They were not honest about the charges. Way overpriced for the work they did. I would not recommend them . Was here for 1 hour and 15 minutes and charged me the service charge and 2 hours of work. Not only will I never use this company, I will not use Home Advisor either. Do not use this company especially if you are a single woman.

Cost appeared to be excessive in relationship to the overall value of the hot tub.

The owner him self came out David Honey sr. He had his workers remove the old hot tub and installed a new hot tub that they manufactured. This project was completed in two days. Thank you .

Took out parts to test said close to 2000 to fix asked for parts back and still have not seen them very upset found out that OE parts cost less than the quote they had one part marked up 150% over list NOT HAPPY

Spa was not working when I placed my request. They quoted me a price over the phone; When they arrived they pushed the start button and the spa worked not needing repair even though the spa was not working before; they charged me a service call and full hour labor charge to push the button; based on the circumstances I feel that pro rating the hourly rated labor charge for the 15 minutes they were here would have been more fair;
