May provides a great source of unbiased testing and information on mold issues. She thoroughly tested a wide variety of areas in our home and made specific recommendations for remediation and further evaluation. If you are looking for an independent view from a professional who does not then try to sell you remediation services, I would recommend that you give her a call.

I was immediately skeptical because she pulled up to my house and a belt appeared to be hanging out of her car. I told her about this but she claimed it was protecting her from magnetism or something. It was too much woo for me. It certainly did not seem scientific to me. I therefore was skeptical about everything else she said.

Excellent. Ms Dooley was great. She was responsive, helped me determine what I needed, and was very prompt.

They did a thorough job of inspection, followed up their work and did another follow up call for no additional fee. Very pleased with the service they provided. May was running late that day hence the lower score for punctuality.

Very helpful in figuring out what direction to take in regards to mold remediation. I was not pressured into 'buying' any services and in fact was given what I think was very straight forward impartial information on the phone and then sent a number of attachments with more information.

May also provided me with written information regarding important environmental information to make a home safe and healthy.

During the past month (June 2012) I was involved in an unrelated mold remediation job in which the testing was extensive and exceedingly expensive. I have been searching around for other testing options that would satisfy a first screening process to get a handle on the types of mold and levels of concentration. Envirohealth proved to fit the bill for this service very well, and I will certainly use this testing in the future as needed, and offer a solid recommendation here.
