The construction person said he will get back to me as soon as possible, and me and my wife working 2nd shift doesn't help

Roofing went well and siding looks good , but took twice as long due to a workers illness

We were very pleased with Easy Siders from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, very hard working, and courteous. Brian and his crew were extremely helpful, even completing a few odd jobs we needed done...very much appreciated! Our first meeting was with Rick, sales/project manager, he was professional, knowledgeable, and we really appreciated his attention to detail. He was definitely "hands-on" checking on the crew and making sure the work was completed to our specifications. We will not hesitate to use them for any future projects. We have received numerous compliments on the work done by Easy Siders.

The new screened deck exceeds our expectations. From start to finish, all of our phone calls were answered and returned. All appointments, and meetings were punctual. We were promised that the job would be worked every day until completion and we had as many as 5 men on site working until job was completed. The craftsmanship was superb and everyone was professional and friendly in dealing with us. There were no shortcuts taken and they made suggestions that improved our screened deck. Any changes that would result in added costs were discussed with us in detail, and they were flexible to making changes during construction. They kept the worksite clean and removed all debris regularly. My wife found the crew treated her respectfully and professionally at all times. In short, this was the best contracted job I have ever been involved with and our new screened deck is beautiful. I will be using Easy Siders for any future project. I would highly recommend Easy Siders without reservation.

Gregg and his team did a fabulous job with our sunroom addition which is large - 24 x 14. The outcome exceeded expectations in all areas - design, quality of workmanship, materials, roofing, and overall look of the room. We are very happy with his company and plan to update our kitchen and integrate the two rooms using his design and team early next year. Highly recommend them!!

Fine. We are totally satisfied with their work. They installed a new roof and it took only about 6 hours (including ripping off the old one). They came as scheduled, worked hard, and were very respectful. Totally pleased! We will use them again, as we did in the past. In the past, we also had them redo our deck, and replace all our windows. Again, totally satisfied with all the work they've done! 👍 👍

I was well pleased throughout all phases of the roof replacement. Easy Siders returned my initial call in a short period of time and did so in a professional manner. Jim came out to the house to prepare and review the estimate with me. He treated me with respect and explained details about what exactly was going to be done and why it is going to be done. He taught me something about roofing! The roofing job was started within the given timeframe. The roofing crew were polite and respectful to me. They worked in the midst of a severe heat wave while offering no complaint. The job was completed within the 2 days as explained and expected. The new roof looks beautiful! The work crew did an excellent job of cleaning up! I am super pleased with the quality of the work, the attitude of all staff, and the look of my new roof. Thanks, Easy Siders!

Every piece of work was done perfectly. They clearly exceeded my expectations considering work I had received from other contractors. Workers were professional and courteous. On a scale of 1 to 10, they were a 12.

Went well, so far so good....

We were very pleased with Easy Siders. Contact with the office staff was always professional and responsive. The installer arrived as scheduled and the job was completed on time, despite many rainy days. We had a small deck that wasn't finished until the middle of the job and the installer was flexible enough to work around that area until the deck was finished. We were given choices where appropriate (for instance, which style of capping we liked better around the windows). The owner of the company stopped by several times to make sure the work was going well and we were pleased with it. We had several other estimates done before we settled on Easy Siders, and their estimate easily beat the other companies. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their house in the Hummelstown area.

We used Angie's list to narrow the contractor list down to what I believed were the best three contractors. I then checked to see if any workers' compensation claims were submitted in the last three years, I checked the state's contractor database to obtain complaint information and insurance coverage, and finally I checked to see if the companies were ever sued in the county in which I lived plus two surrounding counties. All three contractors were onsite to provide quotes for the requested work; each time I used the same exact request so that I received an "apple for apple" comparison. Easy Sider's price came in on par with another company. Ultimately I liked how the individual from easy Siders interacted with us, so it is the reason why they were chosen. Because the job was fairly large in scope, I wrote a separate document which outlined exactly what was expected when the job was complete. I would recommend this to anyone who does their "homework" and knows exactly what they want and what they expect. This was much more of a detailed "punch list" of work and expectations. We also chose the best quality vinyl siding on the market for durability purposes. Cost was a concern, but so was quality - we tried to strike a balance. We signed the contract in mid-December and we were requested to submit 50% of the project cost for down payment. This is fairly typical in the industry from what I understand. Work commenced two months later in late February. I didn't tell the company that I had previously installed siding as a part time job years ago. I knew what to look for as far as clues to the quality of the installation. After the first week of work was completed, the garage siding looked to be installed with perfection. The siding cuts were staggered properly and the aluminum fascia looked great. Another week passed and the house and shed were completed. The contractor was cleaning up the site at the end of the week, so I took the time to inspect the job (as requested). One thing that I did not like was the fact that the job site was not cleaned up at the end of the day. Tools were left sit wherever they were at 4 pm. Siding pieces were left laying scattered across the ground. And nails were everywhere. This was brought to the attention of the installer and things did improve. Upon the final inspection, I found a number of issues that I brought to the contractor's attention - some serious, most not. Here is a list: 1. One window was completely missed in the caulking/sealing process. 2. Propane gas line entering the house through the siding was not caulked. 3. Electrical conduit pipe entering the shed through the siding was not caulked. 4. Cable TV wire was not re-attached. 5. Fascia was haphazardly wrapped around and not properly trimmed to be aesthetically pleasing. 6. J-Channel was cut flush around the electrical meter and windows - this allowed for any rain to enter behind the siding and cause rot of the house plywood. This was our biggest concern because the only reason we had the work done was to make the house water tight again. I emphasized this over and over again. When I brought these items to the attention of the office (pictures and statements via email), the owner immediately called. I could detect the frustration in his voice and he was obviously concerned and upset. The next day, he was at the house and personally took care of all of the problems correctly by removing the siding and doing things right - a welcomed relief! He went above and beyond to make the corrections - again, which was much appreciated. I was not happy that I had to find these things myself. The work should have been inspected by a supervisor before I was asked to review it. But what really concerns me is this: I knew what to look for. I suspect that 99% of people do not. People rely on contractors to do the work right. Sure, the work looked fabulous, however, it was not done correctly and it would have caused serious damage to the house over time from the rain infiltration. I'm personally at a crossroads as to whether to use this company again. As the owner told me "no one is perfect". Well, I agree to that, but basic quality is not asking for perfection. Who knows how many other jobs may have been done like this - maybe many - maybe just mine was a one-time fluke. I would advise anyone who uses this company to hire an independent home inspector to check the work before paying the balance. All of that said, the customer service was excellent.

