TRI-M BUILDING INSPECTIONS

We had a whole home inspection today for a home in York we are buying and had a report with pictures in a few hours after the inspection. Wayne is from Lancaster County but offers his services in York as well. He was personable, punctual, detailed, and very thorough. It's not just a job for him, it's actually something he loves to do. He used to be in remodeling for years and now offers a variety of inspection services for home owners. We chose him because he had the professional credentials and extensive training for a home inspector. We were impressed with his extensive remodeling experience, his interview video on his website, and we were also blown away with some of his testimonials. It was nice to put a face and name to a business and actually find out why he feels he is qualified. There are so many others out there that don't put themselves on the line. Wayne's not afraid to put his face and name and reputation on the line for something he does. His website also has many articles with tips for homeowners which we found helpful. Do yourself a favor and call Tri-M for your home inspection needs. After all, your home is the largest investment you will ever make. Luckily, he was not able to find any major concerns, mostly just minor ones and probably due to home being only 13 years old. We would definitely use him if and when we decide to move again.
