Park Plumbing goes above and beyond expectations. In the dead of winter, my boiler heater stopped working. I was recommended to Mr. Brenan and he, himself, came out on a weekend to fix the heater. He was a gentleman, a professional and an expert at fixing heaters. He also taught me a lot about how to maintain the heater and I was deeply grateful for all that he did. I've had him and his employees back to service my boiler and have full trust in their knowledge and skills. His fees are reasonable and he will not leave a job until the problem is fixed and the customer is completely satisfied. I'll be calling him this week to do another job for me. I highly recommend Park Plumbing. Mr. Rick is honest, fair and highly skilled. Thanks so much. Bob F

Called Saturday morning after our kitchen sink strainer broke clean from the tail pipe. Owner sent two plumbers first thing Monday morning. They were super courteous, efficient and clean. Price was very fair. Will definitely hire again.

They came out and did what they were suppose to do and I haven't had any further problems.

They were in the neighborhood and had extra sealant. Great quality sealant and they were fast and professional.

I was first contacted on the phone to discuss details and scheduling. I was informed a toilet seat was not included/was extra ($17 for a basic seat), as was potential toilet disposal (not needed as it is picked up as trash from the sidewalk.) The technician and his helper were efficient, quick, explained what they were doing, put the old toilet on the sidewalk in two pieces, and also installed a bidet attachment I bought on Amazon.

The owner of the company is a good guy. A couple of years ago he was here when my gas line had to be lined. Did a good, clean job. He was here again today to clear a clogged drain. Again, clean quick job. Price was very reasonable for both services. I recommend them and will use them again.

They were quick with response time, and showed up on time, but after they tried (unsuccessfully) to snake it for 2 and 1/2 hours the two guys left my house at 5:30 pm. When they got there, I had water in that drain... By the time they left, I had sewage on my walls, on my floor, the drain had standing water, and sewage in my garage from that drain and they didn't clean any of it up. They told me they were going to call the water company and have them assign a new plumber to me. -- they left my house after 5:30 and told me not to use any drains or it would back up more. Also several times I heard them say gross. I know it's gross, but I didn't pick that profession to be in...if you choose to be a plumber, you have to kind of expect "sh*t".

Fine, no problems, I have used Park Plumber in the past and will use them again when necessary.

Nate arrived within 2 hours of our call. He did a perfect job replacing our faucet. Would definitely use them again!! Professional and skillful

Rick the owner was exceptional, funny and understanding. The day I spoke with him he was already at location assessing situation. We met that day; I gave him 1/2 down and his crew started ON TIME the next day. The job was finished in 2 days. Now, the sidewalk in front of house are the individual bricks. (Like the sidewalks in the Mexican war streets or in front of the brownstones in Harlem and Greenwich Village. ) Rick knew this when he assessed the job. HOWEVER, they did not anticipate a solid layer of concrete under the bricks. The job would have been done in 1day. The digging and removal of the concrete caused the delay. I was not charged extra. Rick's crew was there until the job was completed. They put the puzzle of those bricks together until it was done. TWO DAYS ON A ONE DAY JOB. . .WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA! There are contractors out here that would have stopped the work until I gave them extra. I was at Rick's mercy and he did not take advantage. This is a decent man, with a decent crew. Even the crew was nice AND they were having fun while working. (Most crews are grumpy, rude and unprofessional.) They cleaned up everything. They called gas company for restoration of gas service. I did not have to do anything but give him remainder of payment and say "thank you soooo much). WARNING: Rick and his crew are punctual. You better be there. If he needs you there for any reason at a certain time you better be there. HOW GREAT IS THAT! Will I use Park Plumbing again? Absolutely! I love you Rick!

and have sufficient knowledge of Nate and his crew arrived on time and on the date promised me and worked with my wife, however I was able to drop in by noon to check up on the work. Nate answered all of my questions and showed me how everything that was added worked. I was impressed with their professionalism, neat work, and knowledge. I will definitely use Park Plumbing in the future for any other related activities that I may need. This was not a small job and I am thoroughly satisfied with the work done and the benefits received from Park doing it right. Definitely know what you want done and have sufficient knowledge of alternative ways of fixing the problem. Park Plumbing was flexible and worked with me on determining the best solution to my problematic water heater and low water pressure. I also contacted other potential plumbers for input to fix my solution. They were all helpful and provided recommendations, but I chose Park, because they continued to follow-up with me after my initial call and their initial service visit.

They were pretty good. When I called them, they returned the call and came out the next day. They were very professional. While they were there, I had them look at something else and they gave me a recommendation.

They were great. We had the most terrible winter since 1977 and some pipes broke. They were very prompt, courteous and clean. I thought their prices were reasonable.

I called Park Plumbing around dinner time with a leaky gas line in my front yard. The gas to my home was turned off while temperatures went below zero overnight. They came the very next morning and replaced the line. The service was wonderful and the workers were efficient and polite. Great experience!

