Description of Work: installed central airconditining in our home. They used units that were known to be discontinued and obsolete with in the year. We cannot get parts or Freon for these units. They installed and undermount sink that cracked right after the warranty ended. They put heat in the bathroom and assured me that the five feet of baseboard was enough to heat the bathroom. IT IS NOT!!

Description of Work: We called Folk & Garber in the freezing cold Feb. 2015 weather, with a heat pump breakdown (like so many others in that frigid weather). They sent their service man, Aaron, on the date promised, he got the problem solved within an hour, and checked for other possible issues while he was here. He explained what he did to correct our problem. I recommend them highly!

 + -1 moreOn the day of the install, one of the install techs showed up at our house with a huge black eye and joked around with the other two techs about how it happened. It was ridiculous. We asked several people from Fand G several times over the weeks leading up to the install if the furnace would be quieter than the old one, and everyone said it would be much quieter. It is so much louder than the old unit. We had them come out to check out the noise. The tech told us that the unit is much bigger than the old unit so it will be noisier. Nothing was done to even try to make it quieter. They also said that our AC unit would be much more efficient with the new furnace and set-up that they were doing. Every time we run the AC with even one vent in the whole house closed, the AC unit freezes the AC shuts off. This was the worst decision that we ever made going with Fand G. Don't do it!
