Salesman was very professional. We were able to customize most features. The installation did not take long and the job was done well. The staff was very supportive after the installation. We wanted the door handle switched to operate in the down position and they were very accommodating. It is the kind of company that is a pleasure to do business with. I will be back for their other services.

I just spoke to the salesman regarding my previous posting and he smoothed things over - apparently there was miscommunication between the service department and the sales department and the above prices do not apply. However, they do mostly new work, not repairs as such. So, I take back my low ratings. They don't apply in this case.

The workers came as soon as the weather allowed and finished on time. The area was totally cleaned up afterwards.

The work was perfect. The crew members were professional. They cleaned up after their work. So far, we have been happy with our four season room.

A three man crew arrived as promptly as promised. They immediately laid tarps to catch debris from the old roof removal. They tore off the old shingles, drip edge, and ridge vents. They installed new drip edge, underlayment, ice shield, and vent boots. After installing new GAF shingles, they installed a shingle over ridge vent the entire length of the roof. They re-flashed the chimney. After finishing the roof they completely cleaned up and also used a magnet to pick up stray nails ! They did an outstanding job and completed the total project in one day!

Even our neighbors were impressed with the new siding installed by Easy Siders Home Improvement Co. We could not be more pleased with the way that Bill, our siding installer, took pride in doing the job right. His many years of experience and attention to detail were evident as he carefully fitted siding around the many angles and corners of our large split level home. All installers cleaned up the debris at the end of each work day. With the new roof and gutter replacement, also installed by Easy Siders, our house looks brand new. From start to finish working with Rick on estimates for the job, Cindy in the office on scheduling, and all the installers, it was an absolute no hassle experience. We interviewed 6 contractors and chose Easy Siders on the basis of price, timeliness in scheduling, and the knowledge and expertise of the salesperson. My wife and I both highly recommend them. Five stars!!!

Installed door at scheduled time. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything when they were done and took everything away. Very nice to work with.

All work was completed in a professional manner. The workmen were polite, considerate and explained what they were going to do before actually doing the work. They were very efficient in the workmanship and cleaned up all the debris and restored the work area to its preconstruction condition. The improvements enhanced the look of the front porch tremendously. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the work that was done, kept us informed of the progress of the work and contacted us after the project was completed to inquire if we had any concerns. We are very satisfied with the project and the price was well worth the improvement to our porch.

My seventies kitchen was desperately in need of an update. Easy Siders Home Improvement was my first choice to do the job. They already built us a beautiful sunroom, replaced our siding and windows. We knew their workmanship was superb. Gregg and his team came in with recommendations for improvements to my kitchen but they also listened to me to create the kitchen of my dreams. This renovation project included; new drywall due to removing soffit and partial wall, new flooring, subflooring, updated electric, added lighting, new custom cabinets and counter tops. They were able to do the work with least amount of disruption to our lives during a major construction. Everyone worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done. I couldn't be more please with the outcome. I love my new kitchen and have received many compliments on my new kitchen.

The contractor came on that date and changed out all the windows in one day, then came out the next day to finish with the triming inside and out. The one window down stairs was not a mach to the rest of the windows the way wanted. But they ordered the rite one and came out to change it as soon as the other window was made at the factory. So far the windows seem to be holding in the heat really well for this cold winter we are having. In fact, ALOT better then what we had!

Crew did not arrive on time however they did call me to inform me that their current job was taking longer than expected. This is understandable and the fact that they called to keep me informed was very much appreciated. When the crew arrived they introduced themselves and were very pleasant. Looked over the job, reviewed the materials they had and promptly went to work. I stayed for approx. 2hours then I had to leave for work. Before leaving they asked if I had any questions. While at work I got a call from the crew just verify an item on the work order. Indicated they "just wanted to make sure". My wife returned home from work as the crew was finishing the job. Both areas of work had been cleaned up well. Keys for the doors were given to my wife. Both jobs were completed as described in the work orders and professionally done. Very impressed! This was our third experience with this contractor and have been very pleased with all jobs done. We would highly recommend!

Based on several recommendations from residents in my townhouse community, I hired Easy Siders to change my screened in sunporch into a 4 season room. This was one of the best decisions I made regarding remodeling. The suporch is everything I wanted it to be and more . Gregg, the owner, was always available to address any questions or concerns from the first meeting until the construction was completely finished. Cindy, his office administrator, is knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. Both are very prompt in returning calls. The men who performed the work were polite, punctual, and very, very hard working. They kept me informed of what work would be done each day and always cleaned up at the days end. Although I presented them with several challenges to do certain fixtures and other items in a special way, they always rose to the occasion and came through like champions. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Easy Siders.

We called Easy Siders and in a couple of days Rick called and came over. Measurements were taken and suggestions made and soon after that an estimate was received. We accepted the bid right away as it was reasonable. A while later we were called to set up an installation appointment and Rig and the guys showed up early and ready for work. Their work was non-stop unless I had questions which they gladly answered. They laid out canvas on the floor inside and cleaned up all the debris both in and out. Because of the way the window needed installed Rig needed to get new borders and left for the local lumber yard. When the borders were installed it made the window look like a picture frame. It was beautiful and well done. This Rig guy was not only a good siding and woodworking artist but he was also a teacher, guiding the two workers who were helping. That impressed me. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the window, the work that was done to install it and the price. I know that there were extras like the wood borders and other things but the estimate is what we were billed for. Great job.

