The owner, Jerry, gave the estimate and inspected the work himself. Rich and Vic worked quickly, efficiently, were extremely courteous and pleasant. Beyond our expectations. Their attention to detail and excellence was refreshing!

My whole experience with The Patch Boys was positive: professional and pleasant from start to finish. The estimate was reasonable and the job took exactly as much time as had been predicted. I had three ceilings with water damage and each area now looks immaculate. Jerry always put me at ease with his can-do manner and responsiveness. His tech Victor did exquisite work and even shared tips on homecare that he s learned in his decade of doing such work. So happy to have this deferred maintenance taken care of. Would hire them again for sure!

Jerry sent me a text confirmation and reminder the day before the job confirming date and time and name of the tech coming over. Rich showed up on time and prepared to work. Rich worked steadily and with perfection! I could not have been happier with the job he did, including clean-up! It looked brand new! 10 STARS!!

This was the best experience I ve ever had with a contractor. They did a fantastic job, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and took all precautions to make sure the work was done properly. I would highly recommend them.

Work required a little touch up to meet my standards.

Left with uneven surfaces. Could not see them at first, but very visible in different light. Very hard to see at first. Jerry sent them back out but it did not improve. Sent pictures expecting something would be taking care of, nope.
