Absolutely best experience I have had with a company who does home repairs. I have owned 7 older houses over many decades and had many experiences and this company was flawless in every regard. Rick, the salesman, was very thorough in examining the problem and carefully went over all the options- advantages and disadvantages of each carefully explained. He gave me time to think about what to do and when I decided to fix the whole problem he came back and spent lots of time going over what my decision entailed. I had inquired with other roofing companies, using the exact same products, and his estimate was $2,000-$3,400 less. The roof is very steep and the other companies put a 20% extra charge on. I mentioned this to Rick and he said his men were brave! Rick also showed me samples of all the products which would be used, along with booklets about them. This was very helpful and explained many principles of house ventilation which I did not know. The work was scheduled within a short time and the crew arrived and set to work with no ado. Each man seemed to have a prearranged job and the set up went very quickly. The back was done in less than a day and the front was done the next day. Tarps were placed around all the gardens to catch stray nails and at the end they went over the whole yard with a huge magnet to find them. I metal detected the yard after they left and only found 12 nails which had wedged under stones! I had been concerned about nails but they took care of it very well. The man just kept working with very little direction from the supervisor Mike. He was careful to explain exactly what they were doing as they went along. I could tell that they had been working together well for a long time because of their not having to be told much what to do next. Each day the cleanup was done with only the materials needed for the next day neatly stacked. On the third day I went out for awhile and when I returned the new gutters and downspouts were installed and not a scrap of debris to be found. I highly recommend this company. The price was extremely competitive, the persons in charge were competent and knowledgeable, the workers were diligent and well trained and very conscious of safety issues and the secretary was pleasant and efficient.

We hired Easy Siders to remove an old enclosed porch from the back of the house and replace it with a 4 season sunroom. We had a very positive experience working with Gregg and his crews. Although work started a little later than we had hoped (this is what happens when you hire a popular contractor), once they got to work they hit the ground running. We had a crew working on the porch and another crew replacing a large window and putting up siding. Once the sunroom was up and they were working on blending the new roof into the old one, we realized that the old roof was completely shot and had to be replaced. Gregg gave us a really good price and the job was done by another crew within a few days. We had a very positive experience with Gregg and all of his workers and would recommend their work to anyone.

We contacted Easy Siders by telephone to schedule a day and time for an estimate. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and said she would forward my info to Rick and he would be contacting me shortly. Within an hour or so Rick had called back. We scheduled a day and time for him to come out and take a look at our roof and discuss what can be done. Rick showed up right on time and went on the roof with my husband and they were up there for a long time. When they finally came down we sat and discussed what Rick found and what our best option was. The old roll roof on the rear of our house was in need of replacement. Rick suggested a rubber roof and also said that because of the leaking, some of the wood may need to be replaced as well. He brought a sample of the underlayment that they use, which I thought was interesting. He explained to us exactly what his crew would be doing step by step, should we decide to go with them, along with a time frame. The estimate was a bit lower than an estimate we had gotten from another contractor. We were very impressed so far, and all the positive reviews on Angie's List that we decided to go with Easy Siders. After signing a contract and paying a deposit, Rick told he would contact us when they could start the job. He said it may be a couple of weeks, but he called a few days later, and a week after we got the estimate, the guys were here. They were all very professional and hard working. I spoke with one of the guys and asked how the wood looked once they had the old roll roof torn off, and he said the wood looked ok. We were very concerned, but he assured me it will be ok and doesn't need to be replaced. The workers were done within 6 hours of arriving. Rick had called to let me know he stopped by to check on how things were going and repeated what the other guy (sorry didn't get a name) said about the wood not needing replacement. When the work was done, the guys left with no debris behind. It took a little longer to get our spouting replaced, because Rick had a different crew for that. Those guys were as professional and hard working as the roofers. They even suggested putting the downspout in a better place. It has rained a few times since this work was done and no leaks at all! What a great experience!

The work was excellent and the improvement was much appreciated. I would never hesitate using Easy Siders for any further work that might be required in the future.

Gregg did an excellent job from start to finish. He knows his product and offered good options for what we were looking for. His install team was professional and did a very clean and accurate job. We would recommend this company to others.

Depending on the options we chose the quote was anywhere between $35,000 to $50,000. The person who provided the quote was responsive; it was just expensive. I did not use them because it was just not worth spending that much; I could not get the value out of it.

Do decide if you want hand hammered roof or air gun roof. Do decide if you would accepts staples vs. nails. Do decide if you want to replace skylights or not. Do decide what type of shingle you want. Once these are decided you can more easily compare apples and apples estimates.

Gregg rescued me from making a mistake with another company. He is knowledgable and helpful. Jack the roofer, Jere and Todd the siding installers were awesome to work with. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I will use them for any home improvements in the future

The owner of the company, Easy Siders Home Improvement Co Inc, was very personable and the way he explained things helped me to have a better understanding of the siding that I was getting and the work that he was going to be doing. He really explained how he was going to do it, one of the things that was real positive for me is, there was no money upfront. He wanted to make sure that the job was completely done and completely satisfied with the job that Easy Siders Home Improvement Co Inc did.

