O'Regan Decks and Custom Structures

Initially Chuck was very eager to start the work as he informed us that he had another job that was pushed out by a week so he could start ours immediately. Upon signing the contract on Friday, July 12th, 2013, he was to go the same day to apply for the building permit on our behalf, so that he could begin to put the footers in. Work did begin that following Monday however it ceased very quickly because the construction was at the point that he needed to wait for the inspector to come out before ;he could pour the concrete. A few days passed with no building permit and bad weather to follow and we were then told that it our job was going to run into his other job which was pushed out. Eventually we were told that he did get the permit and he finally poured the concrete. After that, all progress stopped. We heard all excuses in the book of why he didn't return from his truck broke down, the supplier gave him the wrong materials, he would be out of commission because he was in a detox facility, weather, ran out of money.... The list goes on. We later discovered that he NEVER applied for the building permit or bought any supplies. Also the license number and insurance number he gave us which were written on the contract were invalid. This guy is a fraud!
