 + -1 moreThey were very good and knew what they were doing. They made sure everything was balanced and set up properly before they left. I am very happy with their work and efficiency and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I hired this company to set up a blu-ray system. They integrated into my existing system and installed a couple of speakers.

 + -1 moreMIKE AND HIS EMPLOYEE, BOB ARRIVE WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME PERIOD. AFTER ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE - MIKE CHECKED OUR DVR WITH TIVO UNIT - AND OUR UNIT (FOUR YEAR OLD DVR) WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. MIKE CALLED LATER THAT NIGHT AND OFFERED TO LOAN US A DVR UNTIL HE COULD GET A NEW ONE. WE DECLINED AND DECIDE JUST TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE ON OUR OWN. MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE, MIKE SHOWED UP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY WITH A NEW DVR AND INSTALLED IT. HE DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE INSTALLATION OR THE NEW DVR.
Description of Work: REPOINTING OF OUR SATELLITE DISH; DROPPED NEW CABLES FROM EXISTING DISH SINCE PREVIOUS CABLES WERE RUSTING