. Back in February they put a new roof on my house and I had them come back to put a roof on my garage and a rubber roof on a room that sits off the garage. Did another awesome job. I did not get to see the installers, they were gone before I returned from work. It took them a day and 1/2 to complete the work and everything was cleaned up when i got home on day 2. I need to install a new bathroom and i plan on getting an estimate from this company. Overall, another 10 for a job well done Nancy Ford

Service was excellent! I was very pleased with the whole experience from the initial visit all the way through to the installation and clean up. Rick visited and measured for new windows and provided a straightforward estimate in less than 30 minutes. It is really nice to work with a company that doesn't come out and spend two hours trying to upsell the customer during the first visit. When we decided to go with Easy Siders for our project, we called and Rick came back out to double check all measurements. It took about four weeks for our windows to arrive. However, installation took about a day and a half. The team installing the windows were professional and did an excellent job. After the windows were installed, I we noticed a scratch on one of the window sashes and a run in one of the new screens. I called Easy Siders and they ordered a new window sash and screen immediately. Within two weeks, they returned to install the new screen and window sash. We have been extremely happy with our new windows and the services provided by Easy Siders! I have already recommended Easy Siders to friends looking to replace windows.

The gentleman who helped me was very efficient, had great communication and very professional.

Assistance and guidance was provided in choosing a new front door with side lights, a new bay window and replacement windows. There was good communication throughout the entire proces. When the installation began, I could tell that this crew took pride in their work and paid attention to details. I was always confident that everything was being done properly. Their workmanship is top quality.

Gregg was punctual for our appointment. He measured our roof and then provided an estimate on the job. He spent time explaining what was included in the estimate and options. He shared some opportunities we had with our roof rake and indicated he would repair this along with replacing the roof at no charge. Gregg was prompt returning my calls and offered what I needed to take into account when getting estimates from other roofing companies. I found Gregg to be trustworthy and knowledgable. In the end we decided to go with another roofer because the estimate provided was $1000 more than two other estimates we received from other roofers. I would recommend Easy Siders to others.

They then showed up promptly, cleaned the gutters and installed the screens without any issues of any kind.

They did an excellent job. The windows are fine. They really cleaned up after themselves and were very nice.

A sales representative came out to look at our gutters, take measurements and explained how the two systems they use work. We preferred the solid more expensive cover vs a screen mesh cover. Approximately a week later a crew of three showed up and installed the system in not time at all. They cleaned out the gutter and cleaned up the debris before they left. The sales rep was professional and did an excellent job explaining the difference between the two systems they install. The crew were very professional and explained everything they were going to do before they started.

They seemed to know what they were doing. I have a couple of different projects going on and that one is a sort of a back burner right now. They seemed competent. I don't like to do it this time, but I am impressed.

Since we used Easy Siders for replacement windows many years ago in our previous house, and were pleased, we decided to call them when we were ready to replace eleven windows in our current home. Gregg was quick to respond to our initial contact and was very knowledgable and offered good suggestions to fit our needs. Once we decided on our purchase, an install date was scheduled and we were surprised and excited when they were actually able to put the windows in earlier than planned. The guys who installed our windows were very personable and did a great job. We were impressed with how well they cleaned up and how they took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about our new windows. The windows looked better than we could have imagined . . . they are beautiful! Our whole experience, from beginning to end, from their office staff to their installers, was such a positive one that when we decided to replace a storm door, it was an easy decision . . . we went with Easy Siders and had the same great experience.

It worked out very well. Having done it 6 years ago, we've absolutely had no problem. They recommended thermopane which has allowed us to have it as a tree season room. It looks nice and compliments the house. We've already had an appraiser who said that it adds value. They came when they said they would come and they were very prompt. They finished the job pretty quickly and efficiently. They needed to wait for a door, but they came back and did that. They were very professional, responsible and responsive. The price was reasonable because it was something that we were willing to pay. We had actually called somebody else who came out, but we felt that it was a high pressure sale, but it was somebody that I knew suggested Easy Siders and we went with them. They came out and did the measurement and we never felt that they were putting a lot of pressure on us or trying to sell us something that we didn't want.

They did exterior of the house and that was fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody. They went backwards to make us happy. They cleaned up after themselves. It was actually a joy to work with them. I would use them in the future for the exterior work.

I have done business with Easy Siders in the past for doors, shutter, and basement windows (my mother's home). Their work is outstanding. The two strongest points with doing business with Greg and Rick, is their honesty, trustworthyness, and communication in terms of recommendation, advice, job progression, and problem/issue resolution. They are a first class business who I highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable, affordable, professional home improvement.

We were very happy with the quality and professionalism of the Easy-Siders team. The entire job was done in about a day and half, and all debris was cleaned and removed. The new roof looks fantastic! Rick contacted us after the job was complete, to make sure we were satisfied, and I mentioned that I had forgotten to ask the roofers to put the weather vane back up facing the right direction (previous roofers put it up backwards after doing some repairs). When I returned home from work later that day, the weather vane was facing the right direction again. Obviously someone had taken the time to return to our home just to fix the weather vane for us. We were happy with their service from start to finish.

They were below market price, not the cheapest, but below market price for the work. Even though they were busy, they made a great attempt to start the job when I needed it done. We had visitors coming and needed the deck completed before our they arrived. They were able to squeeze us in and completed the work before our guests arrived. They were very professional and easy to work with. The owner and the crew were pleasant and professional. They didn't ask for any money until they were finished with the job. One of the things that impressed me was their clean up. They cut a lot of metal for the railings and boards for the deck, and made sure they did all of the cutting in one area of the yard. They cleaned up that area well and even cleaned up any debris they had in the street.

Rick, from Easy Siders, provided a competitive estimate to replace the roof on our home and detached garage. I consider myself to be on the 'high maintenance' side when it comes to home repairs and I have to say I am super pleased with the end result! I was shocked that they completed the job in a day and a half, minimizing inconvenience to us and our neighbors. We have dogs, so I stressed the importance of 'clean-up' of nails and such and I'm happy to say they followed through. The guys were very polite and respectful. They do leave their tools onsite overnight (and a little debris), but everything is cleaned up and virtually spotless when they are done. Not bad to deal with with such a fast turn around time. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family... and Angie's List Members!
