Description of Work: Replaced front bow window. Initial sales call prompt and courteous. A little rough about estimate on time when window would be ready to be installed and I had to call them for follow up instead of them calling me to let me know of delay (responsiveness/punctuality). Once scheduled, workers arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up thouroughly. Quality of product is beyond my knowledge but I did not purchase the top of the line and I am quite satisfied with the appearance and function.

Description of Work: I contacted EasySiders to come out and provide an estimate for siding, gutters, soffit, fascia and a replacing a double window with a french door. Rick was very punctual, explained what we needed and did not waste any of our time trying to "upsell" or just talk our ear off to convince us why their company was the best (which was very appreciated!) He was extremely punctual and had even checked out our property before our appt so he knew what he was dealing with and be able to better prepared for our appt. He promised to have a finished quote to us by Monday b/c he was going to be out of the office the next few days and yet the next morning the quote was in my inbox! Very prompt! He seemed to know his product and the process very well. I had one salesperson (from another company) come and couldn't even tell me if they sold a seamless gutter or not. We received a few quotes and their price was inline with some of the others so I feel they are fair on that. We have not decided which company we will use yet, but Rick's professionalism and knowledge are a definite plus for them!!!

Description of Work: I purchased an exterior door and a sliding glass door. The installation was done very well. However, I did not care for the door trim used on the inside for the exterior door. I called them and they were happy to install the type of trim I was looking for, at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Easy Siders replaced the roof on our Cape Cod style home. They did a great job in every facet of the work and clean up.It looks great and we no longer have leakage. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had an addition added to our house. Went very well- Few minor glitches, but they took care of everything.

Description of Work: Enclosed a former porch and made it into a fou season room. Excellent workmanship.

Description of Work: Cost of service may have been a little lower than $4600. Replaced enclosed patio screens and screen doors with warranted double paned tinted windows and basic sliding window screen doors. Two original window openings sheathed and siding applied. Matched existing siding color. Exterior trim sheathed with correctly colored aluminum. Did all this in 4 degree weather, with the wind blowing, and a slippery snow covered deck. Boss did estimating and personally checked on progress. The ONLY thing I wish would have come up in the estimate is that the door return mechanisms are basic ones. I would have opted for ones that are more easily locked and released by using toe. Not a biggie. Good clean up after each day. Organized.

Description of Work: The owner was very professional and courteous. He was consistent with his communication regarding the job. The guys that came to work on the roof were very nice, and personable. They did a fantastic job. We have actually already had compliments on how nice of a job they did. They got the job done in three days, with some weather complications, and on the second day, they stayed until after 8:00 pm working. We are very happy with the services provided and would definitely recommend them to any of our friends, family, or neighbors.

Description of Work: Date/spend info above a guess at best. We called Easy Siders to repair siding damaged by one of the hurricanes that blew through Central PA. They were responsive, fast, and reasonably priced. When we're ready to re-side the house, we'll call them first.

Description of Work: The individual I spoke with was very nice, professional and immediately schedule a time convenient to me Gregg to come to my house and provide me with an estimate. Gregg got caught up in traffic but he called before the scheduled appointment time and arrived within his estimate. Gregg was professional and sounded very knowledgeable about the type of structure I was looking for. He left me with a written price, all inclusive, and said if I wanted to look at some of his work he would be happy to take me to some of the sunrooms he has built. I did not contact him to see his sunrooms. His price was slightly higher than another service provider, however there were some slight difference.

Description of Work: The company representative came out in a timely manner to examine the gutter work that we needed to have done. An estimate was gone over that the representative presented with the option of soffit and fascia verses painting. It was decided that we would have painting done instead of soffit and fascia. They sent out a subcontracted painter. The painter examine the job to be done and was to get back with Easy siders to go over and total estimate to present to us. We have never heard from Easy siders since. Their lack of correspondence has made the decision that we will not use them for this job.

Description of Work: Rick was here the day after I made the initial call for an estimate. He inspected and measured the two areas to be replaced. Following a discussion of shingles, ridge vent, leaf guards, chimney flashing, ice melt, etc.: he then prepared an estimate on the spot. The estimate was lower than 3 others I had contacted but not the lowest. The lowest gave me the impression that he'd be here today and nowhere to be found tomorrow. Contract was signed the next day with the work tentatively scheduled in 10 days to 2 weeks. One week later they were on site and completed the 12 sq job in one day. The men were knowledgeable, capable, qualified, neat and efficient.The next day, you'd never know they were here except when I look up and see the new roof.

Description of Work: They installed new windows and replacement doors on the back porch. They also installed a new door into the garage.

Description of Work: The work was done about 12 years ago and it is still holding up now.
