They arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. Finding a few things that I hadn't noticed and showing them to me, and then correcting them. I would gladly bring them in for any home improvement job at my house in the future

Went well. We appreciated Rick as a salesman/project manager. He was responsive and didn't engage in any of the typical sales tactics we saw with other companies. He made suggestions that ended up decreasing the price of the windows. Easy Siders had a wide array of financing options, which was another factor in choosing them. There was a slight miscommunication - not sure where the root was - at the beginning about start date/time, but when the work began, we were impressed. Our work crew (primarily Tom and Kyle) was personable, thoughtful and collaborated with us on the finer details through phone calls, notes and in person discussions. When they cut out the back wall to put in the sliding glass door, the crew -without us asking - cut out the mural on the wall in one piece and saved it for us! They also built attractive window sills when the new windows turned out to be not as deep as the old, modified the dryer vent in one of the replacement basement windows to make it more functional for our needs, and replaced a broken doorbell. Everyone was very good with our two large dogs as well. The office staff was polite and responsive as well - calls were returned promptly and issues resolved quickly. When the work was done, the house looked brand new....so happy with the finished product! Would definitely use them again.

The project went very well. The Easy Siders salesman, Rick, is great. I called Easy Siders to set an appointment to get an estimate. Rick said it would be at 10AM on a certain day, two weeks into the future. On that day, at 10AM on the dot, Rick arrived. We had 6 different companies come out to the house to give an estimate. 5 of the companies did it like this: 1. Come out, look around, take measurements, leave. 2. Come out again with the product samples 3. Mail an estimate, or drop one by the house. This is fine, and it seems like the standard procedure. However, with Rick, it went like this: 1. Come out, measure, bring samples, and write out the estimate and contract right there at the kitchen table. 90 minutes and done. There was no back and forth over several days. Pricing varied from one company to the next. Easy Siders was in the middle. The lowest bid was attractive, but some folks left terrible anonymous reviews on various websites and who knows if the reviews were accurate or revenge, but I just couldn't take a chance. The most expensive bid was just so off base; it had no grounding in reality. The Easy Siders bid came in a bit above the lowest bid and a lot below the highest bid. It was a tough choice. I didn't want to sign a contract with a company and then have things go sideways and turn into a pain in the neck. I am *SO* glad I went with Easy Siders. They did what they said they would do, as simple as that. They set expectations and then met them. The siding job is amazing. It's been done for about 6 weeks and I'm always looking for some flaw - there are none. It's just a beautiful job. Easy Siders sent out a 2-person crew. The two fellows were friendly and hard working. They came every day that it did not rain and also came on some days when it was only lightly raining. In summary, we signed the right contract with the right company. It was drama-free. Service was excellent. I'd 100% go with Easy Siders again in the future.

The design process was positive. The rep was very nice and responsive throughout the job. All the various work crews were professional, congenial, hard working and cleaned up the job site everyday. Weather caused the job to take longer, but Easy Siders did all they could to keep it moving. The end result is a porch that is all we could have hoped for. We highly recommend this company! We have had a couple of minor issues that required some attention. The response was fast and the issues were resolved.

Free quote, came out to the house just a few days after calling. On the scheduled day of service they never showed, when I called the office they told me they need to reschedule to the next day because of weather. I was understanding although wished they would have called me first. The next day they were 20mins late, but it worked out for better for me since my kids were still sleeping. The job was completed in one day as estimated, everything was cleaned up and the workers were very friendly with my children. Roof looks great and more inportantly I haven't had any leaks.

We will hire this person after the insurance ? approves his estimate.

They were just a little bit higher than the other two I had looked at but they seemed reasonable. I didn't have any issues or concerns. The guy answered my questions. I was satisfied. Had he been the lower bidder, I probably would have chosen him.

In general most things went fine. If we had to do such a massive undertaking again, I would get a Pod for the storage of the furniture since it had to be moved from room to room. We had some trouble with the counter people due to the way the finished the backsplash, but Easy Siders took care of working with the installer. This was bigger job than usually done by Easy Siders, but I think they learned a lot in coordinating the work. In the past, we had Easy Siders do our roof, new gutters, a rear deck, and an awning over the deck. All have been done and the costs have been reasonable.

He came out and gave us an estimate but didn't charge us for that. They were courteous, prompt in coming out, very helpful on the phone and very thorough in looking at the damage. He told me what needed to be done and why. I said, "Let us go ahead and fix it". I thought the price was reasonable. They didn't follow through however.

Was very professional and work was done by a highly qualified worker. Very happy with results.

The service was absolutely great. At the time, I had asbestos shingles on my house. They had no problem removing them and taking them away at no additional charge. The roofers were polite (I have kids and grandkids). My roof is so steep that they had to tie themselves to it but but we never even heard them swear or complain. Every question I asked they knew how to answer, and explained and showed me what was going on. They really went above and beyond. I have a yellow lab and when someone comes to the house he's always barking until he can go out and say hi. So every day that the roofers came, they gave him treats and said hello. They made sure to go around the house everyday and pick up any scrap that could hurt the dog to make sure it would be safe for him.

