Easy Siders was prompt and professional. The gentleman who looked at the job knew exactly what had to be done to get the repair done. A written quote arrived the next day and after my acceptance the job was scheduled. We were told the name of the repairman and when he would be scheduled to do the work. The gentleman who did the repair called before he arrived, just as we were told, and did the work quickly and competently. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and professional. Definitely deserving of the highest grade in all categories.

We knew that we would need a new roof this year and gathered some estimates. Easy SIders had replaced some wind-damaged aluminum siding last year and did an excellent job, so we called them for an estimate. Their price was competitive. The best part was that when, on a windy night, the ridge vent was torn off the roof, potentially exposing the interior to rainwater, Easy Siders was able to come out the day after we got the estimate and begin work on the roof -- and finished it just before a rainy period. Their salesman, Rick, is well-versed in his field and is a personable, no pressure salesman. The roofing we chose is warranted for fifty years, so it is the last roof we will have to put on, unless another storm comes through! We're confident it will last as long as we are living here. Of course, there was noise involved in removing the old roof and nailing down a new one. The yard was a mess overnight but cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. At one point I moved some material that had landed on some shrubbery in the front yard. Also, I just wish contractors did not "need" to have a radio playing all the time they work. As I approached the house in my car I could hear the radio about a half block away. I know this is standard practice, but this is the only reason I lowered the "professionalism" grade to a B. If there were a B+ I'd have chosen that. The workers were all polite and professional. We had put down 10% before the job and have received an invoice for the rest. In addition, Easy Siders sent a check for $100, honoring the Angie's List coupon for a dinner for two valued at $100. Nice! So, Easy Siders did a great job, and other than my personal problem with the radio (which most people may not even have noticed), there are no complaints. I'll be back in 50 years to let you know if the roof held up. ;-)

. I called Easy Siders Thursday, February 22nd, Mr Gehret came same day and gave us an estimate. I was working when he came so when I got home from work, I had questions about the shingles. I called Easy Siders and Mr Gehret came back out the same day and answered my questions and helped me pick a shingle that would compliment my home. We excepted the estimate and he said they roofer would be there Monday, February 27 and would finish up on Tuesday, February 28th. When I got home from work on Tuesday, the roofer were gone and the installer for the gutters and downspouts were there doing their job. I had 2 small shelve-like lips that jutted out the sides of my roof which we didn't know were shingled and was not part of the estimate. They capped them in metal instead of using shingles. They did this free of charge. Roofers cleaned up all their debris and went over my yard, front and back with a magnet to get up nails and any metal left behind. Gutter installers cleaned up all their debris and was out of there the same day. My new roof really compliments my home and we are very happy with the all the men who helped. Very professional from start to finish. They even took the time to assess our chimney and let us know that we needed to have someone come in and do some repairs to it. I called Mr. Gehret and he gave me a referral for someone who does this work. That gentleman will be out next week to give us an estimate. Price was awesome. The salesman was prompt and courteous when he gave to give an estimate. He had the best price even before the discount, so we went with Easysiders. When we booked told us it could be up to a month until they got to us, but was less than 2 weeks. Roof off one day, and new roof on the next. Workers cleaned up everything, and the saleman came back to inspect everything afterwards. Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

We don’t recall the price we paid them but we thought it was reasonable. They were very pleasant. They cleaned up after their job. It was a good experience. Two other neighbors also had their roof done after they finished with ours and they were also very happy with them. The roof is holding up very well. We will use them in the future.

They were exceptionally professional from the point of sale to the completion of the project.. They cleaned up the job site every day. They were punctual. We have absolutely no gripes or criticism. It was the best renovation experience we have ever had and we would highly reccommend them to anyone.

The guys gave us different ideas for the new deck which we went with their one idea and really happy with the end result. The sunroom is beautiful. The guys do a great job and go above and beyond the work required.

Easy Siders was prompt in giving an estimate. After deciding on using this company it was only two to three weeks before they completed my roof replacement. They not only replaced the shingles, but all of the OSB sheathing. It took two days for the crew to completed this task without difficulty. Cleanup was impressive and through. All of my questions were answered and I am extremely happy with their work and price!

Easy Siders was able to give an accurate quote with sample roofing materials for us to choose from. Once we had committed to having our roof replaced they scheduled us for the job within a week. They did a great job on the roof and kept the mess to a minimum. We would use them again without a doubt!

We have used Easy Siders for several home projects at different times. We always go back to them because they are extremely professional and courteous. Customer service is excellent, as is their workmanship. We will continue to use them for any future home projects.

Roof work went well, appears to be good job. Door job has not gone well and we are still trying to fix problems - initial installation was poor job by carpenter that had to be redone. We have continued chipping paint, issues with lock that we are waiting for them to fix. "too busy".

This is the best contractor company I have ever dealt with. They listened to what we wanted and offered several choices. They showed up and worked every day until the project was completed. They were punctual and responsive. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was exemplary. There wasn't a nail or scrap to be found anywhere when the job was completed. They would not take final payment until all work was done to our satisfaction, which it was. I would not use any company for any exterior work of any kind other than this company.
