Andrew explained the process from start to finish, giving helpful advice but accommodating whatever my choices were. He arrived with 2 helpers and finished the job in about 3 hours. He upgraded the doorknobs I had chosen to a better quality brand at no additional cost. A tarp was laid over the carpet for protection. The doors look great- Andrew has an eye for detail and obviously takes pride in craftsmanship. I would hire him again.

I had been looking to replace an old wooden door for quite some time and found Andrew here on Angie's list. He was extremely helpful and quick to respond when answering all of my questions. On the day of the project the team was flexible with my work schedule. They did an excellent job (the new door looks fantastic!), even when they had to troubleshoot a few complications that arose. Throughout this entire process, Andrew consistently demonstrated to me that he was knowledgeable and that he cared about his work. I would definitely use A B Contracting again.

I am extremely happy with my "new" kitchen. Andrew (the owner) communicated with me every step of the way -- from picking out product, to rectifying any problems which occurred during the course of installation. For instance, when replacing my sliding door, it was discovered that the wood under the threshold was rotting. I was very happy that he brought this to my attention and replaced the wood immediately. I will hire AB Graham Contracting for all of my renovations.

Drew and his crew were efficient, performed good work and worked well with my condo association. His pricing was slightly higher than I would have liked to have paid, but the work performed was quality and is holding up well. Would definitely recommend for windows and doors.

the contractor arrived when he said he would. He provided details of what he would do and answered all questions. His staff were courteous and professional. They cleaned up all debris at the end of each time they were at our home. AB Graham was going to try to reuse our old storm door but it couldn't fit once the new entry / inside door was hung. I am so glad of that! The storm door as well as the new threshold and capping and door handles look amazing with the new entry/inside door. Every time I arrive home I admire the doors. The professional work provided by AB Graham Contractors made all the difference!

The project went great. A B Graham Contracting is very professional. The workers are happy, very polite and courteous of our needs. They laid down tarps everywhere work was done, cleaned up and vacuumed any messes made during the workday. They were punctual everyday and very detailed oriented. When the project was completed on schedule and on budget, we were very pleased and happy with the final result. Andrew provided detailed estimates laying out the work to be completed and always kept me informed as to the schedule and some small problems. i.e., existing plumbing issues not up to code to be corrected. I will definitely call A B Graham Contracting for any future projects like a kitchen remodel, bay window, windows, and front door install, etc.

Upon receiving a brand new microwave the installers informed us that it was 1 inch too big and in order to install it we needed to get someone to cut our tile backsplash. I got a recommendation from a friend who had previously used this provider and since time was of the essence, and price seemed fair, I used him. Two men from his team came out to install the microwave and do the tile work. They had to dry cut the tile back splash which I was warned could cause quite a bit of dust. They were very courteous and covered my range and taped up plastic all around the work area. While cutting the tile the second worker was actually vacuuming the dust simultaneously which minimized the mess. After installation was complete one of the men informed me that he actually had to unscrew the top and flip the exhaust fan since in the original assembly position it would blow right into my cabinets. Strange for an over-the-range microwave. I was pleased with that and am pretty sure the original installers from Home Depot probably would not have done that or even have noticed. They were meticulous with the cleanup and installation. Overall I am very pleased and would definitely use them again in the future.

Drew and his team were absolutely amazing. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. After shopping around for several months for someone to replace my storm door I finally found AB Graham Contracting. They were the first to provide me with a reasonable solution. I will definitely continue to use them for future work!!

It went extraordinarily well. As a result of Andrew's professionalism and that of his employees, I am hiring him to remodel my kitchen. He makes himself available by both email and cell phone and shows up when he says he will. His employees were very careful with regard to my furniture, etc., and took a great deal of pride in the work that they did. With regard to the question below, I have already shared my experience with some of my neighbors.

We were looking to have new counters and a backsplash put into our current kitchen. Andrew, the owner, was very quick and thorough with responses to my questions via email or phone. He took a lot of time to review all our options and answer questions when he came out to give us a quote. We felt we could trust him and appreciated his honesty about our options and questions. We were relatively new to home improvements and didn't feel he took advantage of our lack of experience. The work was done on time and was of excellent quality. The workers, including Andrew, were all very polite and considerate. I felt comfortable with them in my home with myself and small children.

