TULEYA REFRIGERATION INC

When we had a serious issue, they were their immediately. They are real professionals. Our Aaron's Sales and Lease store in Honesdale used them to service the HVAC system we inherited. They are our first call if our HVAC has an issue. As far as price, I don't have it in front of me, but if it was bad, I wouldn't be writing a review. Will use again.

We had been without our AC since Friday. I went onto Angie's list and 1st called Tuleya Refrigeration and spoke to John's wife. She was very pleasant but informed me that John was out of town and would not be back until the following week. She took my name and number but suggested I keep looking for someone else to come out since it was very hot. I called two other companies in town both with promises someone would call back and make appointments. No return calls, called both companies again on Saturday left voice messages. Mind you that one of these company's advertises 24 hour emergency services. Called again on Monday and the 2nd one booked an appointment for Wed. Wed. Comes and we call to find out what time to expect them. Not coming! What?! Not hot enough now to come out, maybe next week if the temperatures go up! Are you kidding me?! Get off the phone with them and the phone rings. It's John and he wants to know if we were able to get someone out. Told him what just happened and he came right over, found out it was nothing but a breaker problem. Would not charge us for the visit or his time. I called Tuleya Refrigeration 1st because of review on Angie's list and was so pleased by his professionalism .

We are extremely happy with Tuleya Refrigeration. John was easy to work with, his team competent, and he was always on the estimates he provided for us. We will continue to call on Tuleya whenever we have a problem with our heating or AC. Good service, competitive prices, and timely attention.
