Description of Work: Mr. Shank replaced our roof at a very reasonable price using quality products. He and his workers were professional and courteous. Each day the work area was clean and free of shingles, nails and debris. During the time that our roof was being replaced, we experienced rain and showers and the work was completed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend B E Shank Contracting to our friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: I'm estimating the date(s) for this review. This contractor was listing a complete roof replacement for a very good price in Angies List, so, I invited this contractor (along with several others) to my home for a full roof replacement after a major September rain event where my 5.5 year old metal roof failed and I had at least 3 leaks. He arrived as scheduled, took about 5 minutes to walk around my home & take a quick look at my roof, then abruptly told me he was "too busy with other projects" to get involved with my roof project. Why was he listing his services in A-L if he's too busy, and why did he even come to my home to waste my time if all he wanted to do was take a 5-minute look, then abruptly decline to even give me an estimate? I was very disappointed, to say the least. But, I did hire another contractor from Angie's List who was wonderful and performed professionally and replaced my roof in early December at a fair price.

Description of Work: I had about 20 shingles blown off my roof during sandy. I called around to several roofers. Most didn't even call me back. Brian Shank called me the same day. Came out the next and had the work done 1 week later. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