Andy is fantastic! Responsive, professional and punctual. He was able to competently finish all of my projects and do so in a careful, thorough manner.

Everything went well. The contractor was reliable and both he and his workers were professional in all dealings with both my family and my neighbors as well. The finished product looks beautiful, everyone who sees it comments on how wonderful it looks. the contractor and crew cleaned up not only my work area but the neighboring yards as well on a daily basis. My neighbotprs on both sides expressed their appreciation and commented themselves on the professionalism of the workers. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with A? Graham's work and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Extremely happy with end result.

We were looking for a contractor last year to replace our old bathtub. After going through a few rough sales pitches from other contractors & bath remodeling companies, Drew came recommended to us by my sister-in-law & I'm glad we went with him. Drew & his team did an excellent job on our project & we plan to use him again in the future.

I contacted Andy in the summer of 2015 to schedule service. He responded promptly to my email and was extremely pleasant. At the time, he was (understandably) busy with the birth of his first child and did not get back to me. I contacted company again ion May 26, 2016 to obtain an estimate on a larger project. Once again, Andy was very pleasant and agreed to get back to me with a date he could view work site. He explained that he was busy and that it could not be done right away. However, he assured that he would schedule as soon as possible. As of today (more than a month later), I've received no response. I would have actually appreciated being told that the job could NOT be scheduled rather than waiting and waiting (a second time) for nothing. Disappointed!

Did not have service done. Had other issues in bath to handle.

Came to evaluate job. For wall tiles, he said couldn't successfully do what I had hoped and re-caulk/tile wall tiles, but could do simple caulking of existing problem areas. Scheduled job; assistant did bathroom caulking, kept missing spots, had to stand and work with him to point out everywhere caulking needed. When job done, I mentioned unfurnished basement needed cleaning; he said I should get an industrial vacuum; he had one in his truck, and I agreed to pay him an additional amount to go over the basement thoroughly. Did a decent job, but not the job I hoped he could do; and needed to monitor caulking to be sure it was done thoroughly. Would I use him again? Maybe...maybe not.

A B Graham did an outstanding job converting our bathtub to a shower with integral seat and shelves and a frameless sliding shower door. The project took 3 days, plus a couple evenings to complete the detailed finishing work. Andrew (the owner) discussed all aspects of the work in advance, explaining alternate ways of accomplishing our goals with this project. He has a lot of knowledge of materials and products and was able to help us make choices that we are very happy with. His price was very reasonable and we are looking forward to having him do several other projects in our home. Andrew and his team are very skillful. They were very polite and happy to explain the work they were doing whenever we looked in to see how the project was going. They were careful to lay out canvas drop cloths wherever they were walking or working. At the end of each day they left the work area and our home clean, vacuuming floors, wiping down doors and handles, and picking up the drop cloths until the next day. As with any home remodeling project, they encountered unexpected obstacles during the project such as plumbing irregularities and material sizing challenges. They did a great job quickly solving each issue that came up - a tribute to their skill and experience. Their finishing work on the project was excellent, too. Dan was meticulous in applying layers of spackle to provide very smooth and square surfaces on all the walls surrounding the shower enclosure. The whole job was beautifully done and exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to having Andrew and his team return to replace the floors in our kitchen, dining room, living room, and stairs. We are confident they will do as nice a job with that as they did with the bathroom. One quick note - I'm writing this review a few months after the work was completed (because in some ways I'm a terrible procrastinator). I can tell you we continue to be very satisfied with the work done on this project. It not only looks nice, it functions very well and has proved to be solid, durable, and easy to keep clean.

Contacted by "Andrew" within 2 days of request (April 9, 2014) and submitted 3 proposed dates for project completion. Contacted "Andrew" again on July 18, 2014 and was told he would call me back with proposed dates. Received email from Andrew requesting additional information and responded within 2 business days as requested. No further contact from Andrews to date.

They arrived on time and assessed the work that needed to be done. They were very pleasant and professional. One of gentlemen told me about the caulking of the bathtub and he checked to make sure I had bath and kitchen caulking. The other gentlemen checked the ceramic floor tiles and explained what he was going to do. I wanted to place a threshold, but I brought wrong type. They tried to explain to me what type of threshold I needed, but I am going have to get someone to go with me. It took them around hour and half to complete the job and everything looks great. I am very pleased with their work.
