The sofas look like new! Chris and his staff were wonderful to work with. We're very pleased with the results. It definitely was money well spent.

Chris was great. He came to look at the job, price was good and the sofa was taken out for the repair. We received the sofa back in about 2 weeks looking like new! The leather was replaced on 2 seats of the sofa.

It took about three tries to reach somebody at Total Leather, but once they called me back, everything went very smoothly. Their repair was well done, and the fact that they picked up and delivered the cushion back to us made life very easy. The price also seemed very reasonable for the quality of the work.

Excellent work. The cut in the sofa can only be seen if you know where to look for it.

They were quick and the buttons have stayed put

Just great. The sofa life has been extended and is reinforced better than the original stitching.

The chair looks much better but the leather is stiffer. The leather was extremely soft to begin with and was quite worn. I don't know what else I could have done, except reupholster.

I spoke with Joan the owner who informed me exactly what I needed to do: send photos and Nicole would schedule a visit. Joan also informed me that Chris the technician may contact me before his visit. Chris could not have been more courteous and helpful in educating me on the pluses and minuses of leather. Upon reviewing the damages, he told me he could do the repairs, but suggested that due to the leather sectional quality I had, it would be prudent to forego the repair. Placing a thin blanket over the seat and head rest would hide the damages and serve me adequately. I agreed with his suggestion. I do appreciate Chris' opinion and he certainly has my respect. I highly recommend Total Leather Care .

The worked they did was repairing some cracks. Initially, it looked beautiful. But, after a couple of months, it went back to what it was was happy initially and then later I was. Initially it looked beautiful but their work didn't last, it wasn't guaranteed not to come back. The color came out of the leather. For a different type of repair, I would use them again in future but for what I had them out here for, I wouldn't. They came out twice and they said, 'We are going to do this this time for free but this isn't guaranteed not to come back. If we have to come again, you have to pay for it.' I was happy initially but then afterwards, I wasn't. The color came out of the leather. I was like strips of the natural leather color coming through. It is a dark brown leather, they put some kind of dye but it went away. It looked beautiful but a couple of months later, it started coming through again. Part of the reason they came back was because they were on Angie's List and they wanted to get some favorable feedback. They did come back and they didn't charge me anything. He made a point that the next months wouldn't be guaranteed.

Total Leather Care repaired all areas of concern. To look at my sectional now, one would swear it was just delivered. The eyesores are completely gone and it looks brand new! It is my pleasure to write this review since I am totally happy with the expertise of Total Leather! So glad I found them on Angie's List!

I had a very large tear in a lambskin leather jacket that I had recently purchased. I took it to Total Leather Care, was given a reasonable estimate but advised that do to the large rip, I may not be completely satisfied with the outcome. Today I picked up the jacket and when the repair was shown to me, I could not detect any visual sign of the damage. In fact, I had to take a second look at the other side of the coat as I couldn't believe the fantastic work that was performed. Although it took a little longer for the work to be performed, it was well worth the wait. I totally and unequivocally recommend this company for thorough and professional leather repair.

The owner, Chris, responded on June 26th examined the furniture, and gave an estimate for cleaning and restoring the faded sofa and love seat. Because there was some "oil stains" on the top of seat backs he gave me the option of having the work performed on-site, or at his workshop. He was honest and advised me that he thought the work could be performed on-site at a lesser cost, but he could not guarantee the stains would not return. I asked him, based on his experience, what he would do. He said he would do the work on-site. In this way, the furniture would not have to be removed for a couple of weeks, and the fee would be less because there would be no transportation involved. He also stated that the oil stains were not severe, and more than likely would not bleed back through the leather. An appointment was set up for July 9th, and employee "Terry" arrived on-time, examined the furniture, and proceeded to clean and remove the oil stains. He then cleaned the rest of the chairs, and created a matching stain which he applied, followed by a finish coat. It should be noted that Terry was very particular in matching the color, so much so that he changed the mixture several times to arrive at the exact match to the original color. He was also very aware of protecting the carpet and other furniture from oversprays. He seems to be a very dedicated and conscientious employee. The result was fantastic, and the furniture looks like new. Overall, I am totally satisfied, and would highly recommend their service.

This company and their team are highly professional and i would certainly recommend them. Our leather sectional was severely damaged and had shown a great deal of sun damage and leather cracking. We love the sectional and it would be difficult and expensive to replace. Total Leather Care came out and gave us a written estimate with a number of different options; there was no sales pressure. After we decided to contract them, they came out and picked up the sectional and then returned it as promised in two weeks. The sectional looks brand new and I can't tell you how pleased we are with the decision to use Total Leather Care. Even though the price seemed high at first, the results were well worth it. Compliments to Chris, who handled the estimate, pickup and delivery. Joan and Nicole in the office were very helpful and professional.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed some paint removed from my leather couch that have been stuck on for years. I emailed a few pictures of the couch to the company, and they promptly got back to me with what I thought was a reasonable estimate. They were out at my house within a week. The technician was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He immediately confirmed that he could honor the estimate given over email. Within about two hours, he had all of the paint, which I have found impossible to remove, completely gone. Moreover, the couch looked good as new. I couldn't even tell that there had ever been paint there. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Service provider was prompt, scheduling was a breeze. Estimate was given on day of service, repair was one price and reconditioning with "propritary blend of lotions" was another price or combined at a discounted rate. Completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. Couch is holding up well and the rip is no more. I am pleased with his service although the conditioning was a little pricey.

Pros were the company is very responsive, punctual and honest about what they can and can't accomplish for your leather piece. Con was the extreme sticker shock. I was quoted $575 for my sectional, and that was just to do basic cleaning, not the 'refinishing' which the rep said it didn't need at this point. I liked that he didn't push the refinish, but felt that the quote for general cleaning was outrageous, especially when he said it would get it 'clean but not super clean.' It came back looking good except for a blatant patch of orange dirt on the side of the one of the cushions. I do have a large sofa, but the cushions are not complex or with tight tufting or detail. I thought for $300 what I got was OK, but I had to ask if they could do it for that price and right away he said sure, which also made me suspect they start with an exorbitant number and hope you take it.

First and foremost, there are not much of places where you can get that sort of work done. For leather repair, there are only few places and they did fine. They did a good job. It was a little bit more than I expected. I was pleased with their service.

They arrived for the estimate on time and picked up the sofa when they said they would and returned it in the two week time period they promised. The sofa and love seat look magnificent and just as they promised almost like new. We are very pleased with the results!

Had hole worn in back of leather couch. Was road rash from falling out of trailer. They fixed it perfect and no one will know the difference. Awesome job. Thanks!

I had a Mies Van der rohe chair that had broken leather straps. They came and gave me an estimate which was higher than I expected. I ended up selling the chair on Craigslist, as is. The initial contact was great but then they took awhile before connecting about the technician actually coming out to look at the chair. Once we finally connected, they did squeeze me in earlier than planned due to a cancellation. The tech that came to see the chair was very professional and knowledgeable and honest. I'd use them if they economics had been different.

Replaced cushion on leather sofa and dyed to match. Did a great job!

Everything turned out fine. I have no complaints.

They were up front with the cost of the estimate, and told me it may not be cost effective to repair. It was not, $2400.00 to fix. Thought that was high for repairs, but I am not in the leather repair buisness..They were very nice, and professional...
