 + -1 moreIt is not possible to grade my experience with this company since they no longer provide the service I was looking for. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant however, and said that she would get in touch with Angie's List to remove 'exterior painting' from the list of services the company provides. I would possibly hire this company in the future for another service but at this time I was looking for a painter.
Description of Work: McFarland Brothers Construction no longer works with the subcontractor who did exterior painting for them.

 + 0 moreTHEIRS WAS THE LOWEST (BY FAR) OF THREE ESTIMATES OBTAINED. THREE MEN APPEARED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AS PROMISED AND, WITHIN A FEW HOURS, COMPLETED THE WORK TO OUR SATISFACTION. CLEAN, EFFICIENT AND EXTREMELY POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING. WE PAID THEM IN FULL ON THE SPOT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TEAM WITHOUT QUALIFICATION. DURING A SUBSEQUENT RAINSTORM, THE NEW GUTTERS PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS.
Description of Work: WE HAD INTENDED TO REPAIR TWO LONG (EACH ABOUT 35 FEET) GUTTERS AND WERE PERSUADED TO INSTEAD REPLACE THEM. NOT ONLY DID THEY REPLACE THE GUTTERS, BUT ALTERED A DOWNSPOUT FOR US TO IMPROVE DRAINAGE AND REPLACED AND PAINTED A ROTTED FASCIA BOARD BEFORE INSTALLING ONE OF THE GUTTERS (BRUSH AND PAINT PROVIDED BY US).