The first was a tricky item since we have a stamped metal roof made of interlocking aluminum. Unless a dealer authorized by the roofing manufacturer did the work, it could nullify the lifetime warranty we have on it. Bernie Bischof went the extra mile and obtained a letter from the manufacturer giving Easy Siders permission to work on it. He gave me a copy of it for our records. Their roofer, Jack, took every precaution to avoid damaging the metal shingles as he installed the ridge vents. The second phase was more routine. We now have an air-tight, fire resistant, pre-finished steel entry door in place of the old wooden door which had air leaks in it. The work was completed promptly on time. The third phase was also very straight forward. Easy Siders arrived with their gutter fabricating equipment. They removed the old gutter which had been damaged by snow and ice. They then extruded a new seamless gutter and hung it in place of the old one. This whole process took less than an hour. In each phase, Easy Siders had the expertise and experience to complete the work to our general satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them for home repairs and maintenance.

Installation was done according to the specifications of the order. The initial contact person who came to estimate the job completed a detailed estimate before leaving our house. We were pleased that he did so without any "pressure tactics". A flexible time schedule (due to weather conditions) for completion of the job was agreed upon by both parties. Upon arrival of materials and breaks in the weather the job was very satisfactorily completed. Quality of workmanship, fitting, and finishing was most apparent. Cleanup was thorough and a priority. Pleasant demeanor of sales, office, and installers was always obvious and appreciated.

They did the work that was expected, but they were not flexible with when they did it. The quality of the windows were not that great. We had a home energy loss study done before and after the new windows were installed, and the new windows performed worse then the old windows that were actually leaking water. They made no effort to do anything about that result. They also capped off the wood trim around exterior doors. That was done quickly and well. We were just ok with their work, and will look for another company to see if others do better for us in the future.

Flat portion of my roof was leaking and had developed a contour that had created a ponding effect. Roof was surrounded on three sides by a sloped roof which made it rather tricky to reshape the flat portion while still properly fitting in with the rest of the roof. A detailed estimate was prepared and accepted. They stripped off the bad roofing down to the rafters (per my request) to check for and repair any water damage to the sub-structure and to install insulation. The men that performed the job worked well together as a team. All contacts and work performed on promised dates. All participants were very friendly and courteous and made certain they showed me what they were doing and explained what and why they were doing it. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

The crew arrived on time and completed the job in just a few days. Rick was always available for questions. The job was done quickly and professionally.

We had a great experience with Easy Siders. We had a deck that needed to be replaced and wanted a sunroom built on the deck. All of the other companies said they could only install a shed roof due to the severe slope of the roof on our home. Gregg was able to give us a lot of good suggestions and had no problem building a cathedral ceiling sunroom that looks great. Gregg's quote was much lower than the competition even with the cathedral ceiling. He was able to accommodate all of our requests and took care of all parts of the construction from permits to final inspection. The crew was very professional and responsive to every single request and change that we had. Gregg took care of every little item we brought up during the final walkthrough and even had someone come back to install different floor electrical outlets when we decided to change from plastic cover plates to brass. Easy Siders was a pleasure to work with and will be the first one we call for any future work that we need done to our home. Thanks Gregg, Rig, Steve, Shawn and the rest of the guys who worked on our sunroom!

Outstanding job on roof. Gregg to extra time explaining ridge vent and gutter options. Extremely happy with sliding glass door! They started working super early in the morning but did a great job. I appreciated the extra details.

The work was very good. I think that they are a local company. There was nothing bad, it was all good. They worked fast and they did a clean job. He was one of the cheaper ones and had a high rating. The quality of work was very good. They were clean and quiet. They were efficient and I would use them again.

It went well from beginning to completion. Rick was prompt in returning our call, came over right away, worked with us. The whole team worked together. Rick checked on the progress and it was a very professional job. They did work for us in the past and we were extremely satisfied. Even after the job was complete, they came by if there was even the smallest problem. They were prompt coming over to fix a small issue we had caused by heavy winds, when they did our siding. They are so professional and also very personable.

It went very well considering Mother Nature did not cooperate with wintery weather. The main roof was replaced before the snow and wind came and the smaller, lower roofs were done as weather allowed. They waited until the weather warmed enough to finish the chimney work as is appropriate. Despite all that the project went as planned, no surprises and on budget. I did not have to dog them to keep things moving. I had confidence in their capabilities based on reputation, a neighbor's endorsement and meeting with them upfront. They were in the middle price-wise and feel it was worth it given the above and how well it looks. We have contracted with them to do a screen porch too.

Rick was prompt to schedule an appointment for an estimate. He provided an estimate within two days. The roofing crew was very polite and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others as well.