Removal of the old window and installation of the new all went well. The work was done on time and the installation was quick. Clean up was great. I love the window. I would call Easy Siders again.

There was a three man team for our roof. They came earlier and worked thru the day. The crew was friendly warm and knew what they were doing. We had to have a few boards replaced on the roof due to issues and were told that in advance as well as when the roof was being replaced. With regards to the office staff, A for them as well. After all was done, and the bill came, went directly to them to pay. They assisted with the warranty for the roof. The sales person, Scott, has followed up as well to insure there have been no issues. Strongly recommend to anyone

The staff was professional and very considerate of the fact that we had a newborn baby in the house. The work went smoothly from start to finish. We would use Easy Siders again for work needed.

All the work was done as contracted, there was a scheduling conflict with finishing the trim on my replacement windows but Tom worked all weekend to get the job done in a timely manner.

It went excellent, they were in and out in 2 days and the workmanship was excellent.

Had an excellent experience with Easy Siders from the initial consultation/estimate through the end of the project. They responded to my initial call quickly and Rick came out to the house within a day or two to review what I needed to have done. After taking some measurements, Rick took the time to answer my questions and discuss some options I was considering and our conversation gave me a good comfort level about him and Easy Siders. It was a pretty straightforward project but he was the only one, of the contractors that I received estimates from, that actually arranged with me to come and give an estimate while I was actually there Their price wasn't the cheapest of the ones I received but it wasn't far off and because I had a better feeling about them, then the others I contacted, I decided to go with them and I wasn't at all disappointed in my decision. The roofing crew did a great job on the roof and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. It only took them 2 days and the roof looks fantastic. Rick showed up on day 2 to check in on the crew and to check in with me to see if there were any issues and if I was satisfied with everything, which was much appreciated. They were also very accommodating about scheduling which was very helpful to me in coordinating some other work that I had scheduled with a different contractor. Their office staff was very nice to interact with and did a great job in helping me with coordinating the schedule and I really appreciated their efforts. I will definitely consider doing other business with Easy Siders in the future and highly recommend you give them your consideration for any similar projects you might be considering. Big thanks to Rick and the whole Easy Siders team for a job well done!

IT went very well, they were here when they said, Brian and his partner were very nice and did a great job. They got the broken window out and put my new window which was A LOT better than the one I had in there. I am going to have them replace other windows in the future as I can afford them.

Rick was great to work with. He made great suggestions (like replacing the wooden bead board on our porch ceiling with vinyl Bead Board to keep the same character) and he helped find the perfect finials for our roof line to also keep with the character of the house. Each job was done as a standalone project with it's own crew and timelines. All jobs were completed in record time with a great crew of guys. We've recommended Rick and EasySiders to many neighbors and friends. I would definitely use them again!

They were contracted to replace the ridge vent on our house. Initially they did not respond to an inquiry placed through their website. But did return a phone call to their office. They were prompt about coming out for an estimate. Once scheduled to perform the service, we were told the job would be completed within the following two week period. Due to the small scope of work for the job it was performed in between lager jobs so we didn't have much notice maybe about 2hrs; that they were coming to complete the work on the day of the service. They finished the job in a few hours which was to be expected. Unfortunately I wasn't home to inspect the work after it was completed since I was at work when they called. And when I got home in the evening it was dark outside. So the following morning I inspected the job and was a little disappointed. They replaced an old leaking tin ridge vent with a shingled vent and ridge roll, which is what I requested. The shingles on our roof are 3 tab so they had to cut the individual shingles for the vent, some were not cut square and varied in size. Also in the middle of the main roof section there were some nail heads left uncovered and some old nail holes from the original vent exposed due to the ridge vent being installed slightly off center. This can't be seen from the ground so aesthetically it looks ok, but I had to climb up on the roof and seal up the nail heads and old holes to prevent any leaks and I had some concerns about the longevity of the repair. There was also one damaged shingle that was replaced. Although instead of replacing the whole three tab shingle they just added one of the cut ridge tabs over top of the old shingle. It's sealed and I don't anticipate any leaks but still there is a noticeable difference between the height of the repaired shingle and the originals since it's not actually a full repair. I called Easy Siders that day to speak with someone about my concerns but hadn't heard back, and since I took care of the minor issue of the nail heads/holes I just let it go. -Update 10/1/2014 A sales representative from Easy Siders contacted me to ask about the issues with the vent. He came out and inspected the installation and agreed that it wasn't done as well as it could have been and that the vent was off center, but assured me that there is a warranty on the work and they are fully insured in case any leaks came from the exposed nail heads that had been sealed. Regarding the repaired shingle, there haven't been any leaks and since it might be difficult to match the original shingles with a full three tab piece this is going to stay the way it is. He did offer to have the ridge vent pulled up and re-installed but I thought that was a bit overkill for the situation and I didn't want anymore holes in roof, so they offered a slight refund on the service work instead. At the end of the day I haven't found any leaks and they did at least come out to see what the issues were so hopefully this won't happen on the next install. So while the ridge vent isn't perfect, it does seem to be working, and they did acknowledge the issues so I give them a lot of credit for that.
