decks, masonry, stamped concrete
 + 1 moresidewalk coating peeled; ugly holes in it. Turns out his CTI business card is false as the Florida parent company has no record of him as buying product from them for two or three years prior to 2011.
Description of Work: coated porch and front sidewalk with a "bulletproof" coating made by CTI of Florida

stamped concrete
 + -1 morePorch coating went well; sidewalk peeled. No response from contractor to remedy it this summer or return a portion of the payment. Registered mail received; no answer. Legal remedies to be sought.
Description of Work: Sprayed on colored and pattern concrete porch and sidewalk coating.

 + -1 moreThe work looked good for a month before the top coating separated.
Description of Work: Porch and sidewalk abutting it allegedly coated with CTi product. Coating lifted on sidewalk (photos available). Called in June 2012; Curt Lepley said he'd fix it after stopping earlier to review problem. Repeated calls in August and September, plus a registered letter, elicited no response. Called CTi, Largo, Florida. Although his business card and receipt calls him an "authorized dealer" for that company, CTi headquarters does not list him as such, nor does their Website. This means he has bought no CTi coating product for several years, according to CTi. He cleaned the porch and sidewalk and sprayed it with a color we selected. I've asked for a third of the payment back; the sidewalk is a third of the total area. No answer.I couldn't trust him to redo the sidewalk since he may not be applying a CTi product.
