to-day operations, I think this is the key to their success. I have recommended Cahill's to many of my friends and family.
