+ -1 moreHe told me he had 20 years of experience, which made me feel very comfortable from the start. The pool place I usually use was too busy, so I went to him, which is only a half mile from my house. I purchased the system and when it was delivered, it did not function correctly. It turns out the system he delivered for me was an above ground system. He told he could fix it, but didn?t. He just exchanged pumps and then put the same above ground system onto my in ground pool! I called the manufacturer and they told me it was for an above ground system. I ended up caling the attorney general for consumer protection. They advised me to get a refund in a check form. In three days time I received my refund and he received his system back.
Description of Work: I needed a new in ground filter system and I went there to purchase it.
