+ 0 moreThey appeared on schedule and worked as a team. We are pleased with the appearance of the roof and its affect on curb appeal. The contractor later installed new gutters, to be reported separately.
Description of Work: In one day, the crew removed the old asphalt shingles from our one-story house (approx. 1800 square foot plus 2 1/2-car garage), placed them in a dumpster, replaced several rotted plywood panels, created new venting, and installed new asphalt shingles. Later they hauled away the dumpster.

+ -1 moreMy past experience with roofers who work with slate has been nothing short of a nightmare (overpriced, under-delivering, poor quality work, etc). So, I was prepared for another rough experience - boy was I wrong!!! Mark immediately understood the problem, asking questions and offering information that made me immediately comfortable that he was experienced with slate. His professionalism, responsiveness, and general personality couldn't have been any better. The work was performed quickly, neatly and even addressed two concerns I didn't know I had - all on budget. They were friendly, fast, and professional. I would STRONGLY recommend these folks to ANYONE who needs a roofer for any reason!
Description of Work: On the advice of a friend, I called Mark Donnelly to ask for an estimate for repairs to to a few broken slates on my roof. Migrating and broken slates are a regular occurrence and repairs or replacement of 4-10 slates is about an annual occurrence.
