Keith was very easy to work with, and did a great job on our exterior painting project. He is also a very nice guy! He was very informative about every aspect of the job. He explained what he was going to work on each day, and kept us informed about when he or members of his crew would be there. This project took about 2-1/2 weeks, and there were some days that there was bad weather and they could not work. He let me know ahead of time when this would happen as much as possible, however Keith and his crew worked where they could even when it rained. Keith was very good at planning around the weather. On days where it rained, he planned to work under the cover of the porches. I could tell that he was very experienced at dealing with the weather, and still being able to complete his work, while maintaining quality and managing his scheduled deadline. He was very concerned with doing the prep work right to ensure a lasting and beautiful result. Our home is an old home, over 200 years old, and over three stories. The painting job included the trim around 26 full sized windows, 4 small windows, and 3 doorways. It also included a first floor porch and second floor porch, both running the length of the front of the house. He painted the ceilings, floors, steps, and railings. The railing in the front of the house continues out around a paved area, and he painted the railing around a small deck at the back of the house. He also painted two iron gates and a bit of fencing attached to the gates. At the start of the prep work, Keith powerwashed all the areas that needed to be painted, and a small deck that we planned to stain ourselves. He was very flexible with doing what we wanted and not pushing any unwanted work on us. The power washing of the deck removed a lot of dirt and perhaps mold. It looked a hundred times better with just the cleaning. It's an old deck and it held up great; ready to stain! He repaired areas that needed to be done, mostly on the railings and at the base of posts, but also an area on one of the ceilings that was rotting. He replaced several steps. While the repairs were being done and drying was taking place, some of the painting was started. I was impressed with Keith's ability to keep track of all the complicated parts of this job, and utilize his crew and manage his own time, in order to complete this job within the timeframe he had estimated. Keith was very up front and honest about the costs that were involved, and showed us where and how the materials were used for all the repair work. Where a little bit of additional material was needed, he made sure to let us know, and explain what was needed and why, while getting our approval. When the work was done, he carefully labeled the leftover paint, and left it for us. He kept his costs equal to his quote, and there was very little added, which was not part of the original quote. These were things that could not be known at the time of quoting, such as the extent of damaged wood or soft areas of the wood; perfectly understandable. He explained this to us at the time of his original estimate. Plus we added some things that we wanted him to do that were not part of the original estimate, such as power washing the deck, and painting the deck railing. We thought his estimate and additional quote were very reasonable. Keith and his crew were very respectful of our home. They cleaned up their work area each night, and put away their equipment. They did all their work from outside, using ladders to gain access to the second floor porch, which has no exterior stairs. I had people who turned down the job, simply because of the height of the building. These guys didn't let that slow them down! The quality of Keith's work is exemplary! We were very pleased with his work. With the detail and care he took with his prep work, we expect to enjoy our porches for a long time! Keith's price was very reasonable. One quote we had gotten was double the price, which there was no way we could afford. We were very thankful that Keith could do such wonderful work and keep it to an affordable price. We highly recommend Keith for any painting or power washing you need done. We are very happy that we hired Keith for our project!

We are extremely happy with the entire process! Keith was very professional from the initial quote to the job completion. He was punctual, gave a timeframe on when the job would be initiated; daily time of arrival and followed through as promised. His worker was neat; covered all surrounding surfaces and was phenomenal on clean-up. Keith offered his professional advice on how the job should be done and we are thrilled with the final outcome. I will definitely use Keith's services again.
