Our repairman, Eric, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Even though he had to order a part, we felt that the job was completed in a very short time. We will definitely call him the next time we have an appliance problem.

Neil Johnson is the name of the contractor who came to my home. He was the nicest gentleman. Wasn't afraid of my dogs. Was very social. We chatted while he took a look at my stove, diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour. Also took a look at my refrigerator which was leaking and fixed that without hesitation.

Neil changed his schedule to suit us, then diagnosed the situation quickly and efficiently

very efficient, but problem resolved prior to technician's arrival. given several recommendations to test appliance further. if problem reoccurred within 30days service call fee would be credited toward further repairs.

My clothes washer was diagnosed with faulty electronics, and unfortunately the parts are no longer available due to age of the appliance. Neil, the technician, was extremely professional and I enjoyed our conversation regarding a shared interest in Tottenham Hotspur football club. EZ Appliance Repair responded in an extremely timely manner, came when they said they would, and I felt thoroughly evaluated the problem, and yes, I would recommend them highly.

My clothes dryer was not turning on. I notified EZ Appliance Repair through HomeAdvisor service and was contacted within minutes. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Said I would get a call in the a.m. between 7:30 and 8:30 to say when they would arrive and again when he was on his way to my home. Everything happened as I was told. I was prepared to have a new "starter part" installed, but Eric said I did not need a new part, a wire was loose, which he reconnected. I paid a reasonable fee and that was that - took only a few minutes. Very satisfied with Eric, his professionalism, and would highly recommend this company.

The gentleman was courteous and very professional. In less than a minute he knew exactly what was wrong, and advised that a new fan was needed for my fridge. He looked up the cost of the part and wrote up a quote for me. I agreed to the amount and put a deposit down. He returned to install the new fan the following week. Prompt and quick, no issues whatsoever. The job was finished in 20 minutes. He (Neill) was extremely knowledgeable and I am happy with the quality of the service/work that was done. He even took the time to show me where and how to replace the water filer and how much I should expect to pay for a new one when I order it! I would absolutely hire EZ Appliance Repair in the future.
