+ -1 moreThis inspector did a really poor job inspecting the house. The main problem is that he charged us for septic inspection. One year later we found out from the sewage pumping guy that we don't have a septic-- that we have a holding tank. The difference is huge. We pay now $300 every two months to get it pumped while for septic this would have need to be done every 3-4 years. Another problem is how this got inspected the roof. Bank asked us to hire another inspector to reinspect the roof because the report of this guy was inconclusive. Except these two major flaws, the guy made a countless number of smaller mistakes. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
