They did the caulking work in two bathrooms. In one bathroom, they did the area between the tub and the tile. In the other bathroom, they did the shower stall. The owner, Andrew, and his assistant came to complete the work. Andrew was professional and polite. Everything turned out perfectly. The job was done and we were happy with it.

Great! Andrew and his crew were very professional and cleaned the work area when they were done.Will use him and his company in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal of $99 for 3 hours of grout restoration which I found that I was not able to take advantage of after all, through no fault of the contractor, who was very nice. When I spoke with Andrew he informed me that they would have to grind out the old grout and this would cause a tremendous amount of dust which is unavoidable. I don't know why but I just figured they could put new grout over the old. Probably wishful thinking. I have "de-dusted" my house from floors to ceilings and everything in it more times than I care to recount, the most recent was just the previous weekend in my basement, which will have to be done yet again after the new drywall goes up. I just cannot deal with having to do this one more time. I am so grateful to Andrew for having the consideration to warn me of this before scheduling the work. Had I gone through with it and found myself dealing with another dust situation I think it would have put me over the edge. Andrew responded to my purchase of the deal immediately, and was very responsive each time I had to contact him. He was very understanding and had no problem with my not wanting to go forward with the work and was also nice enough to give me some advice. I would definitely contact him with any future work that I might need.

Andrew and his associate arrived and promptly went to work. They were professional, thorough and conscientious.

Andrew (the owner) responded immediately to our purchase. He even followed up when I did not return his call right away. We talked several times to determine what I need done and he came exactly when arranged. Andrew and his two assistants were hard workers and did a beautiful job. The three of them stayed well beyond the allotted time, but did not charge any additional fee, nor did they try to talk us into anything else. Andrew was very polite, professional and skilled. We would definitely use him again for all tile/grout needs. A. B. Graham is a general contractor and we would also use him for any future projects.

Excellent communication. Prompt service. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed. The only issue was that it cost quite a but more than the Angie's deal, but I understand, because it took a few hours. I am very happy with the workman ship and would intend to use Andrew's services again.

I tried contacting the service provider, A B Graham Contracting. The service provider promised me via email to call to discuss the project, but never called or reached out to me.

They called before coming, arrived on time, worked clean and neat and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Pleasure to work with them.

Andrew was referred to me by a friend a couple of years ago, and has become our go-to contractor. I did not list the cost of his current project because he is not finished with it (thanks to insurance delays). Suffice it to say his prices are fair, and we have used him for several projects in the past year. He is honest and does great work. It's so difficult to find an honest contractor. He is very patient and answers any questions we have. If additional work is required outside of what we hired him for (as is always the case with renovations/repairs) he explains what he is going to do, why he needs to do it, and various cost options. We can't say enough good things about this guy and his employees.

Have a question: text him and he responds immediately. If there's a right way and a wrong way to do or fix something, he always chooses the right way. Pricing was always fair, and if he had to do something extra (take out rotted wood under old siding, for example) he usually didn't pass the cost on to us. He can't do the job half-way and feel good about his work. He's also kind and supportive when we were having trouble making decisions about what to do. You can't go wrong with this guy..

Very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions thorough, courteous and responsive. Communicated everything that was being done. Came up with solutions when problems arose.

Andrew came out to give an estimate. He was very helpful and asked many questions about what we wanted done and had a lot of suggestions as to what to do with the repairs. He suggested we purchase all of the fixtures and paint that we would need, so that we would know exactly what sort of quality we were getting. After getting the estimate it was a few weeks before work could start and we had to change the start date a few times due to circumstances with the previous job. Once work started, Andrew and his assistant finished ripping out the old bathroom and began installing new drywall. When the drywall was complete he had someone else come in and do the spackling. He and his assistant took out all of the old door frames and replaced all of the doors and trim. He then finished work in the bathroom by tiling the shower and floor. He had someone else come in and do all of the necessary painting. They also were able to join new pergo floor to the old floor so that we did not have to replace the entire floor. There were some issues that cropped up with this as the new and old floors did not match up perfectly, but Andrew was able to come up with a solution and got the floor together. Andrew and his team were able to work around my schedule and that of my 3 kids that were in and out. Everyone he brought in to help not only did excellent work but they were very personable. I was told the work would take about two weeks and it did. Andrew did a great job and fixed any problems I saw immediately. I am extremely pleased with the work and would recommend him to anyone.

Andrew is a good communicator! Prior to the appointment, he called to let me know that he was stuck in traffic and would arrive a few minutes late! When I explained the job to him, he provided excellent know-how and explained in detail how he would fix the walls. Andrew was straight forward and helpful with his suggestions. As it turned out, the job was actually eliminated by the electrical inspector, who decided it could be done differently and would not require the anticipated work. Of course, I contacted Andrew immediately to cancel the job. My overall interaction with Andrew was very positive. Although this particular job did not work out, I would hire Andrew in a minute. He comes across as a caring contractor you can trust!
