This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Salesman, Rick Squashic was extremely thorough, professional and did not waste a minute of our time. The installers were friendly and hard working... in the snow! Job done in one and a half days! Owner, Greg Gehret seemed almost excited to demonstrate the functions of the window when I stopped by their beautiful new showroom to make my final payment. Everyone working for this company is so nice and helpful. We LOVE our new windows! We will be calling them again for our next home improvement project for sure.

It was a good experience. The crew was very friendly, was happy to accommodate any special requests, and did quality work. In addition, no messes were left behind, and the price was reasonable considering the scope of the job.

Everything went smoothly thanks to Rick's coordination of the project from start to finish. The crews were professional and got things done in a timely fashion. When I called Easy Siders with questions, they were either answered over the phone or Rick had come out to explain in person. He was very attention and customer focused. It was a big job and I hadn't had a home project like this before, and needed some extra hand holding and assurance. The work is high quality and the warranty is fair. It is a pleasure to look at the new roof and spouting when I come home from work, and I love being on my patio which has a new feel because of the soffit. I felt the price was fair and reasonable and appreciated the 10% discount from using Angie's List. I will use this company again in the future. Many thanks to Rick and his crews!

We contacted Easy Siders for a quote for window and door replacement because of the previous good reviews on Angie's List. Rick, their sales rep, was extremely responsive in checking out our home and provide solid advice. The price per window was less than I was expecting! It's a hard time of the year to predict weather patterns, but they completed the job in 3 days (Jerry the main installer even came out in the cold rain to finish capping the windows). We are beyond thrilled with the result--the technicians were professional, timely, and clearly knew what they were doing-- they put us at ease. The home is old (1930's) and not energy efficient-- I can tell already how much warmer the house is now that we have the new windows. We will definitely be using them for other repairs around the house-- with pleasure.

In order to make the siding blend property (because the exact same siding was not available), he removed a piece of siding from the back side of the house that was hidden from view and installed in on the front of the house. He used the new piece of siding to replace the backside. In addition, there was some

I received a quick response, but unfortunately this contractor is not licensed to perform work in the City of Harrisburg.

This was done at my Mom's house. She obtained 4 different quotes and Easy Siders was in line except for one that was a fly-by-night operation who wanted paid under the table. From the first call, they were responsive and helpful. They did a full evaluation and quickly got back to her with a quote. We paired the list down to two providers and differentiated by who offered a guarantee. Easy Siders got back to us immediately; the other did not, even after we called back. The scheduling was professional and on-target for all work done. They repeatedly followed up and communicated on what would be done and when. Everything was done efficiently. My Mom is older and alone - they took the time to explain everything and make sure she understood what was going on and that she was comfortable. They ran into a problem with the chimney on the roof and explained that in detail. They had to do extra work but didn't charge her more. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The work looks great and has been complimented by neighbors. I wouldn't bother calling anyone else if you need services that Easy Siders offers.

Rick came out and measured all our windows, exterior doors, outside of our house to order siding and gutters. The measurements were accurate. The first thing we noticed with the new windows, exterior doors and siding, was how quiet the house became from the outside noises. The work crew of Jerry, Greg and Brian were hard working, knowledgeable and creative. For example, they noticed that the vinyl ceiling on the back porch ran at a lengthwise direction and Jerry thought the new ceiling vinyl would look better if it was installed in a different direction. We had extra wood left over from when my husband and I dismantled our shed and Jerry used that wood to build the support beams so that they could place the vinyl ceiling as he suggested. Wow! What a difference. My husband kept saying over and over how much better the new ceiling looked! They kept the work area very clean and neat (thanks to Greg) and considerate. They worked well together and got the job done right...the first time. Any little thing I asked them to do, they did it. For example, I noted there was a bit of condensation on the one window. As soon as I mentioned it, Jerry put calking around the window and the problem was fixed. They even put the shutters back up and spray painted the rusty electric box to match the white trim (I supplied the spray paint). I can't say enough good things about their professional conduct. We will definitely use Easy Siders in the future! Rick kept checking with my husband and me throughout the entire project to make sure everything was satisfactory. Rick has a lot of experience and confidence and it gave me a feeling of confidence to work with Easy Siders.

Easy Siders delivered a quality product at a reasonable price and in a desirable time frame. The assigned builders were professional, courteous, and delivered what was promised.

went well and quickly. a month later a strong storm knocked the trim off. They came out and sealed the piece on with a strong glue, again quickly. Steve said the house would blow away before the trim comes off.

Set up apps, went well, took 3 trips but paid on total hours. Asked about power wash as well but they weren't able to accommodate.

I used Easy Siders to reshingle a house about 5 years ago and they were great to work with. I recently moved and they reshingled this house. and also replaced the skylights. As I type this it is pouring outside and the skylights are not leaking! Rick is professional, estimates are accurate, and communication very good. The office staff is courteous and efficient. I am recommending Easy Siders to anyone in need of roofing repairs.

I had an overall positive experience with this business, even though we didn't end up going with them. We had been having problems with the roof leaking, and we got two different roofers to look at it and an insurance adjuster before going with a contractor that we knew through my brother-in-law. I believe it was Rick who came out from easy siders to do an estimate. He seemed honest and gave me an estimate up front. The only down side was that his recommendation was to replace the whole roof, when the roof should last us another 15 years with just a few repairs (needed because of mistakes made by the original builder). He answered all my questions, but would only do the work if the whole roof was replaced. While I understood and respected his position, we declined to go that route. In the future, if I needed a large job done like that, I would look into easy siders again.

The gentleman (Rick, I believe) from Easy Siders was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. We really felt we were dealing with a straightforward, honest individual. His quote for work was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales pitch, as we had encountered with a different, and much costlier, contractor. The work was completed quickly, and the crew cleaned up completely. We were most satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the price, and would highly recommend Easy Siders.

I called three companies including Easy Siders for an estimate for a roof leakage. The representative from Easy Siders gave me an estimate to replace my roof never mentioning the leakage. I was polite and told him I would call back once I compare prices from other companies. I ended up getting an estimate for the leakage and replacing my roof at a much cheaper price than Easy Siders. I went with the other company. I have no intentions of calling Easy Siders for anything else in the future.

They did an excellent job. They started and finished on time, and cleaned up all of the debris.

The service was good. They were prompt and friendly.

Installation was fine. After their was a problem, they had to return twice. I would have been happier with a more speedy response.

The house we were purchasing had a roof that was about 20 years old. Our insurance company insisted that we replace it immediately in order to obtain coverage with them. We really like the agent and wanted to stay with her agency. Easy Siders were willing to do the job with short notice. They did the job in one day and provided photos of the job in progress as requested by the insurance company. I would definitely hire them again.

Rick did the free estimate. The roof was put on the following week in one day. Rick checked the progress of the work as it was done. We are totally satisfied.

First i called Easy siders and Rick came out promptly. We talked about the improvements i wanted to make. I wanted to have the shingles on house and garage replaced with new. My house had very little overhangs. I wanted my house to have 1-foot overhangs like my garage with new soffit and fascia .Rick gave me a estimate for all the work. And talked about trouble areas and found solutions. I am pleased with the final product. My house looks much nicer with the 1-foot overhangs. The work was completed fast and they managed to complete it all with out rain . Good planning or just luck you call it. The roofing guys worked hard. They were kind and considerate. My experience was a good one! But it is stressful for the home owner . But less stress if you have confidence in your contractor. I would use EASY SIDERS AGAIN!!

Easy Siders Home Improvement were real responsive. The guy was really friendly. They're a little more expensive. It's kind of hard to compare it because each one had their own proprietary price. I probably will go to them again for price comparison.