My wife and I had seen that our insulated windows were leaky, allowing cold air to come into the room. Some caulking and insulation, self installed, did not help. Easy Siders had installed an improved picture window for us last year so we called for an estimate. An exact estimate was given in December 2015 and a date set soon thereafter for installation. Brian and a co-worker arrived and about 4 hours later the windows were installed with insulation around the frames, new facing, caulking was done and they cleaned up. The windows looked great and now there is no cold air coming into our rooms. Great job.

The services went well. There was a minor mistake made, but the company got it fixed fairly quickly. The error was corrected quickly, and it only delayed the company a couple of days.

The salesman, Craig, was great to work with, answering our many questions. The guys Chuck and Mike were professional, courteous, kept me informed of progress and offered suggestions when needed. I would recommend Easy Siders and would use them again.

It went well. A few problems/concerns arose which were satisfactorily dealt with by Greg Gehret. Workers were prompt, clean, cleaned up all mess. Only mild irritant was lack of follow up after commitment made. Estimate was 4 weeks. 4 weeks came and went and I initiated contact. Not a whopping big deal but feel that vendor should be proactive on this. This is second job they have done for me and same issue occurred with first job. However, work was highly satisfactory and i will use them in the future.

A tree limb fell and damaged a long length of gutter and poked holes in our siding. They were asked to also replace a damaged window. Assessment was prompt. We were told it would require three separate visits. The siding was too old to be replaced with an exact replica, but they moved some existing siding for the repair. In its place they inserted the new siding that was a slight shade different, but the location was not easily noticed. The work was done on time and each set of workers were professional and very competent. I would use them again in a heart beat. I selected them because they came once to assess a problem about 5-7 years ago, gave an honest assessment. They indicated they could not do the work easily; there was too much structure that might be destroyed to fix a minor problem that I could live with. They did not charge for the considerable time of the assessment

We had hired another company to install new gutters on our home. Once the work was started they told us they could not safely access the second floor gutters and would not be able to complete the entire job, even though they had come to our home to review the job and give us an estimate. I called Easy Siders, explained the situation, and they came out to take a look. I was told that there was no reason that they could not get to the second floor and came back about 2 weeks later and completed the job. They were quick and professional. The gutters look great and work just fine. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Very professional and friendly. The work was finished in the time quoted. We are very satisfied with the quality of work. We would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

It's been 11 days since the rep was here at the house - no estimate by mail or even by email; not even a phone call. That's why the ratings are "F" for Responsiveness (there's been none), Punctuality (there's a big difference between 2 days and 11 days), and Professionalism (if you can't get the estimate written up in a timely manner, the professional thing to do would be call or write; apologize for the delay; provide a revised date for sending the estimate). Would I use this provider in the future - I said "yes", but hesitantly, because so far they're very disappointing in terms of customer service. I don't understand why they don't want our business/our money.

The installers were very polite and very neat. Beautiful job and very pleased.

Everything went very well. They were accessible and addressed any issues we had right away.

The team took about 3 weeks to pit in a screen room. The roof was already built, but I needed the screened walls, a ceiling fan and door. Greg's team did a beautiful job explaining the whole process to me from the start and giving me project updates. Greg even took me to see his past projects to give me ideas. Greg sub-contracted out the fence work to a trusted vendor to save me that leg work who had the fence installed in a matter of a few days. When I noticed some minor issues with the fence, they came the next day to correct it. Greg has great financing options and stands behind his work 100%. I'd work with him again! Great job!
