RENAISSANCE CERAMIC TILE & MARBLE

Stella was very helpful in picking out our backsplash ceramic tiles. It came out beautiful and a perfect match to our granite counter top. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent. They told us right up front that they do not work on commission so they were not going to pressure me into anything I don't want to do. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We were really happy with our experience with Renaissance Tile. ALL of the sales people were extremely helpful and patient--we changed our mind about 5x on the design of our kitchen backsplash!! Ordering the tile was really easy and it came in exactly when they said it would. Our main tile was a stock item so it was available next day, but our mosaic and decorative pieces were special order but they only took about 5 days. They made sure to tell us that upfront too. Also, it says they recharge a 20% restocking fee on any returned tile, but we talked to them in advance and they agreed to waive the restocking fee for any in-stock unopened boxes. We did end up returning a box and we saved $70! The only word of caution I would give is to be sure to look for your own installer. They will give you a couple recommendations, but we were not impressed with the people we spoke with and ended up finding our own installer on Angie's List--it is actually why we joined Angie's List! I would certainly go back to Renaissance in the future--much more helpful than the "big box" stores.

What a wonderful experience! The showroom was extremely neat and organized from the moment I walked in. Pricing was clearly stated on all products (I had been to a competitor and their showroom was quite a mess and you had to ask for the price of everything). The sales staff DOES NOT work on commission so they were around if you needed help or advice but no one was hovering over you to make a sale. Young Jeff assisted us and made suggestions and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They have a ton of tile in stock and can work with any budget. It was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely use them again in the future.

THE SALES STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. THEY GAVE US GREAT IDEAS AND HELPED US PICK OUT NICE TILE FOR A GREAT PRICE. THEY DO NOT DO INSTALLATION, BUT THEY HAVE A REPUTABLE LIST OF PEOPLE WHO THEY RECOMMEND.
