I felt like I had to stay on top of the project for them to get to it. I never knew what was going on or when to expect them to start. I called every two weeks for an update. Once they started they were professional, worked quickly and did a beautiful job.

They quickly gave me an estimate, and the best one. They were here as soon as the permits were obtained and finished the job on schedule.

There seems to be a disconnect between the sales office and the actual workers. Many things promised by Rodney (sales) did not happen by Ed (workers). No plastic was put up to cut down on dust in the rest of the house, even though I was told it would be several times. I saw an Amish worker smoking in my house. I finally told him directly not to smoke in my house. Provision was not made for workers personal needs and so they used my bathrooms-leaving the seats up and running my well dry from all the flushing. Some of the work was done extremely well (counter tops, flooring) but the rest hard to believe EZ are professionals.

I needed a foundation poured for an addition in West Chester. EZ delivered big time in spite of bad weather and difficult delivery conditions (my yard was a mud pit). Rodney powered through the difficulties and even followed up in person to clean up a small overflow. Excellent customer service and communication � they answer the phone every time! Thank you EZ. Will definitely hire you again.

We were quite impressed with everyone from EZ, as well as their work ethic, skills, and attention to detail. Though it took a little longer than expected to wrap it up, ultimately we were VERY pleased with our choice of contractor, and would gladly engage their services again.
