Andy and Randy were both very professional, neat and punctual. They were able to my air conditioning unit which was not working correctly- I have not had an issue since. I will absolutely call them again the next time I have an issue with heating, air conditioning or plumbing. I would highly recommend them to any friends and family!

Great service and very punctual. The plumber installed the baskets on the sink, hooked up our faucet and also the underneath piping. He was willing to talk me through it in case I needed to fix it or there were any issues. The only thing I wish they would do is quote an initial cost when I call, but unlike other plumbers in the area, there does not seem to be a and quot;doorbelland quot; charge just for showing up. Which is why I always call them.

Every job that they have done has been excellent, timely, and reasonable.

After confirming that there was no refrigerant in the outside unit, the technicians came to the basement unit and tried to find a leak using soap and water. They thought they found a leak in one of the couplings and tightened it and put a small amount of refrigerant in the system and said they would come back in 2 weeks to see if that had solved the problem. They came back in a little over 2 weeks and measured the refrigerant level. It was slightly under the amount they had filled, but they were confident that the problem was resolved and filled the refrigerant completely. I promptly received an invoice for 2.5 hours labor plus the refrigerant - a total of $400. I called Andy Fisher, the son of the owner whom I had spoken to earlier. He agreed that since the technicians had been at my home less than 2 hours, he would adjust the bill to make it significantly cheaper. We had also discussed a rate of $95/hour. He told me to "ignore" the invoice and he would send out a new invoice. A month later all the refrigerant had leaked again. This time I called another company and they sent out one technician with all the right equipment. Using a high tech electronic listening device, he found that the leak was in the coil. It took him approximately 50 minutes. The part was ordered, replaced a month later, and all is well. I received another invoice from Fisher Mechanical about 10/15 for the original $400 plus interest. I called to discuss and Steve said he would have Andy call me back. I called again 2 days later and Steve said Andy has been very busy on calls. I called again 1 day later and was told rudely by Steve that the amount was correct. After discussion, he agreed to drop the interest and reduce the bill by $37.50. This in spite of the fact that (a) they had agreed to a much lower amount (b) had sent out technicians who were unprepared to find the leak and (c) had not solved my problem to begin with. I have paid them $362.50 for really no value.
