AAA Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning

When I called the woman that I spoke to said it would cost $85 for the first hour plus any parts. When the gentleman was finished, which took about 20 min., the bill was $200. He replaced the air filter and changed a part that cost about $20.

Perfect, much better than we anticipated. They were able to get out as soon as possible and fixed the problem in less than an hour. We may need to get the unit replaced soon, and if we do we'll use aaa brothers.

Great, they even check the thermostats.

I called in the morning and a technician was able to come out in the afternoon. He spent 2 hours diagnosing, fixing, and cleaning (thanks so much) our unit. It turned out that we did not replace the filter, the air way got blocked, and the whole system got icy inside out. Good lesson for us (the newbies of HVAC)! Great service! I would definitely hire again!

Fantastic - I have nothing bad to say about this company.

AAA Brothers was able to respond the same day when the hot water heater finally kicked the bucket. There was a small dent left in the laminate from bringing the unit in, but overall AAA provided great service.

Replied almost immediately to after hours call for service. They arrived at our house at 8:30AM with a new HW heater and had the old one removed and new installed by 10AM. First rate work performed and price was excellent. Don't think I could have asked for more.

AAA performed spring and fall service on the equipment. I needed to initiate the service call - which was the only aspect of their service - certainly a minor point - I didn't like. I would have preferred them to call. The service people were very prompt, pleasant, polite, uniformed and neat in appearance. They were also well equipped, performed their work very capably and there was no wasted time/fooling around. Fortunately, the equipment has run well and I have had no cause to call them for a repair. I really appreciated no one trying to up-sell me. I'll have them back next year!

Entire process went very well. From the initial estimate review/inspection by company co-owner to the installation, testing, and clean up everything went efficiently and smoothly . Would definitely do business with and recommend this company again.

Yuri at AAA Brothers is the best. We have used several refrigeration repair companies, and this has been our best experience. We have now used them 3 times for different commercial refrigerator/freezer repairs, and each time Yuri has been exceptional in diagnosing the problem and repairing it quickly and correctly the first time. Going forward we do not plan to use anybody else for our repairs.

The tech came over within 2 hours of being called. He did a thorough inspection and replaced two parts. He also cleaned the unit and changed the filter. We plan to continue with AAA Brothers and buy their service agreement. They have it all over our former air conditioning company. I definitely recommend them to anyone. I also found their cost to be reasonable and fair.

I guess their price was fine. They could have called me when they couldn't get here on time instead of leaving me hanging.

Air conditioner broke on a holiday weekend! We called lots of places and this company was one of the only ones who were not just working, but also were friendly on the phone and said they would find a time to get us in. They wound up coming earlier than expected and called ahead. Once the guys were in the house they worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling them again.

The AAA Brothers technician got both compressors working within 5 minutes and, then, got our oil heater working as well! He worked, in total, for 10 minutes and everything works! In contrast, the "technician"/pre-sales guy from Christian was here for over two hours and sprayed oil all over our basement (house smells like a gas station...and the technician told us we had a leak). AAA Brothers is great! Sign me up for the maintenance plan - I've finally found our heating guys! After Christian tried to take me to the cleaners, these guys fixed my old system up in 10 minutes flat, didn't leave us, literally, out in the cold. And, when the time comes for replacement estimated a price about $10,000 less than what I was first told. PLEASE NOTE- IF YOU HAVE A DUAL-FUEL SYSTEM LIKE US, THESE GUYS FIX BOTH OIL AND ELECTRIC HEATING PROBLEMS! NO MORE FINGER POINTING BETWEEN THE OIL AND ELECTRIC CONTRACTORS! GOOD FIND!!! Bottom line - AAA Brothers is a class act.

They were very professional and the price was competitive. The installer arrived in the morning and completed the job by mid afternoon. He cleaned up after himself and left the work area spotless. He answered all our questions regarding the operation of the new equipment. He also left us the necessary paperwork with all the information we needed to apply for a PECO rebate.

The technician was on time, professional and friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us. As this was our first time having our gas furnace serviced, we were over his shoulder with a number of questions. In short, it was a positive experience and we will use AAA Brothers in the future.

Had to quickly replace electric water heater on a Saturday because it started it leaking. Called a couple companies and AAA was the first to respond and able to do it in a timely manner. Since it was the weekend, I knew the price was going to be higher and I felt like they gave me a fair price on a 50 gallon Bradford-White electric water heater. Was pleased with installation and they also removed old water heater. Very professional and kept things clean. Would use in the future...

I am extremely impressed with the service. Even before I purchased the service, AAA Brothers responded to my questions extremely fast. I purchased the coupon to replace the water heater and even though Angie's List wouldn't let me pick a schedule date for that day I wanted, I was able to work with the company directly and they made it happen. The service was completed the next day - even though they were booked with other calls. I got a call around 4:30 that they were on the way. They got to my house, got the hot water heater replaced, the old one hauled away and me signing the papers that they were done by 5:30. I can't really say anything else because it was a straight up replacement - including some of the pipes - and it really was that simple, I guess. No muss, no fuss. The two guys that came (I am so sorry that I'm not good with names, and don't remember them) one younger, one a bit older, were fast, courteous, and even cleaned up before they left. Bottom line, I'll be needing services again (bathroom pipes replaced, faucets, etc.) sometime over the summer and will be calling them to do the job.

After we had the furnace service there was a slight smell. Had the furnace serviced by another provider this year and thought the service provided was better overall.