They did a good professional job. Done in a timely manner. Responded to my phone inquiry in a timely manner also.

Fine, this was the second time I had used them within a few months. The first time was to remove and replace a new kitchen faucet. I was satisfied both times with their work and have another job I will be calling them to do. Also my servicemen were Nate and Jim, who went beyond good service. When they called to tell me they were on their way to my house, I told them to come in through the garage because my steps had not been shoveled. They did as I suggested, and when they left after the job was completed, they shoveled my steps for me. I hope that they read this review because I cannot express how much I appreciated this, as this was during that horrible period where it was snowing every day, and I just couldn't face another day of snow removal.

They were great! The people were nice and customer service was good. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. During the cold spells if something happens, you call four or five different plumbers and see who can get there the quickest or within a day. They were the ones that I called and they called me an hour later and said, "We'll be there in four hours." I think their pricing was fair too.

This was already the second time we used Park Plumbing this winter!. I found them on Angie's List when I was frantically searching for an emergency service plumber when our pipes burst into our garage during the first Polar Vortex. Out of 6 plumbers I called that evening, only Park returned my phone call. They had sent 2 guys out that night who were very kind, and even had other guys drop off supplies that were needed to complete the job. Then a few weeks later, we had another pipe burst, this time on our exterior. So, I called Park Plumbing again. I had this appointment scheduled and each time I have called, I have always felt like they are a genuinely nice company. They fixed the pipe and handled the job with ease and professionalism. I will continue to use them in the future!

After calling several providers Park was the only one who could come out today. Responded quickly after calling. W/in about 10 min. Gave me a ETA of around 4pm or later but arrived earlier aroun 3pm. Very professional, completed the job quickly, didn't try to sell us extra work...our plumbing so old I'm surprised a pipe didn't freeze and burst sooner. Total job took about 20 min give or take. Very satisfied w/ whole transaction & will definitely call them again when needed.

Rick was quick to respond when we discovered a gas leak from our gas meter to the street. He answered his phone calls on the weekend and was quick to get back to us with his availability. He was professional and prompt. He answered our questions and was able to replace our line quickly in one day. He seemed to take pride in his business.

Two days ago I noticed the stench of death in our basement. We figured an animal had died in the wall, but then my wife noticed a small puddle of blood next to the water heater in the basement. Obviously, a small animal had got caught in there and died. The first plumber I called told me to call a chimney sweep. The second one told me to call an exterminator. Thank god I called Park Plumbing. Mike answered and said he'd check with his boss to see if they do dead animal removals from water tank exhaust pipes. He called back within a half-hour & said yes and they could come out today! Said unless it was a bigger deal than just that, it would be the normal service call price of about $100. Mike ran a little late due to all the broken water pipe jobs from the recent "polar vortex" and sub-sub-zero temps we had last week, but that was fine with us, as we were just so thankful that they were able to come the same day to remove the animal because the stench was becoming unbearable and was permeating the whole house. Long story short, apparently the "polar vortex" caused a huge (at least 2 1/2 pounds) squirrel to try to get warm by coming down the exhaust vent. Mike pulled the poor thing out and we disposed of it and he re-attached the exhaust piping. After that ordeal, he also checked this & that and pointed out some minor things that should be taken care of (old water valve needs replaced, main water valve leaks, etc) and suggested we call later to schedule another appt to take care of those things. He gave us the bill and it turned out to be only $85 and he gave us the 5% Angies List discount for a total of $80. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the service and Mike in particular. He was very professional, responsive and did what had to be done to solve a very nasty problem. All we can say is, we found our plumber for any future jobs!

I called on this company & prompt is an understatement. Craig called within 10 minutes of my service request & was punctual the following morning. It should be noted this request was during the big freeze & I had already waited 3 days for Gillece Plumbing to show up - as a matter of fact - still waiting for Gillece < extremely unprofessional!!! The professionalism, courtesy & concern for my situation was A++ & I will use Park Plumbing anytime and every time I have a need for service. Craig & Josh are excellent professionals & represent the company well!

My husband came home last night to find about half of our basement flooded. The water had come through a pipe that ran through our ceiling to the oustide. I called Park. With in an hour I got a callback from Nate and then a follow up call from Mike. I called Park because they provide emergency plumbing services and they have an A rating on Angie's list. They tried but could not come out last night due to the enormous work load they have had with the freezing temperatures in Pittsburgh. However, they came out 1st thing this morning as promised. Mike promised a callback last night to let us know if they could make it last night, and this morning and he called back both times when he said he would. Nate and Jim came out to provide the necessary repairs first thing this morning. Nate and Jim found the problem quickly and fixed everything within about an hour. Their company is not very close to our house, so I was impressed they would drive all the way out to where we live for a job. Our entire experience with PARK with incredibly positive and we definitely would use their services again. We are happy we have our problem fixed and our water back on! No wonder they have an A rating!
