I hired Dave to repair my spa. He gave me a fair quote, then did the work. I had an additional problem an hour later and Dave returned to fix that issue as well with no additional cost. Everything was very professional and I would recommend Honey Electric to anyone! Very Satisfied.

He was honest and though

Honey Electric is outstanding in their service and is extremely professional and friendly. This company is the absolute best. He called me within a few minutes of my request being submitted to HomeAdvisor. He asked me what was going on with my Jacuzzi tub. I told him it is just not working at all. He told me and my husband what to do and now it is working. He could have come here and charged us so much money but he was so kind to us. He is so professional and he was thinking of us and not himself. He really put the customer first. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if needed. We love Home Advisor and Mr. Honey. I am almost in tears for his generosity towards us. Some contractors would have ripped people off but not him. He helped us and solved our plumbing problem.

The job is not done yet. I can not make a judgment at least till there done. I can say they are expensive. But I have nothing to compare it to it may be the going price.

Friendly, had all materials on truck, and worked quickly and diligently. Highly recommend.

The professionalism of this service was top-notch. Even though he got stop on the turnpike because of a shut down, he still came an efficiently repaired my leaky hot top, providing warranties to all of the new parts that he installed.

Bad Experience!! Submitted request and was contacted by Dave on 5/29. Set up $125 service call to access the problem with the hot tub and see what we needed to do. Dave came on 6/1 and fairly quickly found the issue. Discussed what all we wanted to do, going to run approx $1000-$1200 for all work. Dave seemed very nice, was extremely knowledgeable. Said it would be about a week until he could work up a complete estimate and then another week or so to schedule work due to our location. We are within the service area he claims to cover but at the outer edge, Never heard back. Contacted Dave and spoke with him direclty on 6/14 about estimate and time frame. He apologized and said he was very busy but would get everything worked up the following week and be in touch. Now July 1st, NO CONTACT, no follow up, no phone call, nothing!! Not exactly what I expect from a 4.5 star rated provider. First off, the $125 for the inital visit and assessment was fine....if we were going ahead with the work OR, if WE decided not to get work done. Fair charge for his time and expertise. However, when we wanted to get work done, over $1000, based on HIS assessment, and then he fails to ever follow up, even after another direct phone conversation and another unfulfilled commitment, the $125 was a complete rip off. If he cannot service the area he advertises and lists with Home Advisor then he needs to reduce the coverage area and not charge potential customers $125 for a quick visit and assessment with no intent, or capability, to fulfill the work required as part of the assessment. Very disappointed in Dave, his company, and Home Advisor for sucha high recommendation on a very poor customer service oriented company.

The owner, Dave Honey, did an excellent job, was on time, and up front as to the problem and cost. He is an individual you can trust.

First item was motor would not shut off. Honey said to replace hot tube pump, after numerous called and texts finally returned and installed pump but never fixed original complaint. Pump still can not shut off.
