Duffy is not an honest guy. He tried to overcharge us to replace an entire heating and cooling system that was an easy fix. he recommended a $12k fix when all that was needed was to allow the unit to dry since there was a drip into it- when he first inspected and saw the drip, he didn't even put down a towel to stop it, and wanted it to get worse so he could replace the entire system. He's arrogant, unfriendly, unprofessional, and overall not a good businessman. I liked his crew, but Duffy himself is a joke. Do not hire this guy. Oh, and he also overcharged my mom for a water heater by $1500.

[Member Name Removed] This review is quite a surprise since last we spoke you communicated you had resolved your issue and were no longer in need of our services. The $12k you reference was an estimate offered to your mother upon her request for replacement of the system IF it had been deemed necessary. We were pleasantly surprised to hear it did not need to be replaced upon further investigation and your mother was spared the extra expense just prior to selling her house. As far the indirect water heated replacement we completed in order to restore hot water in the home for your mother,it was done at a fair and reasonable price as the cost of the unit alone was between $1,500-$1,600 not to mention other materials necessary. There was no expression of dissatisfaction before, during or after completion of this job, in hopes you and your mother are well.

The AC units installed are working great and the price was very fair.
Description of Work: Brian Duffy is an excellent contractor and, I would highly recommend him. His crew was efficient and professional. The job was done in less time than estimated!
