Description of Work: Excellent! They arrived on time...gave me a thorough education on my particular rodent issue. I made a decision to not get treatment as nothing was damaging my plants. He also talked with me about another issue and helped me decide on that. Very pleasant and professional...and personable! I will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Description of Work: They came out and sprayed around the perimeter of the home. It was a chemical pesticide.I had them come out only after I had already tried all the natural routes. I had to have them come back out again twice/ They did so with no questions asked, they assured me it was not a problem. I would suggest them to others based on their professionalism, the chemicals are probably like any other companies....maybe?

 + -1 moreThey didn't go away the first or second time, but they kept coming back until the ants did go away. They told me it would be difficult, they told me the first application might not do it and I might need a second or third application. They told me they had a certain amount of days in which they would come back to spray again and they did without complaint or argument. They were courteous and they came back on time.

 + -1 moreThey rectified both pest problems quickly and efficiently. The termite treatment came with a yearly inspection for five consecutive years. They are courteous, conscientious and take the time to explain what is needed, why it is needed and how they will do the job. It is a family owned business NOT a franchise. I will not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Father and Son Exterminators came to my house on two different occasions. Once for a carpenter ant problem in 2005 and for termites in 2007.

Description of Work: They come every two months for general sprays. I had outdoor voles and they were able to help me with this problem. I am very pleased with them. We have a contract with them.
