Description of Work: Had several estimates by other contractors for heat pump. None of them pointed out the existing problems with my duct work, which I already knew existed. They all provided estimates which would have installed the unit but not fixed the duct work issues, resulting in an extremely inefficient system. Dan pointed the issues out right away and included corrective work in his estimate, which was very reasonable, and included removal of oil furnace and fuel tank. Installation, service, and support were beyond expectations.

We chose to use another company instead of him, because he had some personal issues. We really would have loved to use him because he was such a nice guy and had the best ideas for completing the job.
Description of Work: He came out to give an estimate for installing radiators in our row home.
