Manny is very particular and attentive to the little details. High quality work.

Manny took months of supposedly entering my vacant property to fix all the things I asked him to do. He was very good at communicating back with me until I changed the code to the lockbox and then all of a sudden, months later, he requested payment for the work he had done. He did no work. He entered the property often, but NOTHING was done. I don't recommend anyone get ripped off by handy manny. He recommended ?pros? that he found on the streets, my neighbors who were handy, and then charged me an additional fee. I didn't pay him a penny for the work he did which was NOTHING. Luckily he stopped texting me asking me for money

though it took a while the work that we asked him to do was done to our satisfaction.

He took my broken window 2 weeks ago and I have called him numerous times about it and he hasn’t even gotten a price for me from Home Depot to pay for a new window I could have gotten the window myself quicker

Manny was professional, came on time, was curteous, and made the repairs exactly as he promised. He asked and answered questions, his price was terrific, and I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him

Not only did he call back very quick he also told me different things to do to help cool the refrigerator down . He did that over the phone He also called back Later that day to ask how it was going . I don’t know of any other repair person that would do that He was extremely pleasant to talk to that would also be a plus in my book I could not say enough about how he treated me on the phone but he wouldn’t be the only person I would call if I have trouble with the refrigerator again and I would find out what else he does himself and I would call him for any other work I would need done I was so impressed with him thank you very much
